They still bring out food, drinks, and check on tables so there is service provided. Everything was quick and most of all tasty! Both of our ramens were medium spicy which can be modulated since the spicy paste is on the side and added to the broth. Overall both ramen bowls were delicious and with plenty of toppings included. One broth was clear, other was creamy and noodles had good texture. The noodle type isn't my exact favorite type of ramen but I still enjoyed it. I prefer a thicker ramen noodle. I still ate the whole damn thing lol. The chicken bun was very good although not spicy. I liked it-- chicken was nice and crispy and the bun was super soft & pillowy. The shrimp tempura hand roll was solid. No complaints. Tbh, I liked the food more than I expected to. Which is always nice when that happens. The pork is perfect in proportion and tender bite. Pork Bun: the cutest bun with a piece of marinated pork inside. Pretty good app! I'm not sure if they make smaller pork buns for the combo because if you order a fried gyoza with the combo, it comes with 4 pieces instead of 6. Either way it was worth it as part of the combo. We started off with a large sake bomb paired with a Kirin Light ($15). We then ordered two Tonkotsu Ramens, one medium spice and one hot spice ($15.99 each). Honestly, the hot spice level did not taste spicy at all, so I would recommend going extra hot if you like spice. They also provide chili powder on the table if you want to add more spice yourself. The ramen broth itself could have used a tad more flavor. I lightly added some soy sauce to the broth which is something I often do to add a little kick. I loved all of the toppings included, from the green onions to the kikurage (wood ear mushroom). My favorite part was the pork chashu, which was really tender and delicious. I also appreciated that the ramen came with a full soft boiled egg rather than half an egg, and the egg was perfectly runny. Before leaving, we ordered their tea special that was buy one get one. We got a matcha milk tea and a cafe latte which I forgot to take a photo of. I felt like the cafe latte could have used a little more sweetness to balance it.
