I've always been a fan of the Chinatown location, so while I was in the Henderson area, I decided…read moreto check this one out--and I'm glad I did. The atmosphere feels very familiar, with the same stylish décor, dramatic wine wall, and unique light fixtures that give the restaurant its modern, upscale feel. Most importantly, the food was just as consistent as the original location. I was especially excited to see they offer a happy hour menu. We ordered the Garlic Green Beans, Lobster Yum Takrai, and the Dok Lamaii specialty cocktail, which was refreshing and beautifully balanced. From the regular menu, we also ordered the Crab Fried Rice and Mango Crispy Catfish--both dishes arrived beautifully presented and full of texture, color, and bold ingredients that made each plate stand out. Service throughout the evening was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. If you're in the Henderson area and craving elevated Thai cuisine in a stylish setting, this spot is definitely worth a visit.

The vibes here feel more casual in the sense of the wait staff is friendlier and feels more like a mom and pop shop, vs at lotus it feels more corporatey (not sure if this makes sense) and they try and push you out asap to get more people in. This location has plenty of parking. We came on a Saturday night and were seated right away. Ordered: Tom kha 3/5 - nothing crazy just decent soup, wasn't as creamy as id like tbh, felt more like a straight tom yum. Crispy cat fish on mango salad 3/5 - good to share, some pieces a bit too fatty from the catfish Pad see ew upgraded to crispy prawns 5/5, decent amount of crispy prawns, fried to perfection. Just like lotus not much difference. Lobster noodles 5/5, definitely get again! A more like beer batter on the lobster. Good amount of lobster and personally i like these noodles better! Crispy duck panang 5/5, duck was crispy and meat was tender, not dry at all. Green beans 4/5 - a little sweet and garlic. The sauce on these were good. Some green beans were a tad bit under cooked. Maybe fry it for 20-30 more seconds imo.

They have fresh produce including apple, orange, kabocha, taro, sweet potato, onions, and potato. There's Japanese frozen dessert treats like mochi ice cream, pint size flavored ice cream such as lychee, red bean, black sesame, and mango. The aisles have a variety of Japanese candy and snacks, plenty of flavored pocky sticks, chocolates, rice crackers, as well as daifuku which are Japanese rice cakes. There's beverages like creamy soda, calpico, green tea, nigori, sake, as well as sparkling sake, variety pack vodka seltzer, asahi, 22 oz sapporo beer. Across is various beauty skin care, kitchenware, and reusable bags. Other aisle has seaweed, panko bread crumbs, various Japanese seasonings and soup mix, ramen bowl, plenty of soup base and savory sauce by Kewpie. There's also tonkatsu sauce, unagi sushi sauce, and Yuzu ponzu too. They even have ready made pork cutlet bento, mini set sushi rolls like California roll, spicy tuna roll, inari, onigiri, daifuku mochi, macaroni salad, and sesame seaweed salad. I ordered Vegetable Yakisoba ($6.99), it's freshly cooked and served hot, noodles are nice and chewy, has plenty of sauteed crunchy cabbage, topped with red pickles, good portion, great flavor, yakisoba is satisfying and very delicious! Also purchased snacks, Yamazaki Chipstar Norishio Potato Chips ($5.95), and Yamamotoyama Teriyaki Seaweed Original ($7.99), these are light snacks, not salty, and tasty! They have a loyalty stamp card, when you make a purchase of $10, it's one stamp. My total was approximately $20, so I received two stamps. After 20 stamps, it's $10 off. Service from Yuka and Yoko is very kind, welcoming, helpful, and friendly!

First, this is a small grocery store tucked into a larger Asian themed shopping center. This is a really small store with one register and 2 aisles. The selection spans basic Asian grocery items including fruit, vegetables and a small selection of fresh made sushi. You can also order from the menu, which we did. It took almost 20 minutes to get our order from the back kitchen. But the rolls were fantastic. We got 3 hand rolls and one sliced roll, all Philly's. They were really fresh with substantial amounts of fresh salmon and cream cheese. This would definitely be a frequent spot if I lived here.
