We asked her for designs from their google and Yelp photos. She said that's too complicated. She called someone, not sure what was said and then says she can only do something simple. We would've left but my niece was so excited about her first henna. We showed her a very simple design of flowers (please see the photos of my niece's hands, she could've done that herself and she's six). She then "gave us a discount" by only charging us $30 for both hands. I didn't want to make a scene because I didn't want to make my niece cry, so we paid it. Never again. Beware of this scam. Edited: While I appreciate your offer we are going to decline. And with all due respect, that design had nothing to do with a 6 year old moving. I suggest moving forward you indicate on your website that you are by appointment only, and perhaps let your coworkers know that as well so they can answer questions appropriately and not wait people's time. Be sure to include the days of the week too, since we came today which is actually a Monday and not Sunday. Finally, please tell that lady to just say no to henna requests, no one else needs to suffer.

She severely over processed my eyelashes. I went back the next day to ask for help or a reversal, and instead of addressing the issue, the woman just brushed my lashes with a spoolie and told me to keep brushing them. There was no real solution and no offer to fix it properly. When it still wasn't resolved, I returned again the next day to ask for a refund, and the response was even worse. A different lady was extremely rude and dismissive and even laughed, insisting it looked fine when it clearly didn't. My lashes are still stuck to my eyelid and look completely insane. I was told not to come back. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

As someone that has received a ton of laser hair removal before, I can guarantee you that I know what I am talking about. It was a last minute appointment for me and I don't have a lot in my southern area due to all the previous sessions I had at other places. This is just a touch up after 10 years. So I didn't shave because it was last minute and didn't have time (pretty normal at most places to touch you up if you didn't), as you know we have to shave. So I asked my laser tech, she said you don't need to because this way she knows where it is. Big mistake trusting her that maybe she knew a new hack (?). It's been 2 weeks and nothing has happened except that she probably burned me (read online why you need to shave). I have never ever had hyper pigmentation but I was covered in red dots that are now gray. I'm pretty fair skin but I am a POC and it's crazy because I've always done the higher settings for any laser, whether it is IPL or hair removal. I don't know what the tech did. All the areas that I have hyperpigermentation or the pink/red burns are on areas I didn't have any hair. Then we hit the areas that do, she never shaved so it hurt extra bad and of course it doesn't hit the follicles, burnt, and I still have hair..... And I will say as someone that is from the 2nd densest big city after NYC, this was 5x what it cost back home. This is crazy, not only is it more expensive, it was done incorrectly, somehow I manage to get burned and none of the hair follicles were killed. It's upsetting that this store is operating and I TIPPED THEM. Never in my life had I ever have to tip anyone for laser and they ask for it here. SKIP AT ALL COST. TLDR: I'm a laser vet, said I didn't need to shave (quick google says they are wrong), something nothing worked/ineffective, I got burned, I have hyperpigmentation which has never happened, 5x other places in price, and they ask for tip (mildly unorthodox.. I tipped though - hindsight wish I didn't)

The address listed on the Groupon does NOT match the address using Google maps, so it's best to ask for exact directions. After leaving my information, no one called to check and see if I was on the way. I eventually showed up 2 hours late. The women were kind, and gentle, however, if it weren't for Groupon, I probably would've never walked into this place for a body wax. It just didn't *feel* and look clean. Be prepared to pay a mandatory $6 tax AFTER redeeming your Groupon, and that $6 will also be taxed making your total an extra $6.32 and top is optional. After my wax, I immediately started feeling a burning sensation and it may have to do with the baby oil these salons like to put all over your body which is definitely not recommended. Later that night, Saajida texted me letting me know she had a timing conflict and did her best to accommodate to my working schedule. I loved everything about this place, really. She is super sweet, courteous and cool. She was waiting for me and had everything ready for my appointment. She even gave me a bunch of tips on how to deal with my sensitive skin pimples after waxing. I really appreciated that.
