Went here for the first time and ordered the medium poke bowl. It was one of the worst poke bowls that I have ever had and I wish I could have returned it. The avocado was hard and the person making the bowl put so much spicy mayo on the bowl that it was like eating a spicy mayo soup, it was disgusting. It was such a waste of money. I do not recommend this place. I am a huge Poke and Sushi fan and this just does not cut it. read more

Unfortunately my experience was less than stellar. The place was empty and looked less than professional. A few poorly handwritten signs, sample bowl sizes that looked dirty and should be replaced taped to the outside counter, and clutter in the kitchen/prep area. This place is just trying to be too many things. A Chinese food restaurant, a poke spot, and a bubble tea joint. Why didn't I turn around and leave? Instead I ordered a small poke bowl to go. The rice was hot and gummy, the salmon did not taste fresh, and the sauce was so heavily poured that my rice was swimming in it. I took a two bites and ended up dumping it in the trash. $ wasted but my appetite was ruined for a bit today. What a lovely new fast casual lunch or dinner spot right by Colorado State University. For those who are familiar with the area, Ye's is right next to Mugs on Laurel. Ye's Poke Station is set up like Chipotle but for poke bowls and boba teas. I tried the tuna poke bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. Sadly, the lychee boba tea wasn't anything to write home about but it was worth trying something new. Other notable items - the price point is great and all of the staff members are super friendly! By far the worst poke in town. Flies everywhere. I am a huge poke fan and would eat it everyday if I could. However, I tried this place a few years ago and remember thinking it was mid. Decided to try it again since im on campus now. Totally flavorless and unappetizing, and I came right as they opened. The staff was sweet, but not worth it. The poke is fresh, but the server who helped me out didn't care enough to be working there it looked like, she overdid the soy sauce making up a soggy bowl of Poke and Rice. For the quantity they provide, they're overpriced. Its pretty authentic on the Chinese food, but still way overpriced for something near campus where your primary frequency is going to college goers who want a cheap and quick lunch. I came here today because I was desperately craving raw fish after not having it for a while. Ordered a large rice bowl with my 4 fish options, added my mix ins, house sauce and toppings. Believe me when I say this but Ye's poke station is the best poke I've had in Colorado so far. The portions are very good and the ingredients are super fresh and delicious. I love that they offer mango and pineapple as options on top of the typical non fruit options. I've definitely found my go to joint for poke. they also offer bubble tea which I ordered as well! ;), non fish bowls and also started to offer popular Szechuan dishes, I might have to come back and try their spicy hotpot soon. good eats! read more

This was my first poke bowl experience and it was wonderful! The server was very friendly and explained the process as well as different flavor profiles for some of the options. The decor stood out to me as costal chic. To my knowledge, it is primarily street parking. I loved all the natural light that came through almost a full wall of windows. I LOVE Ye's but they literally close whenever they want. Their business hours are not accurate, you literally have to check like five different apps to see if they're open and they never are. Their site will say "we're open" when they aren't. If the moon is in the wrong place, they're closed. Too many clouds in the sky? They're closed. A slight breeze went by? They're closed. A fly dies in the middle East? They're closed. I absolutely get taking care of your employees but it's literally impossible to know if they're open or not. 9/10 times they're closed. Almost impossible to know when they're open. Their site will say open, Apple Maps will say open, but nope. Still closed as usual. people need to check Grubhub (A shit app that charges you like 50% more) to see if they're open. I get that you close, but atleast get a web designer that can actually show when you're closed and when you're open. That being said, they have incredible food and that's why it's so frustrating they never follow normal business hours. read more

I was really looking forward to my first experience here and had been lusting after the soft serve ice cream in a fish cone. I found this place on Yelp when searching for boba tea so, it was on my list of places to try. After stopping in today, I can't say that I will ever return. My mom and I ordered the crispy honey terriaki pork bowls. The price seemed a little high but in all fairness the portion was decent. The pork was delicious but I'm afraid they must be using MSG as we both had an immediate reaction after eating. You are offered a choice of salad or veggies with your bowl and I wish I had ordered veggies. The salad is just dry lettuce, cucumber and tomato with no dressing. I'm not sure why they offer an undressed salad? The girl told me they had ranch but later said they were out and to my dismay the ice cream machine was broken. No fish cone for me. They still advertised ice cream cones on the menu and charge $5 for a soft serve cone. I'm not sure that price would bring me back. The boba tea was decent but I didn't see any non dairy options advertised. I should also note that the two young girls behind the counter were not washing their hands in between food prep and money transactions. All in all our experience was just so-so. read more

My son and I were visiting the college across the street and stopped in for lunch. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I am rather new to Poke so the server walked me through the process very patiently. Her suggestions were fantastic. We also got a couple teas while we were there. The tea was strong but we added a little water and it was excellent. We did not get milk tea so that is probably why it was strong. We both enjoyed our meal and played one of the games they had there for customers to use during their visit. We'll be back if my son ends up going to school there. read more
