    Chef Salad
    Glenn M.

This place is so delicious! You have to stop in here if you are ever in the area or not in the area, please stop in! Today I had a Chef Salad and it was outstanding! Lots of delicious toppings covering very crispy fresh greens! I'm not a salad eater, but let me tell you I'm about to become one! (Please see the picture below) Plenty of ham, turkey, cheese, tomatoes, olives (yes delicious olives) and a fresh hard boiled egg! These people are awesome and definitely take pride in the food they serve! Look at the color of the yolk in the hard boiled egg! It's an orange yellow, a real premium chicken egg! So delicious!!!! I also bought two delicious Philly cheesesteaks just in case the salad didn't fill me up. I never got around to eating them and gave them to some buddies in my office. The cheesesteaks must have been delicious since two of the most talkative people I know were silent for once and were devouring their sandwiches when I last saw them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is awesome!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich - length is slightly shorter than my iPhone 14 Pro Max. But sooooo good

Trying to expand my list of places to hit up that open early morning. Signage on the door says they're open 6am. First off - all the food tasted GREAT and the service was top notch. The lady was so sweet and I really want to support what seems like a local business. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It has a pretty decent dining area even though it looks small from the front.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordered: Beef Teriyaki bowl $16.99: You can choose to have rice and salad, or stir-fried veggies over rice. The smell is already so good, the flavor did not disappoint. Philly Cheesesteak $10.99: Another banger, I don't even like onions, but the flavor was so good. This was on the smaller size, a snack. My favorite of what I bought. Breakfast Burrito $8.99: Solid burrito, I chose bacon for the meat. It's more of a snack burrito, but I think the price matches the size of this one okay. But the portion sizes for the price is questionable. Nice business though, guess mom and pop shops are feeling the strain of risen cost of goods. (T--T ). Check it out and decide for yourself though. **Parking is LIMITED. It's around an industrial area/street, but I still say worth the visit.

What a surprising little gem! I arrived to pick up my car a little too early for a nearby auto shop. I needed to kill 30 minutes. I came into here to get breakfast and what a pleasant surprise! I had the sausage breakfast burrito, which was about nine dollars and very tasty. Nothing super fancy or extravagant just a really well-made breakfast burrito. Everything else on the menu looked quite good, and to be honest wish I could've tried some of the lunch options. Maybe I'll come back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is just a mom and Pop type restaurant in a strip mall, and a little bit of an industrial area. So don't get your hopes up for anything crazy as far as ambience but the owners are super, super friendly and very quick.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're ever in the area, I need to grab a bite to eat, I would highly recommend!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Tucked away in an industrial area, they get a lot of lunch time clientele looking for a quick grab and go.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a few small tables indoors and outdoors as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were just two people working when we went and the place was full. Expectedly, the service was a little slow. Menu is not very large but had breakfast items, sandwiches and some Asian items like katsu and bulgogi. We got the chicken katsu plate and sandwich. The chicken katsu itself wasn't great, it had a thick coating and took some effort to cut through. The plate came with a tiny scoop of rice, some cabbage salad and two sweet dressings. Cos I ain't a fan of sweet stuff, I was not particularly drawn towards those dressings. But, everything in the plate was fresh and relatively tasty. I just wish the portions were larger, I am not a heavy eater and it was less for me as well. The sandwich and its fixings were great, everything came together cohesively. Except for the little too hard chicken, the sandwich was perfect.

Love this place. Can not wait to come back and try the Bulgogi burrito.Yummy - but my breakfast burrito is amazing and nice balance plus the homemade salsa is so good- I'll be back

I walked in, relieved to discover it was a poke spot, and decided to have lunch there. I ordered a bowl with white rice as my base and two proteins: tuna and yellowtail. To my surprise, I could add five toppings, so I went with crab meat, mango, cucumber, edamame, and scallions. I don't recall the exact sauces or sprinkles they put on, but the bowl was enormous--which explained the nearly $30 price tag! I grabbed a seat by the window overlooking the parking lot. The chair was a bit snug, but I didn't mind as I dug into my fresh, flavorful poke bowl. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The staff member helping me was new, shadowed by the manager as he assembled my order, but he did a great job! After another grueling 90-minute Bikram Yoga session, I debated between returning here or grabbing Taco Bell, which was much cheaper and in the same shopping center. Despite the price difference, I chose the healthier option. Since the restaurant was packed and I was eager to get home, I decided to order to go. This time, a young woman helped me build a bowl with half purple rice and half white rice. Purple rice is a highly nutritious whole grain, so I was eager to try it. It had a ougher texture to chew than white or brown rice, but I still enjoyed my lunch. For protein, I chose tuna and spicy tuna. I rattled off a long list of toppings before realizing I'd already hit the five-topping limit. I wished I could swap one of the mangoes out, but instead, I paid the extra $1.25 for an additional topping. The young woman was efficient, and I was out of there in no time. Overall, I'm a fan of this restaurant. I can definitely see myself coming back after future Bikram Yoga sessions in the 'torture chamber.'

Luckily, I'm pretty familiar with Asian foods and flavors, so I was able to figure it out on my own. I also added a vegan note in the comments of my order for good measure. Most restaurants with a build-your-bowl model have different pricing for the vegetarian and vegan options because tofu is much less expensive than items like steak or salmon. However, here, it's one price for every bowl. I placed a pickup order; it was ready right away, and the woman at the front was very nice. Here's what I got: Purple Rice, Grilled Vegetables, Grilled Corn, Grilled Tofu, Beets, Chunk Tofu, Edamame, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Jalapeño Ponzu (Spicy), Classic Unagi, Sauce on Top, Onion Flakes, Garlic Flakes. Everything was really flavorful, and I loved the contrasting textures. Although it was a bit on the pricey side, the bowl was super filling, and the portions are very large; they definitely don't skimp on the toppings or tofu. I wasn't able to finish it all. I will say I didn't see unagi sauce, but I could taste the ponzu. I was under the impression that most commercial unagi sauce is vegan, but maybe they use something non-vegan in theirs? I checked with Gemini, it said: when unagi sauce is prepared using traditional methods, fish-based flavor enhancers, or hidden animal byproducts might be used. Either way, if theirs is non-vegan, I appreciate them following my note and not putting it in my bowl. Overall, I think the food was really good and I could see myself ordering again.

The menu is laid out by geographic regions, which I thought was a really neat way to showcase the many different cuisines. We started with summer rolls and calamari, both of which were excellent. The summer rolls were fresh and bright, with a delicious peanut sauce that was among the best my sister (a self-described "Peanut Sauce Snob") and I had ever had. The large pieces of calamari were expertly cooked, still very tender even after frying. There was a hint of spice in the calamari dipping sauce that I quite enjoyed. For entrees, we got Pad Thai, Pad See You, and Panang Curry -- all favorites we've had many places (despite the many alluring new-to-me options, I admit we all defaulted to known quantities) -- and we were impressed across the board. Everything was flavorful, had just the right amount of spice, and came out steaming hot. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of this restaurant, which felt lively and friendly.
