Cheap processed chicken in the ramen bowl.

Not bad but the ramen bowl had a lower quality chicken used compared to something of a higher quality like real chicken strips not grounded up processed chicken. I'm guessing this keeps the prices down.

The food is amazing and so is the BOBA specifically the brown sugar one. The vibes are amazing too.

I was looking for a quick and healthy lunch option near CSU and was excited to try this place based on the reviews. But what the heck Ft. Collins Yelpers? This place was NOT good. Unfortunately my experience was less than stellar. The place was empty and looked less than professional. A few poorly handwritten signs, sample bowl sizes that looked dirty and should be replaced taped to the outside counter, and clutter in the kitchen/prep area. This place is just trying to be too many things. A Chinese food restaurant, a poke spot, and a bubble tea joint. Why didn't I turn around and leave? Instead I ordered a small poke bowl to go. The rice was hot and gummy, the salmon did not taste fresh, and the sauce was so heavily poured that my rice was swimming in it. I took a two bites and ended up dumping it in the trash. $ wasted but my appetite was ruined for a bit today. Note to self : if poke isn't their only option and main shining star, go elsewhere.

I think this place is a new favorite. Love their Thai milk boba and their brown sugar boba! Recently tried tried pork tonkotsu and I actually love how mild and easy it tastes. Comforting to eat! Good fare prices. The staff is very nice too. Will try more from this place. I recommend.

Think Subway type system. Order your poke combinations at the counter. Almost scoop sized protein. I say almost because the gal would partially empty it into your bowl and return the rest. Seat yourself and help yourself to water and plastic utensils. They bring the food to your table. Good quality ingredients but definitely restaurant sit down pricing for a fast food type establishment.

What a lovely new fast casual lunch or dinner spot right by Colorado State University. For those who are familiar with the area, Ye's is right next to Mugs on Laurel. Ye's Poke Station is set up like Chipotle but for poke bowls and boba teas. I tried the tuna poke bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. Sadly, the lychee boba tea wasn't anything to write home about but it was worth trying something new. Other notable items - the price point is great and all of the staff members are super friendly! I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you like poke and you're near CSU.

Crispy Honey Chicken Bowl with vegetables

Today was my first visit to Ye's and I ordered takeout. It was ready quickly and the portions were fair. ~$10 for the honey chicken bowl with vegetables. Atmosphere seemed nice and it looked clean.

The ramen here was great the first time we visited. The second time, not so much. The poke is fresh, but the server who helped me out didn't care enough to be working there it looked like, she overdid the soy sauce making up a soggy bowl of Poke and Rice. For the quantity they provide, they're overpriced. Its pretty authentic on the Chinese food, but still way overpriced for something near campus where your primary frequency is going to college goers who want a cheap and quick lunch. The service is great on some days, average on the others. Parking is a hassle. Not worth the $13 bowl of noodles.

Look at all this goodness. My custom large poke bowl.

I came here today because I was desperately craving raw fish after not having it for a while. Ordered a large rice bowl with my 4 fish options, added my mix ins, house sauce and toppings. Believe me when I say this but Ye's poke station is the best poke I've had in Colorado so far. The portions are very good and the ingredients are super fresh and delicious. I love that they offer mango and pineapple as options on top of the typical non fruit options. I've definitely found my go to joint for poke. they also offer bubble tea which I ordered as well! ;), non fish bowls and also started to offer popular Szechuan dishes, I might have to come back and try their spicy hotpot soon. good eats!

I became regular there because their food are tasty and portions are pretty generous. The manager was super friendly. The place is clean and very close to school. Highly recommended!

Her recommendations to try anything here are spot on. The food was A1. We had a soup bowl Koi-sho (sp?) with beef, a chicken Thai basil stir fry, crab cheese, and spring rolls. We only regret we can't return in the near future, because we don't live in Colorado. It was completely worth the trip across town from our hotel to enjoy authentic food. The ingredients were fresh, the sauces were put together with expertise, the presentation was just right. I thought the spice level of 1 was perfect--heat that didn't overwhelm the other flavors. My husband didn't complain about his level 2. He thought it was great, but he wouldn't go higher. The restaurant itself is basic tables and chairs, but each table has a beautiful live flower rooting in water. Everything looked and felt clean.

We went there for ramen and were all bummed about that. It was later on a Sat night and we were the only family in the place the whole time. But the chef was very friendly, the cream cheese wontons were the best, and one or two of our dishes were really good. The curry had only a couple potatoes that were way too hard, and it was limited on veggies, but the broths/curries were good flavors. They have mango (in season) sweet coconut rice, which we all love!

The manager mentioned that this has happened more than five times and that sometimes it can take hours for the power to come back on. There were only two customers in line, and instead of simply comping the meals or finding a reasonable way to take care of the customers, we were expected to wait around for the power to return. In my case, I was actually told that I needed to place my order online instead. I understand that power outages can happen and are sometimes completely out of a business's control. What is within their control is how they treat customers when something goes wrong. In this situation, the customer service was poor and there was very little effort to make an inconvenient situation right. Unfortunately, this experience left a really bad impression and was not the kind of service I would expect from them.
