I ordered 2 ramen bowls to go. They put the wrong broth in the order. One was correct, the other not .By the time I found this out, I was home, they were closed. And didn't answer the phone at 810. Since I had never had a problem with them before, I assumed that I would call them this morning to straighten it out.. Big mistake. I was told that since I couldn't prove this there would be no refund nor any redo. I am terribly disappointed in their customer service. The food is good, but I don't always go by this. If I am going to spend $20 on a bowl of soup, I expect it to be what I ordered. If it isn't. I expect it to be made correctly. Please enjoy the $40 dollars you got from me yesterday. It's the last money you will see from me.
