However, I chose Neelam's because of the reviews and the pictures seemed cleaner than walking by the salon right across from me, and it was the right choice. She was easy to book online and answered my questions immediately when I sent it through and offered for me to come in 15 mins sooner since I was close. There was a regular client before me and 2 after me so she's definitely popular. I had a couple ingrowns after my Brazilian so she threaded them out. Even though I've been threaded/waxed for years, she explained things and was very gentle. Wish she was available at home, but will definitely bookmark her for when I'm back in the city. Thank you!

When I got home I realized they full took my skin off. I have horrible scar on my face. They didn't even pick up the phone the next day. I've never seen a result like this from a professional waxer. I have a scar from a fibroid surgery that hurts and stings whenever I get waxed and she is always super gentle in that area. She keeps her space immaculate and she is very thorough. She is also punctual I have never had to wait more than five minutes. Lastly, she uses the absolute top grade hard wax on the market. It is not strip wax and it is not the sticky, thin hard wax that needs multiple tries to get off the skin. You don't know much and in my case, I rely on this wonderful community. Yelp search: waxing Yelp led me here. I needed a super quick waxing. Went into Saajida's website, checked her services and prices and booked an appointment thru her site. I quickly got a confirmation and on I went. Later that night, Saajida texted me letting me know she had a timing conflict and did her best to accommodate to my working schedule. I loved everything about this place, really. She is super sweet, courteous and cool. She was waiting for me and had everything ready for my appointment. She even gave me a bunch of tips on how to deal with my sensitive skin pimples after waxing. I really appreciated that.
