Such a clever detail! We sat at the bar, enjoyed the lively atmosphere, and had a great time. The pizza was absolutely amazing...the crust was perfectly cooked with just the right texture and flavor. Some people don't like how saucy the pizza could be because of the fresh mozzarella, the pizza can feel extra saucy and with the dough being thin it is different than other more dry or crispy pizza. This wood fired pizza is more on the softer center and crispy crust vs crispy hard center/center. Their black lemon drop martini and espresso martini are not to be slept on, nor are their seasonal drinks. They have themed events, karaoke, taco pop ups, Friday 13 events and the holidays here are so fun. Come in and order at the bar, then find a seat anywhere. The whole place is spacious, before it gets packed (and it can get packed). The pizzas are my favorite here and their smash burgers are HIGHLY underrated. My favorite burgers aside from trill burger while at the rodeo. Honestly, you can't go wrong here. The bartenders are nice, the merch is cool, and they have stickers and a Photo Booth. Almost everything I've ordered is ready within 15 minutes or less, which is miraculous given how many big pizza chains (#1) struggle with more advanced options. While their hand tossed pizza isn't going to turn heads, they do have a "stuffcrust" option that crust option that could be a nice alternative. For yours truly, the thincrust option has actually been the go-to style as it's relatively crispy and reminds me a tinge of Oregon style pizza (#2) but with no corn meal. As a reminder, their version of a large (14") is still more of a medium at other pizza places. The calzones are still quite hearty while the salads and pastas skew on the mediocre side. The latter is heavily improved with alcoholic consumption, but I digress. What keeps bringing me back is the service. The family running the place is always hospitable and very personable with every interaction. They do a good job of keeping the food warm and are thoughtful with the presentation.
