Like other bakeries in the area this was recommended as a fresh pastry bakery with good quality products I guess Monday isn't their best day. I stopped in during my run this morning and settled on the cinnamon apple kolache. With a name like "yeasted" I expected to get a yeasted experience. Soft, tender, slightly chewy, moist pastry. Unfortunately that wasn't was i experienced. The dough was dry and almost styrofoam textured and far from what I'd want in a kolache or yeasted product. The cinnamon apple filling was decent but I had to basically pull off the surrounding dough and just eat the middle because the outside was so dry. Not sure what happened if today was an off day or what but I can say this wasn't a good experience or one that would have me going back or recommending them to anyone. With that said I appreciate the fact they offer to warm them up for you but hot dense dry pastries are...... no enjoyable.

We came here for a quick grab n go breakfast. I loved my kolache! I got a chicken one which is new for me. The bread was slightly sweet but in the best way. My boyfriend got the jalapeno and sausage and it was good too, hefty sausage. We asked for ours to be warmed up. They have a couple small tables outside and seating inside as well.

So I'm not sure how to eat kolaches properly. Do they normally come cold? Cause our jalapeno and sausage was cold and it just didn't have the best texture or flavor. I know if it was warmed it likely would be delicious. I wasn't asked and I didn't know if I should have. The girl at the counter wasn't very nice. The girl making the coffee was and the coffee was good. We preferred their apple and cinnamon kolache which tasted fine cold - I'd come here again but I'd ask about warming them up if possible.

First, I didn't know what a kolache was For those like me, It was soft yet dense, sometimes savory, sometimes sweet, Sometimes with filling inside and sometimes filling on top of the pastry. This small bakery/coffee shop is excellent for a quick breakfast. I tried both the sweet and the savory; they were both good. They have quite a few to choose from, mostly breakfast type. The workers are great and very friendly. It looks to me like a small, locally owned, unique business, give it a shot

In our two days in Nashville we went here twice. Great selection of coffees and teas. We enjoyed a chai latte that was one of the best we've had. Made with the missing notes of some of more frequented spots and those places are great. Savory muffin, kolache, breakfast sandwiches all are warm and delicious. Friendly staff. The restaurant does have seating inside and out. We happened to be in Nashville during a rare summer cool front so we enjoyed the comfort of outside.

We were staying at an air bnb nearby and loved this place so much, we came here all three mornings we were in town! It's a small but adorable bakery that serves savory & sweet kolaches as well as breakfast tacos. The pastries were always soft, fresh & delicious (we pretty much tried them all) with our favorite being the sweet cream kolache and the special savory kolache of the day (Everything seasoning). They had a wide variety of coffees and teas and the service is quick. There isn't really any indoor seating (just a few chairs along the wall with a bar) so I highly recommend trying this for a to-go order!

My wife and daughter said the fruit kolaches were amazing. I felt the traditional sausage kolaches were too much bread to sausage and they didn't taste freshly baked. This visit made me miss my local doughnut shops kolaches.

such a yummy cream cheese kolache! it was served warm and then you can ask them to warm it up further too. they also have lots of fun drinks on their menu and it's super cute inside! parking: lots of parking in a lot out front!

Visited Yeast over the weekend and I must say it was fabulous as always. The service quick friendly and spot on made for a great way to start a Saturday! We took a moment to sit and eat inside and take in the aromas and ambiance. The jalapeño sausage kolache was delicious and the Macho taco bowl as well. Plenty of parking out front and a quick in and out of you are in a hurry.

The kolaches are incredible, had to come back the next morning for breakfast. Taco bowl was also superb, great for gluten allergies. Apple kolache was my favorite out of the ones I tried, but you can't go wrong with any of the sweet or savory options! Coffee was also done well, will come back next time I'm in Nashville.

It is hard for me to review this place. I'm patronizing Yeast Nashville almost weekly and always have good experience. Service is consistently good and efficient. Mostly, my order is simple. It's a cappuccino. That's when it becomes tricky. It's not a ambiance, because it's kind of cool. Shows a working environment. What bothers me is that is so limited seating places or better to say chairs. Used to be a table outside, but not anymore. I believe, there is enough nice, sunny days in winter months to justify having the table or couple chairs outside.

We ordered our meal to go since we were just passing through and it did not make the food taste any less. We each got a latte and thought the coffee had a rich taste which we enjoyed! Honestly the best breakfast we had all weekend while we were in Nashville! The only downside was we thought prices were a little high but the food was tasty. The aesthetic of the place would be any plant lovers dream. This establishment is embellished in beautiful plants that provide a calming atmosphere. If it's breezy and pleasant outside, I highly encourage outdoor seating. We were seated indoors, where it was very stuffy with poor circulation. The outdoor seating is spacious and shaded, great for dining in. We ordered the advertised espresso drink with orange zest cold foam 3/5. Very little flavor from the cold foam, but not bad overall. French toast 5/5. More than enough is given for you to share with someone. It was too much for one person to eat. The flambé banana that comes on top was the perfect added touch. Breakfast burrito 3/5. It seems like it was missing something. Spicy Toucan 5/5. The best drink! Reminds you of a spicy marg bursting with flavor. I do want to return to try the katsu chicken sandwich and risotto pancakes.

The cold foam is a fun color, but the drink itself didn't have as much flavor as he would've liked. I ordered a hot latte and I have to say the same for mine.
