They give 10 small side dishes. The original cross bridge is my favorite! For the price and the amount of food you get, it is so worth it! It reminded me of the Liuzhou luosi rice noodles you get at the Asian grocery stores but with an elevated broth and enhanced ingredients. The staff were friendly from the moment we walked in to the ordering process. Menus are found by scanning the QR code from the table and ordering/paying is done through the waitress's tablet. It was very efficient and our food came out promptly. This is a fairly new restaurant, so the inside is spacious and clean with about eight tables. I ordered the Golden Broth Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles. This particular set lets you add in your own garnishes to simmer in the steaming hot bowl. The broth was flavorful with a mix of spicy and sour. The noodles were freshly boiled and so smooth and bouncy. I enjoyed all the side dishes and adding in the spices last really brought out the sharpness and aroma. I also got to taste the broth of the Fish Maw Chicken Rice Noodles and Spicy Angus Beef Brisket Rice Noodles and it was extremely rich and fragrant. I'd never had Yunnan rice noodles before but I'm a fan now! I got the tomato cross-bridge rice noodles with beef brisket. The portion of meat wasn't huge, but you can always add a side of extra meat. The server walked us through the order of toppings to add into the pot. The thinly sliced beef was tender, and the noodles had a great texture. The real highlight, though, was the tomato broth. It tasted like Campbell's tomato soup leveled up in the best way. They also offer one-pot versions of most dishes, which are cheaper and more straightforward since you don't have to add the ingredients yourself. I'll probably go for one of those next time. I first discovered Ten Seconds in Vegas and really enjoyed it, so I had to check out this new location. The menu here is a bit different, but I decided to try the Tomato Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles. It was just okay for me, the broth had a flavor that reminded me of canned tomato soup. Ordering is done at the counter, and they bring the food out to your table. One thing I'm really hoping they add is the popcorn chicken like they have at the Vegas location, it's a favorite of mine. I really enjoy the uniqueness of the noodle dish they have here. It is very fun when they bring out the hot bowl with all of the sides on the side and then you add them in one by one to create the perfect soup noodle. I've been there a few times already and each time have been impressed with the food as they are able to keep the quality Very consistent. This place has pretty good service and great food. The restaurant is clean and decently sized. I tried the mixed noodle with beef shank and the Szechuan Pepper Beef Flank Rice Noodle Soup. For the mixed noodle, the noodles are bouncy with good texture and flavor. I got the mixed noodle with extra fried egg. The fried egg has a good flavor, kind of like a jianbing actually. The meat was well cooked, tender, and flavorful. The noodle soup was also very good. The pepper makes the soup very refreshing, the beef is extremely tender, and all of it comes together very nicely. Both dishes are around 16-18, definitely on the pricier side. The service was pretty great until near the end of service where I ran out of water without a refill. Probably around a 4/5 Service. I have tried this restaurant in Salt Lake City before and am so happy it finally comes to Arizona!! The service was really good! I read some posts before saying the food came out slowly, which was not the case for me at all. This dish came out really hot because you need to put variety of ingredients in the soup and let the heat cook them. The noodle portion was also good and not too chewy or soft. I was excited to try this place since I've seen this chain around California and was pleasantly surprised one opened up near me! My friend and I went for an early dinner and it was pretty empty. We were able to access the menu through a QR code on our phones and there were more options than we expected. We decided to share an OG crossing bridge rice noodles set and the beef tripe mixed noodle. The food came pretty fast and hot! The OG crossing bridge rice noodles came deconstructed so we could add in the toppings to our hot soup base by ourselves. One complaint is I wish there were more toppings than what we received - three thin slices of meat barely filled me up. There was definitely not enough protein. However, the soup was so good and comforting and we really enjoyed the rice noodles. It tasted like home! The beef tripe noodle I would skip - the flavor was lacking (it was too oily) and we could only finish the tripe. Overall, good experience and the servers were nice! I loveeee hotpot places. I think it's a little interesting that they opened right next to an all you can eat hotpot, but I think that this is a good option for those who still want a filling meal, but cannot eat an all you can eat course. I first tried this place in North Carolina, and it's important to note that at the time of me coming here in AZ, the menu was very small. The NC location had a much bigger menu, and the AZ one was very pared down (I did come within the first month of opening). I felt that my server had a really extensive knowledge of the menu though, and was able to recommend and give suggestions based off of what we were telling him (things we liked, food allergies, etc.). My favourite thing about the place is definitely the dog bowl-looking bowls, lol. This only came with some of the noodle soups; I think the golden noodle soup has this option. Basically--you order a set, and it comes with the noodles, meat, etc. on the side so that you can dump them into your dog bowl. I got the spicy chicken noodle soup, which sadly didn't come with this option. The chicken they gave was really large, and was definitely a hearty meal that I could have maybeee split into two meals. The soup is more of a Sichuan broth, so it was a little numbing. When I go back, I likely wouldn't order this one again simply because I remember liking their tomato soup a lot in NC. read more

Think Japanese tonkatsu broth with a southern Chinese kick. Noodles are at the perfect consistency, or should I say al-dente. I would think otherwise on noodle soup on hot days, if it's from here. An awesome new rice noodle shop. Yunnan style noodles. They have a few options. You can get the premade bowls which are excellent. My favorite is that mixed noodles with beef shank. It's awesome. The rice noodle texture is a nice change up from the typical egg noodle. They also have the 10 second noodle option which is hot broth poured and then they give 10 ingredients to cook in 10 seconds.
