Outstanding practice! If only other healthcare providers were as professional and courteous as Dr's Yeh and Yu, we'd have a lot more healthy people in this world. The customer service here is top notch. The front office staff are great. They are very personable and attentive to your needs. No question to small for them to respond. If there is something they are unsure of, they will follow-up and get back you right away. For example, for my last pair of glasses, I didn't quite like the styles they had in store. I told them what kind of style I was thinking about and the next morning, they sent me an e-mail with multiple options to choose from. Sure enough, I found the one I liked. The doctors are wonderful. Very friendly. They answered all my questions and genuinely seem concerned over my well being, especially when it came to factors revolving my eye sight. When I first started going to this practice, my first pair of eyeglasses were accidentally damaged during the sizing. Disappointing, but accidents happen. I came back in a couple days once the new pair arrived and was immediately greeted by Dr Yu. His first words to me, "Thank you for giving us the opportunity to fix this for you. We're sorry for the inconvenience." Then he proceeded to do the fitting himself. They also gave me a cleaning kit for my troubles. Who does that?! Bottom line...if your coverage allows it, you will not regret coming to this practice. Providers that care, front office staff that are friendly and attentive, and overall, a pleasant experience. My husband and I found this optometry location on Yelp and decided to make an appointment. Staff took my insurance information over the phone and the "new patient" forms were available online, which made the process a lot faster for us. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. Our exam was completed by Dr. Yu. He is AMAZING!!! Very patient and takes the time to explain the exams and the purpose of the exams. Our appointment with Dr. Yu was very informative and an "eye opening" experience, Haha!! Both Dr. Yu and the staff were very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I live outside the country for most of the year, and I was home for a short period of time, and they made sure that I got my glasses done before I left and with time to spare so that I could wear them around and see how they felt before I departed. I was researching optometrists in my area and decided to call to schedule an appointment here based on the Yelp reviews. When I called, the girl who answered the phone was so sweet and polite. She let me know that they accepted my insurance and could book me the following day. When I arrived to my appointment, the front desk girls were so friendly and greeted me right away. Very nice! I did my eyes exam for glasses and contacts here. Mrs.Yu was assisting me, he got my eyes checked up very carefully! It took me around 45 mins to do both. He explained clearly about my eyes condition and he also found out that I have allergy in my eyes, which I intended to tell him. Staffs are nice. 5 stars! Excellent, the price is pretty good too. Exam for glasses without insurance is $75 plus $53 more for exam for contacts. I think the price is ok compared to other place but trust me, GREAT SERVICE! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Yu for several years and can honestly say he is one of the best doctors of any kind I have ever gone to. He and his staff have always provided the highest level of service anyone could ever ask for. They are friendly and make you feel like they are genuinely interested in you and your well being. Recently I experienced a problem in one of my eyes and I dropped in without and appointment. They squeezed me into the schedule in the same hour I dropped in. Dr. Yu diagnosed a torn and detached retina in my right eye, called a specialist and schedule an appointment with them that same afternoon. I had corrective surgery for it the next day. During my recovery from the surgery I experienced some complications and the after seeing the doctor that did the surgery I was dissatisfied with the explanation of my problem provided and the service there in general. Dr. Yu again saw me on very short notice and examined my eye. He explained very clearly what the problem was and gave me a much better idea of what was going on. He also gave me a referral to another retina specialist for me to see for a second opinion. Seeing that second doctor (one of the very best in his area) may have saved what remains of my vision in that eye and also headed off problems in my good eye that my original surgeon had not bothered to look for. Dr. Yu has gone above and beyond during this processes and has accommodating, accurate, positive, informative and encouraging. He and his staff have gone above and beyond for me. Saw Dr. Yu today and in my 13 years of having to go to optometrists, he is the best Dr. I've had. Very thorough and doesnt rush you out. He explained to us in detail about all our eye problems and how a new prescription would help. They even ask for your interests and hobbies before you go in to be able to connect with you more and make you feel more comfortable. When looking for an optometrist, knowledge and experience are so critical. I saw so many optometrists, & no one could help me. Each one told me that I needed custom, very expensive, contact lenses, due to my past Lasik surgery, but that was not necessary. Dr. Yu was so patient, but more significantly, he genuinely cared to help me. He explained everything in detail and had me return several times to ensure the lenses were a perfect fit & never charged me extra. I love this place! Everyone is so professional and friendly. I woke up with an eye infection and they fit me in that same afternoon. I was scheduled for 2 follow-up visits so Dr. Yu and Dr. Yeh could make sure my eye had healed. I always feel like they truly care about my health. It's nice to find people who love what they do. I had to take my contacts out for a week. Brutal for me! I hated the glasses I had so I was also able to order new ones. The gals at the front were so nice to give me their opinions on which ones looked best on me. They were busy but stopped to help me and I really appreciated that. I picked up my new glasses 4 days later. So fast! They have a great selection of frames. Found some cute Ray-Bans which I love and don't mind wearing now. I was there 30 min and that included the eye exam and paper work because it was my first time there. My husband and I was lucky enough to get a back-to-back appointment with Dr. Yu. It was our first time to visit so we arrived a little early for paperworks. Staffs are very accommodating and even let us both in inside the room. There was 1 chair inside other than the exam chair. Dr. Yu was very pleasant and personable with very good bedside(I mean, chair) manners. He explained all the procedures he has to do thoroughly and even has an eye drawing so we can understand it better without having to use all those medical jargons. We had been going to Lens Crafters or Costco. Now that we have insurance, we looked at the insurance company's list of optometrists in the area and found Yeh and Yu. My husband went first and was very pleased. Yesterday, I tore my last pair of disposable contacts. I called as soon as they opened and was able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Yu was very thorough, had a gentle touch and explained everything thoroughly. He fitted me with a pair of contacts on the spot - yay! My insurance offers online ordering of contacts, so I had looked up the prices prior to my appointment just in case his prices were inflated. The prices were the same. So I was able to get an exam and a years worth of contacts, with all but $38, covered by my insurance. Super nice. Great service. Reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back.
