I have been here before and it was a good experience. It was good enough experience that I had to take my brother when he came down to visit for the weekend. There is a good selection of things to order, the portions are good and the staff is really nice. I ordered the Western burger and my brother ordered the Southwestern burger (which is what I ordered my first time). This was on a Saturday and though we beat the rush of customers that soon followed we left feeling somewhat queasy after our meal. It lasted through the rest of the night that we couldn't eat anything else. By Sunday morning my brother was hit first, showing all the typical signs of Food Poisoning. I was feeling okay until later that night when I started experiencing the same symptoms which tormented me into the next day and making a trip to the emergency room. I like to support local businesses and they do pretty well according to the many awards displayed near the register but even as I type this I feel extremely nauseous and doubt I will ever return as a customer. It was good going down but horrible coming back up. I really hope they prevent this from ever happening again and look into the cleanliness and food handling in their kitchen. read more

I believe this is the best burger place on the Oregon coast. Each burger includes fries...upgradable to curly, waffle, sweet potato fries or tots for $1 extra. We got three Baby Burgers (not so small at all), a Western Burger (with bacon, BBQ sauce and a huge onion ring) and a Mozzarella Burger (a HUGE 1/2 lb. patty with melted mozzarella and bacon....uuuuuuhhhhhhhh yes, please). I absolutely loved this place! It's hard to find restaurants that sell different types of game burgers, so it was nice to find one around the corner from our rental home. We ended up getting the lamb burger, 3 buffalo burgers, and a chicken salad. Everyone loved the food, I didn't hear a single complaint! I had the lamb burger and also tried the buffalo burger. Gotta say, the lamb burger was very interesting. It was gamy, but not too gamy. I can't remember what the toppings were, but it was a great combination. We took our grandkids to Yeong's for a late lunch. Our grandkids can be fussy eaters but at Yeong's they scarfed up everything. The food was great and very tasty. One thing I noticed is that the hamburgers were fully cooked. I had ordered a standard cheeseburger quarter pounder but it sure looked a lot larger. The people were pleasant , friendly an efficient. Looking for a spot for dinner on Monday night when so much is closed, we settled on Yeong's. We tried an Elk Burger, Gouda & Bacon Burger, Pina Colada shake, and fries. We were extremely disappointed. The shake was good and fries were fresh and crispy. However, the center pieces, both burgers were overdone, dry, and tasteless. Their toasted rolls were also dry. The solid amount of cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and sauce couldn't salvage these. My wife even took the elk burger out to taste it and there wasn't any flavor to it at all. They will bring the food and drinks to you. So I walked and saw several white boards with mostly burgers, a few chicken, and a couple other types. Each comes with a drink and fries, along with standard toppings listed on a laminated list. Some of those topping are thousand island dressing and mayo. There is also quite an extensive list of milkshake flavors on that wall too. Since I usually ask the worker what he/she's favorites are, that's where I started. The tall friendly woman behind the counter didn't seem to hesitate when she said the avocado lamb burger. Convenient since I love avocado and lamb meat. Step back into the way burgers were made with real meat and great service. I'm not kidding when you eat here you eat a burger fit for a king. What's really cool is you can tell the employees like there job and are treated well because they are always happy to see you. I took a couple stars off because last time I went, four weeks ago, I ordered their turkey club sandwich. But as I was about to dig in, I noticed my avocado was brown....:( and then I noticed there was American cheese layering my club. Ugh!!! :( :( Why?!?! It made me think....low quality perhaps...? Their sandwiches are unnaturally large...and same goes for their burger patties, bacon helpings...etc. it is almost feeling wrong...like costco chicken Breast wrong. Like pumped with hormones wrong.
