I've been meaning to write this for months now that I've been here a few times since it opened so I feel I can review it accurately now. First time I met Angelo (the manager) I believe was his name we chatted for a bit and I Ordered a pastrami sandwich from him to go and left, sandwich lived up to the hype from him and others. 2nd time back I kid you not, I walk in and IMMEDIATELY he looks over at me and says "Hey! Welcome back!" I'd only been there once, and he recognized me the second I came in. Pretty good if you ask me.. So my 2nd visit I got the California burger I think it's called? Has guac or avacado on it. Decided to eat in & their service is literally top notch. I don't think I've even been checked on so attentively anywhere else I've eaten and that is not an exaggeration. I wish I got the ladies name that kept checking in, asking how the food was & if I needed anything else because she was amazing and always smiling. So the food is great, a little expensive but I feel it's worth it for the service they are providing here at this location. So Angelo, hats off to you and your service/employees. It probably didn't seem like anything different to you, but it was fantastic service to me and myself working in a restaurant felt like it needed to be acknowledged. This is a chain and the Wildomar location, the one on Clinton Keith is by far the best of the lot, but problem is that they have too much on menu "A jack of all trades master of none". If rating just the Wildomar location I'd rate 4 stars the chain without Wildomar a two star it might be that Wildomar is still new read more

Foods good. They tried to charge me $.65 for a additional ranch because they think a 1/2 full package of ranch is enough for a order of zucchini. I hate places that do this. I'm done coming here. read more

Horrible customer service by the owner! The employee dropped all our food right as he was about to deliver it to our table. This sent broken shards of ceramic from the plates flying at us. Total accident, not a big deal. I got 3 small cuts on my foot from the broken plate. I was offered bandaids from the employee, ok thank you. The owner walks over and asks if everything's ok and the employee tells her "yes everything is fine" so the owner walks away. I have many years of customer service and management experience, I find it ridiculous that the owner didn't come and talk with me, didn't even apologize for me getting cut or even show any concern what so ever. Way to take care of your customers! So glad I wasted $30 at this restaurant for shitty service. Never going back here. read more

It was great burgers. The Fries were great and I have not to ask them for anything. They were nice and abbé all, they were on the spot.

First time at this new yellow basket, and not disappointed one bit. Have been to others (Menefee & Temecula) and have not liked enough to go back. The zucchini was excellent, some places really are awful, but they have right amount of batter and not too fat so zucchini was cooked through. The onion rings are just as good. The pastrami sandwich is huge, and meaty-not hardly any fat. They have a really good club sandwich restaurant style good. Customer service was fast and friendly. Will be a repeat customer. They also have the app delivery services I plan to use in future. A good addition to Wildomar! read more

Been waiting over 30 min for French toast! The worst service in the area! I ordered my food to sit inside and eat and have been ignored until I finally said something. They never even made my food. I kept seeing all these people being served and my food never came. It takes five min for my food to be made and now it's Impossible for me to even enjoy I'm so annoyed! read more

We went to dinner there this evening around 630 . Only a couple people were in there . A couple of tables had dirty dishes on them . We ordered our food , My chili cheese dog was cold and the bun was stale . I went up to counter to get a refund . I noticed the lady working in the back handling cooked bacon with a bare hand , No glove on . At that point I realized that this was not the best place to eat . Before you come here keep one thing in mind: food is cooked to order so they're not fast, which is expected. Don't come by if you're in a real hurry. That being said, the food is pretty good overall. Always hot and pretty generous portions. I generally have breakfast here and on a rare occasion dinner. Staff is very friendly. I stop by about once a week. Why not 5 stars?? Waiting times greatly vary for the same order. Like anywhere from 3 minutes to over 10. They also managed to mess up my order last time. Ordered bacon and received ham instead. I didn't realize it till I had driven away with my order and was on the freeway. A good casual place to eat. read more

My review of only two stars is partly because of "after service". I emailed them about a problem with an order...today was my third email...and I have yet to receive a response. I had heard so many good things about their food but was mostly disappointed. The fish taco had NOTHING on it but a piece of fish. No lettuce or cabbage, no salsa, NOTHING. The steak quesadilla was good, but way over priced...same quality as Taco Bell but way more expensive. If I had at least had a response from them, I might have left a better review, letting people know they stand behind their product/service and how they solved the problem. I found it very interesting that after reading a couple of dozen reviews, they only response the manager made was to a five star review...did not address any bad reviews with "sorry" or suggestions to fix problems. read more

Love the food 10/10 recommend. A little pricey but that's fine. Know a couple people that work here. Owner who is tom treats them awful. That is not why I'm giving this place a one star, I am giving this place a one star due to the fact that one of the employees stole my card from me . In which I got charged on my card for 100$. I called the owner to talk to him to see if he could check the cameras to see if he saw the employee who grabbed it. His response was he would check the cameras asap because he doesn't want a thief working for him. A week later I had not heard anything from him. Paid 9 dollars for Carne asada fries and they were terrible! The meat was awful and bland. No salsa for the fires either.

Pretty good food. The milkshakes are delicious! Wish the prices were a bit lower though.

The food and customer service was phenomenal. First timers here and I can't tell you how great the customer service was. We are from out of town so we decided to stop by to grab breakfast. Unfortunately we forgot to bring our dog's food/water bowl so the staff accommodated to our needs. The chef washed off the marinade on the chicken, cooked and chopped a piece of chicken for our dog to eat. They even gave us a plastic water bowl for our dog to drink out of. This place is terrible they can not even put an order in correctly. The slice of tomato is thicker then the hamburger patty. Plus the patty is cooked so long it's drier than the desert and not edible. Avocado burger has three paper thin slices of avocado on it, so do not bother ordering that either. As far as the chicken strips go I have seen bigger boneless wings. And not to mention swinging a mop up above a counter while there is food on it might be a little unsanitary. However, this is not as bad as dropping napkins on the floor and still giving them to your customers. Sadly this place gets worse every time I give it a new chance. Yellow Basket on Clinton Keith ios a very good one I go to Yellow Basket and I order there bacon cheeseburger... there ingredients are just so good ecspecially whatever kind of sauce they put on there...They will cook to your desire and always filling your drink of choice.
