Thinking they've done an overhaul of their customer service team as well as their production and distribution processes. Placed a several orders for custom items this year, well in advanced of the holidays in an effort to ensure they arrive on time. I was pleasantly surprised by the turn around time my items and glad I am so very glad I gave YETI CUSTOM SHOP another shot! I was quite hesitant after last year but gave them the benefit of the doubt, simply based on their products alone... Yeti products are rugged, durable and outperform at every opportunity. They are a staple in cabinets; from wine glasses to coffee mugs to water bottles! They are the very best! Thanks for getting it right this season, YCS! read more

Great products, but their customer service is totally unacceptable and worthless! Ordered a custom job using my own images. When placing the order the images were uploaded to their web site to determine whether they could be used and their web site showed acceptance of both of my images. However, when I received my order, one of the images is completely unacceptable and you cannot even see what it is! I contacted Yeti and provided photographs of the product with the images and all they provided to me was a discount on a FUTURE order. My response back to them was this was unacceptable, as I wanted a resolution on this order. I offered that they either provide me with a refund on the order or all me to provide them with new images and redo the order. Their customer service has completely and totally ignored me after numerous emails sent to their customer service. So while their products may be very good, their customer service leaves much to be desired and I will never purchase ANY of their products again! read more

I placed a corporate order for yeti mugs on October 7th and my confirmation indicated a ship date of October 22-28th. I finally reached out to them on November 2 to inquire as the their whereabouts and was told they are out of the Mugs I ordered. No mention of this to me prior to my inquiry. I wonder what would happen if I had not called, I guess they hope I just forget that I ordered and paid thousands of dollars for mugs I haven't received. I thought Yeti was a premium brand. A vendor had sent, as a gift to their clients, a yeti mug. After my wife and I were fighting over who gets to use it, I though "D@#N, I gotta get this for my clients". So I did... Loved the quality of their mug and our corporate logo on it looked shaaaarp!! By far, the best gift we've given out clients. Yes, it cost a small fortune though I suspect having a gift that will be with our customers for a long time, thus having our name constantly in front of them, will pay off in referrals that will more than compensate the cost of a used car - which these mugs did cost. If you want a quality gift your clients will keep (and love!), I recommend these nifty mugs. Shout out to Summer, the YETI service representative, who was super friendly and quick to respond to any email communication. You rock! read more

Placed a custom order and spent $2,000 for custom mugs for an event for our business... the estimated arrival date although their website says "ready to go" jeeps getting further and further out and now they aren't going to make it by this Thursday for the event. Their website said 2 weeks lead time and I ordered 3 weeks before the event. Called and was told basically too bad and the order is still being made and there's nothing they can do. We will never ever order from them again and I will never buy one of their products again! Terrible customer service, lies on their lead time, and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Don't get me wrong, the product is great but the experience in the custom shop was horrible. Put my order in on 12/16/18 and did not get it until 1/29/19! Really? A reputable company like Yeti and you can't find more help for faster production. Also, not impressed with the logo and name imprint put on the silver rambler. I got an email from them today telling me the product was shipped with a couple of web links that go nowhere. One link was for a review and the other their website! Ugh... Will I use their products? Terrible Customer Service & SUPER SLOW What a disappointing​ experience... I used to LOVE Yeti products, but this latest interaction with the custom shop has turned me off to the brand - I will NEVER buy another Yeti product and will voice my dissatisfaction to anyone who will listen... We placed a significant order for 30x custom Yeti Mugs on November 11th. These were intended to be company holiday gifts for our customers, vendors and employees. They were supposed to ship on Dec. 7th, giving us a couple weeks before Christmas to hand them out. The 7th came and gone (it's now the 19th) and after several unreturned calls to Yeti Customer service. We can't get an update and it's now too late to get these out before Christmas. We've had to scramble to pull together alternative gifts for everyone and are just going to have to call American Express to cancel​ our order, as it's pointless and a waste of time, energy and money...not to mention incredibly stressful and frustrating. Unless you have a couple months and plenty of buffer time I wouldn't order from these guys. If you do order, don't​ expect to be able to reach customer service if you have any questions or concerns. Ordered a custom Yeti on December 1, 2018 with an expected delivery of December 21, 2018. Three weeks seemed a bit long to engrave three letters and one of their standard designs. On December 21st I received an email that they were running behind and to expect delivery on January 3rd, No apology...just a statement of fact. That was it! I received this Christmas gift on January 3, 2019. One month and two days after I ordered it. It was fine. Not amazing,not spectacular. Definitely NOT worth it. It wasn't even cost effective. If I were ever to do it again, I would purchase a Yeti product at a local retailer and take it to Things Remembered to have it engraved. Love Yeti products but not CustomShop. read more

It is one thing to say your custom order is going to be ready in 2-3 weeks ( I ordered the week BEFORE Thanksgiving), it is another to have it not even ready to ship a week AFTER New Years (newest date is January 7th for "ready to go"). There have been ZERO updates on the order. I have had to check my tracking number every 2-3 days and the "ready to go" date keeps getting pushed back by 3-4 days each time. In addition to that, they say 4-5 days shipping time. I am guessing it will be 3-4 months before I actually receive my order. Extremely disappointed in the communication by this company. Awful customer service. I had ordered two custom water bottles as Christmas gifts in November. I received an email Dec. 9 that the items would not arrive before Christmas. I was originally given an expected date of Dec 15. I contacted the company and they were unhelpful. If they can not guarantee an item will arrive before Christmas, the website needs to clarify that. From initial contact to delivery this is one class act!!! Because of a medical condition, my so. Can not be near magnets, so they shipped me a complementary top without a the magnet. The quality of this product is amazing. We are now a devoted Yeti customer. This was the first custom order, I have placed and I cannot be happier, but more importantly my sister who the gift was for LOVES it. Today is January 8th and it was just delivered. 40 days. They never made it clear that getting the personalization would cause a delay and it took 3 calls and 2 emails for someone to tell me that my order was delayed even further than they thought. Placed an order on November 13th for work. Heard nothing back until I made an inquiry on November 26th, and received a response that they were waiting for me to approve the artwork. On November 30th found out that they were sending artwork approval link to the wrong email address. On November 30th received an email with an approximate ship date of December 11th. On December 12th I received an email that they were now going to be delayed. I asked for a status on December 17th (twice) and no response. Again requested a status on December 18th and received a response that the shipping label has been created and my order will ship within the next 2 business days. Thanks a lot Yeti, these are gifts for employees who will be off work for the holidays by the time my order arrives and won't receive them until after the First of the Year. Absolutely awful customer service and absurd production/shipping timelines. I ordered on 11/15 and was guaranteed delivery before Christmas and was provided with a 12/11 ship date. My items did not ship until 12/21 and they were finally delivered on Christmas Eve...cutting it a little close don't you think? I had been back and forth with customer service, but they were of no help and would never give me an update on my order once my initial ship date had passed. It should not take 6 weeks to produce 2 cups....just ridiculous. I also still have a refund that I am still waiting to be processed. I had to cancel the back customization on my yeti's and was told a refund for that would be issued after one week. One week went by....no refund. Reached out to customer service and was told it actually takes 7 business days for a refund. So I wanted another 2 weeks to give plenty of time....still no refund. I called again and was told something different from the first 2 people - it will be refunded once your order ships. How is it that 3 people that work at the same company have a different answer to the same question? I am still waiting for that refund. I will never order from here again. So very disappointed. I was so excited to get my 16 yr old a yeti of his own customized with his name for his wrestling tournaments. I ordered December 3 with an "expected" ship date of December 26, 2018. I thought for sure, that was just to cover their butts expecting a very busy holiday season and that for sure it would be here by Christmas. I mean, how long can a 6 letter name take right? I ordered in plenty of time to customize something so simple. I checked for updates after I placed the order and had nothing, not even a tracking number. Then I checked everyday from December 26, 2018 (the expected ship date) until January 8, 2019 (12 days after ship date) and ...nothing, no updates or anything! Finally January 8, 2019, I got a tracking number for estimated delivery of January 9, 2019. That's ridiculous considering they took their money for this customized yeti immediately after I placed my order!! That's 6 weeks later!!! I finally received the product!! Yeti has been so reputable but the lack of updates and time it took to complete an order is so unprofessional and seems so unorganized that I will not be ordering from them again. I expect a customer service rep to reach out to me. On their time, I expect to hear from someone by lets see...March? Maybe even April? I'm very disappointed with Yeti Corporate Office and Yeti products Yeti! I am a Family Advisory Board Member for the Emerson Rose Heart Foundation which is based out of Clemson, SC. The ERHF placed an order for 120 Yeti Rambler 10oz. Lowball cups with lids that were suppose to have been laser engraved with the ERHF logo for our local golf tournament back in Oct. of 2020. When the initial call was placed several weeks before the golf tournament, we were told by a sales representative that it wouldn't be a problem and that we had time to have them laser engraved and for them to get to us before the golf tournament. A little over a week before the golf tournament, a call was placed to see if we could add 10-15 extra cups to the order. While on the call, we were informed that apparently the order had been lost and there was no record anywhere of the order, however the ERHF credit card had already been charged. We were also advised that there would be no way that we would receive the cups in time for the annual golf tournament which is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year! Yeti offered to send out the cups with no logo as quickly as they could but there no guarantee that we would have them in time for the tournament. As a safety, we had to decline as we knew that we would also have to have them sent to be laser engraved by somebody local. And to be realistic, we knew that with no guarantee to receive the cups and then a minimum of 4 days for them to be laser engraved which would push us out past tournament date. So knowing this, we declined so that we could find the cups locally and have them done. We had to go to 4 to 5 businesses and basically bought everything they had to be able to get the 130 cups that we needed! By doing this, we ended up spending an additional amount of $1350.00 that we wouldn't have had to spend if the order hadn't been lost in the first place. So basically, we were now out $1350 that could have been spent towards families of critically ill children with severe Congenital Heart Defects who are in the hospital fighting a fight that no parent is mentally prepared to deal with. After the golf tournament, I did reach out to Yeti Customer Service and was told that this would definitely be looked into. I was sent an email with that persons information so that I could continue to speak with the same person. I was advised that this would definitely be sent up to higher ups in the corporate office. After going back and forth for a couple of weeks with Glen F. who was doing everything he could to be as helpful as he could, I was informed that it was being turned over to Edward M. in the Corporate Sales Office. After explaining everything to him, he advised yet again the he would have to check with someone higher up the chain than him. After a short time, he got back to me and said the best that they could do was to send out a case of 24 of the same cups. I asked if he could check and see if they could at least send 2 cases which still wouldn't add up to $1350 that we basically lost and he said that he would check. Once again he came back and said the only offer was for one case. He went on to explain that the reason they wouldn't do more was because we had already been offered a solution and we refused. Again, I explained the reason for the refusal was because we were told there would be no guarantee that we would receive the cups in time for the tournament, much less get them in time to have them laser engraved. I have also worked in sales and know that this could have been handled in a much simpler way, especially with the order being lost, credit card being charged(actually twice, which was eventually fixed), and the fact that the Emerson Rose Heart Foundation was out an additional $1350! I worked for a company that had to pay out around $10,000 for a mistake that was made, and never put the customer through anything like what we've had to deal with over this issue! They owned there mistake and made it right! I can assure you that I have told all of my friends and I hope that anyone that reads this review will think twice before ordering an order like this for any event you have coming up!!! All we ever wanted was to be able to make up for the additional loss of $1350 so that we could in turn use that money to help families who are in desperate need of help in really tough times! read more

I placed a custom order. It took a very long time to receive it - actually came after the persons Birthday....a bit embarrassing. On the custom printing, the "V" looked like a U, so in the word that should have been "Savage" - it looks like "Sauage". I am really disappointed, the Yeti was a gift that the person really wanted and the writing on it looks wrong. I wish that I had not done this for both reasons, the lateness of the delivery and the custom work which looks bad. read more

Yeti has the worst customer service. Any issues you may have is never addressed. I ordered a costume job and it was more than a week late being shipped. When reaching out to them I never once got a personal reply from someone to help me. I got a generic response with no follow up or help. 1 out of 5 stars. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have spent $2,000 - $4,000 for the past 5 years purchasing custom Yeti products to use as holiday gifts for my clients. The first 3 years I ordered products from a third party and had no issues. The past 2 years I have ordered directly from Yeti and have had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Last year I placed an order towards the end of November during their holiday special for free customization. I was told I would have the product in 2-3 weeks. About 4 weeks after placing my order I was told that there were going be delayed. I needed the product by 12/15 for a holiday party I host every year but did not receive them until mid-January. Everyone at the party knows that give our a different yeti product each year. Needless to say I was totally embarrassed to show up empty handed. This year I contacted customer service to place my order 10/10 and confirmed with customer service that they had the product I wanted actually in stock. I was told they had the product in stock and that it would ship in 2-3 weeks. I contacted customer service at the end of 3rd week and was told that they were experiencing delays but that the should be shipped in about a week. I then received and email about a week later informing me that they were experiencing some delays and that they could not tell me when my order would be available. I asked to speak with a supervisor to see what the issue was or if perhaps I needed to change the color or product type in order for them to fulfil my order. I was told that no changes were allowed.?? They told me that supervisor would have to call me back. I have called every day for the past 5 days asking to speak with a supervisor to what if anything I they could do to help me. I have not yet received a phone call back. Today I went onto Amazon and ordered 70 Yeti Travel Mugs that will be delivered to my house in 2 business days!! I will have a local company do the custom engraving.... Their customer service got back to me 2 weeks later, which I'm giving them a cushion for since it is the holidays. They are giving us replacements for damaged mugs and not requiring us to return the bad ones. It was a fairly harmless process, I had to take 3 pictures of each mug. They're supposed to be here by late January. If I were to order from them again, I would just order way sooner (like 3 months) prior to actually wanting to hand out the gifts. I was trying to order 10 custom tumblers, and each time I order, the entire order cancelled because of one or two images. I love the YETI products. But I have a problem with them taking so long to deliver the items I ordered after telling me they would be arriving on an approximate date, and then receiving them (2 custom ramblers) much later. I ordered two ramblers on Nov, 24th. They did not arrive at the destination for delivery until December 24th. A full month to get two imprinted cups. I had to go out and buy something else for the people i ordered them for because our office party was on the 21st.
