    the 'worst' potstickers :p
    Christine V.

I used to love this place but it's really expensive now. One order of bbq pork fried rice and wontons was like $25.

So-called "best potstickers in town" such a joke. They tasted whatever.
    Raymond S.

12.95 plus tax so around $14/15 for 6 pieces of potstickers that taste like any other potstickers at a supermarket. The lady appeared to be not happy that I only ordered one item. She kept trying to justify how things are so expensive now so her potstickers need to be expensive. Would never return here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you wanna pay $14/$15 for a 6 pieces of mediocre potstickers at a hole on the wall restaurant, then go for it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Good for the location and pretty consistently good food. They clearly have regulars as the owner is always walking around talking to her tables. The food is good and they are known for the best potstickers in town and they are pretty good. I was happy with them.

    Lemon Fried Chicken

I've been going here since high school, but I moved out of the area 5 years ago and hadn't been in a while. Every time I go I order their lemon chicken. So of course I got it this time and it tastes just as I remember. It's the most perfect lemon chicken I've ever had. The sauce is is so bright and citrusy, and they include some veggies like onions, carrots, and I forget what else julienned. They're only lightly cooked and maintain their freshness and crispiness which contrasts well with the lemon flavor and chicken. The chicken has a beautiful light breading, and is tender. One dish is like 1.5 meals for me but it's hard to not eat it all in one sitting. Staff is friendly and it feels like the same family establishment I remember from my childhood. Will always be a favorite!!!

S17. Sweet and Sour Chicken Lunch Special
    Generous Y.

I see a lot of complaints about interior or service but I avoided those. Food was a bit disappointing. Not a lot of food, small pieces, and lukewarm. Unsure if it's just a lunch special thing or if I chose a poor item, but I was surprised with my experience, not that I was expecting anything. Sweet and Sour Chicken (Lunch Special) - on the bright side, the chicken is not super greasy while still being fried. Besides that, the rest of the dish was a bit sad. Unlike normal sweet and sour chicken, there aren't any bell peppers. There's barely any onion too. There's maybe 8 pieces of onion and celery in total. Food was also not hot, barely even warm. Two scoops of rice and probably one and a half scoops of chicken with vegetables as a garnish (at the bottom), wouldn't order this again.

Every time I order food, it comes very fast. The weight is short. The food is hot from the stove.

I also ordered the Mongolian beef, which was flavorful and made with good-quality beef that wasn't fatty. My only complaint was the amount of sauce--it was very thick and oily, and enough leaked out of the to-go container to make a mess. The bean paste chicken was also tasty, with fresh vegetables and tender chicken, but again there was a heavy pool of sauce at the bottom of the container. Cutting back on the sauce a bit would make both dishes even better. Overall, the food was flavorful, portions were solid, and the prices are hard to beat. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Or really any quality takeout of any kind. $90 order, ranging from dumplings to basic entrees to rice. Everything was off - slopped together, underseasoned, lazy vegetable chopping (and questionable) choices of vegetable ingredients. No Wok fire/heat evident in any of the entree's and everything was a gluey, flavorless mess. The noodles for the Lo Mein seemed honestly just spaghetti. The orange chicken was dry/old, almost no breading, and honestly didn't taste orangey at all. The kung pao looked like what my 7 year old could have made (when we was seven). More like boiled chicken topped with raw Safeway vegetables, whole peanuts, and a soupy cornstarch soy sauce afterthought. The kicker was they do not have any house made sauces, so if you want good mustard or something edible for dipping - welcome to shitty packet hell as they refused to provide those (if they existed). I'm curious what they do when you're in-house but if I''m paying for the same food I'm not sure why I wouldn't get something besides high-fructose corn syrup garbage stamped out in a factory two years ago. This reflects lack of care to the product and customer experience. Highly unfortunate for an establishment that used to be "decent" as I said.

There is a bit of fusion going on here and I did order accordingly. Service was pretty decent. They were prompt to get water out to me and checked in appropriately when I needed anything. I ordered Thai Papaya Salad, Beijing Pot Stickers, XLB Pork soup dumplings, and the pan fried Pork Buns. In general, all of the foods had wonderful texture; especially the pan fried pork buns! The papaya salad was well put together and nicely made. I am a sucker for papaya salad in general. The pan fried Pork Buns were my favorite thing I had. They perfectly cooked them and had plenty of "juice" in them. I've gotten better and being patient and waiting for them to cool down a bit so I don't burn my face off. Haha The potstickers were pretty good. I really appreciated the crisp sides that helped hold their structure together. The XLB also were made well. I felt like they had plenty of soup in them. The place itself was clean and the vibe was pretty chill in there. I did go around an hour before they close. I actually appreciated the vibe as I was trying to relax. Overall, I would give this place a B+. I do want to come back and try more items. Some other tables had some fun things I'd order including the tea!
