Delicious solid Greek food. Have come here a few times and it's always great! The service is friendly and fast, the place is clean and bright. We will definitely be back. It's hard not to get a gyro because they're sooo GOOD! The salad is traditionally Greek which is just lovely - tomatoes, onions, lettuce and olives.

Promptness was amazing! Food quality and completeness of my catering experience is excellent. Everything was well packaged and my pickup.

Casual Geek restaurant on Bascom, perfect for when you want a bite to eat without any fuss. The menu is pretty straightforward and their portion sizes are large enough to share I believe. We tried the lamb, chicken, beef in a variety of different ways (plates, gyros, wrap) and everything was great except the lamb. Unfortunately it wasn't as tender as I hoped it would be so will probably stick to the chicken next time. Price point was decent for the service, portion size, and quality.

Good cheap Greek food, they are quick and tasteful. We ordered got one chicken plate and one lamb wrap but the lamb wasn't cooked well enough. The texture was too squishy and not tender as it supposed to be. Portion sizes are decent enough to share but would recommend a side dish. The service is good, they were nice enough to give some sauces and answer questions.

Been coming here with my family since I was little. Chicken is juicy and well seasoned, and pairs well with the tzatziki and salad. The fries are thick cut and rice is fluffy. The falafels are crispy on the outside and pair well with all the sauce.

I love yiasoo! Feels pretty healthy and lots of good flavor. Chicken was a bit dry but still good. Lots of pita bread pieces. Rice is flavorful too. Always a staple place for healthier food now!

Gyro wraps were huge and loaded with gyro. Tzatziki was so good!

If you're looking for some bomb gyro wraps, you have to check out Yiasso in Campbell. I went on a Friday night, there were people eating but no line at the register. You order at the register & they bring you the food. We got 2 gyro wraps, each wrap costs about 13$, an order of fries to share, loukoumades, and a piece of baklava. All in all is was about 43$ The gyro wraps were a hefty size and loaded with meat and other ingredients. I would definitely get it again. Gyro was perfectly thinly sliced and the tzatziki was incredible! The fries were eh, straight from the freezer fries and we all know fresh cut is the best. I would still get them again tho lol Loukoumades (like little greek donuts if you don't know) were so incredible! I feel like it's a rare find so when I saw them on the menu, I knew I had to get and they were delish, crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle! Baklava was incredible too. We went on a Friday night and it was chilly, but they have outdoor seating with fire heaters going which I appreciated. If it was a bit warmer, I would've sat outside! Seating on the inside is standard. All in all, this will be a repeat meal for me!

    Super Chicken Souvlaki

The gyros here were delicious, the chicken was tender and juicy and the pork was cooked perfectly. However, I wish it would've had more tzatziki and some lettuce/onions/cucumbers.

Delicious and authentic Greek cuisine. No waitress service, you order and pay by the counters. Friendly staff; Food is served fresh and fast. Small place that accommodate many tables. Very cozy with typical decor. Prices are good for the quality and amount of food served. Parking available in the back. Beer and nonalcoholic beverages available

Love this place. The food is always fresh and comes out quick. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We ordered the chicken souvlaki plate, the chicken salad, and the babaganoush with pita. Their pita bread is so good too. The main area is nice and quaint with tables and there is also a patio area. The parking lot is on the smaller side but there is street parking. The restroom is clean and spacious.

Post-workout, post-hunger, full flavor mode: activated. Shrimp skewers? Fire. Dolmas? Obsessed. That white sauce? Not your average tzatziki think feta, cucumber, elevated creamy magic. And yes, I did get baklava and yes, she was rich rich. Took one bite and respectfully saved the rest for the week. Affordable, flavorful, and healthy? Yiassoo Greek Restaurant in Campbell understood the assignment. And if you're feeling lazy? They're on DoorDash too. Extra slay. Was super open clean, and honestly, the food came out really fast but yet still tasted super fresh. A world of flavor, elegance, indulgence one decadent bite at a time. @indulgewithenaa

Delicious Food! Wonderful Service! Comfy ambiance! My Business Partner/Best Friend/Sister/Buddy and I use to come here religiously, at least once some times twice a week for years. Lisa would order the lamb plate and I would order the #28 (Veggie Plate). We stopped coming since they had changed the cheese in the white sauce and it didn't quite taste the same. Today I thought I would stop in for old times sake to see how the food was. I am very pleased to announce that the white sauce tastes like it use to. Very tangy and rich in flavor. My lunch was again very tasty as it use to be. Wonderful fresh salad, yummy dolmas, the falafels are delicious, the humus is as good as before, and the spanakopita is spectacular as before. The only thing I'm missing is the company of my buddy, Lisa. I wish she was here to enjoy this delicious food and wonderful cheese sauce she loved so much. I know if she was here the food would taste so much better than it already does. I miss you Lisa! I hope you are reading Yelp in heaven so you can see that the cheese sauce you loved so much is back! Just wish you were sis!

They are located in a little strip mall on Alma Ave a few doors down from The Giving Pie. The parking lot is not huge but it we were able to find parking with no problem. The inside is nicely decorated with pictures of famous places in Greece. It's not huge inside but cozy with several tables for inside seating as well as a patio outside for outdoor seating. You can scan the QR code at your table or order at the front counter. We ordered from the front counter. We ordered the highly recommended Mousaka, the 3 piece plate with a side of green Greek salad. We chose the chicken skewer, pork skewer, and bifteki for our 3 meat choices as well as an order of Spanikopita. Our food was delivered to our table promptly. I grew up eating my Mom's Mousaka and I've eaten it in Athens, Naxos and Santorini. Let me tell you, their Mousaka was excellent. The eggplant, potato, meat filling and béchamel on the top were perfect. It's definitely a must try. The three skewers of meat were so flavorful and juicy. Both my husband and I loved it!! The pita bread it came with so warm and soft. The Spanikopita was fresh and hot. Delicious flaky phyllo dough with a savory spinach interior. The salads that came with each dish were also wonderful. Their feta on the top was so good and I loved the Kalamata olives. Customer service here was great. The young lady that helped us when we ordered was very friendly and helpful. It started getting busy inside while we were eating and I can see why. This is delicious homemade Greek food made from the heart. We will be coming here more often, now that we know about this place. There are many other things we are looking forward to trying.

The salmon itself was good, but I don't think the quinoa was a good match with the dish. The flatbread was the most disliked item we had. It was a bit bland and too doughy. We enjoyed the Peyrassol Rosé (France 2025), which was not only nice to see but also nice to drink. Love the smooth texture and taste. Vanilla Crème Brûlée was enjoyable, the shortbread cookie was somewhat bland. Chocolate Date Cake was rich and quite sweet. Even we shared it among 3-4 people, we still couldn't finish it. Unfortunately, the chicken and beef were lacking in flavor and were pretty dry. The portions were generous, though the gyro beef was sliced pretty thin. The veggies were actually fresh, which was a plus. The hummus was on the lighter side flavor-wise, while the Baha Ghanouj had a solid roasted aftertaste. The Achilles spread was... interesting. It was very fatty with a garlic aftertaste. It just wasn't my thang. The waffle fries were cool. They were fried well and had a good crunch, but nothing special. The falafel, though, was pretty disappointing. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch. They were very crunchy, but had a weird dish-soap aftertaste that I couldn't get past. I couldn't finish the rest. Sorry, but I'll be on the lookout for another Mediterranean spot.

We've found Manakish Oven to be a solid Mediterranean food place with good portions for the price. Over the times that we've visited, we've tried their manakish, shawarma bowls, shawarma wraps, and baklava. - Manakish - We've tried their lahm bajin and their tri tip shawarma manakish. Their lahm bajin manakish is a classic/more traditional manakish. Their ingredient list may seem simple, but it's full of good flavors and they do not skimp on the toppings. Their tri tip shawarma manakish is something we'd recommend if you're not feeling to adventurous and want to stick with more basic/modern flavors. They also don't skimp on the toppings with this one. Expect the manakish to be thin like NY thin crust pizza, but maybe more soft/doughy. Portion-wise, one manakish can probably be 1-2 people, unless you're super hungry. - Shawarma bowls - We've tried their tri tip shawarma bowls. Each bowl is loaded with a good portion of rice, meat, salad, and pickles. There's definitely enough meat to pair with each spoonful of rice. The bowls are again, very flavorful and not too oily, which I appreciate. - Shawarma wraps - We've tried their tri tip shawarma wraps. Each wrap is filled with similar ingredients in the tri tip shawarma bowl and manakish, except it's in a wrapped form. The wrap is still loaded with good flavor with every bite. We've always had ours paired with a side of fries. Their fries taste fresh and doesn't have a hint of being frozen/previously frozen. - Baklava - We've tried their pistachio and walnut baklava. Even though the baklava is sitting in the dessert fridge, each piece tasted fresh. The phyllo dough was still fluffy with many layers even tough it was full of honey (yum!). They have a lot of seating indoors and some seating outdoors. If you're waiting for your to-go orders, they have water available. They also have a restroom for customers. All the times that we've picked up food, the restaurant has been kept very clean and neat. They have a small parking lot, and we've usually been able to snag a spot (except one time). Other parking options are street parking on the same side of the store or opposite the store (in the residential area or near the Salvation Army Thrift Store).

I usually order an extra with the biryani plates, because *some* is just never enough. Their mango lassi is super mango-ey. I don't know what kind of mangoes go into this drink, but it has the most sweet, tart, and ripe fruitiness (emphasis on fruitiness), and the yogurt in it adds good balance. Perfect drink. There is a good variety of items to choose from, so I don't get bored eating here. You can tell everything is cooked fresh on a daily basis as well. Don't sleep on the desserts either. After trying baklava at many restaurants around San Jose, I regard Gulzaar Halaal's as my personal favorite. Crispy layers, firm yet chewy bottom, and never stale. Perfect balance of sweet, nutty and spiced. My favorite dessert though has to be Kanafeh. Soft-ish, melty sweet cheese (with rose water, I think?). Ask for it warmed. I've always felt relaxed when eating in the restaurant. Tables are frequently cleaned. The owner is very attentive, making sure customers are happy with everything. Their interactions with people are always very respectful and kind. Last but not least, the bathroom is clean, neat and tidy.

All the while smiling:) I ordered via yelp because we were starving and easily this restaurant has their menu in organized and visually appealing. Their descriptions and the variety of selections and customizations on point. My husband said he wasn't hungry but then saw the food and we scarfed it all down. He gave it 8.5 and said would come back. I ordered pickled vegetables which I thought was going to be onions but I think it's actually cabbage. Not my preference so I will take that home to the parents. Did order yogurt dip- husband was a fan. The chicken thigh and filet were so tender. I had put a note on the order for medium rare. I wouldn't call that medium rare but it was tender nonetheless. I'm sad I had to pay extra for a half of a Roma tomato, salad and lavash- the lavash I saw it in the add-ons menu so I assumed it wasn't in there. Ended up with so much lavash. No need to buy extra. The entire thing came up to $63-ish. The food was 4/5 but service was 5/5! I know this economy has everyone struggling. This was probably the most I have spent on Mediterranean food. I would have expected $45-$50. We just came back from Turkey so this would have costed us $15-$20 USD. Portions for rice and meat were good though! All in all- would come back!
