Sky was really helpful and friendly. My drink came up pretty quickly and it was good. But I'm not sure it was worth the $7-8 I paid for, especially since it was one of their mini sizes. Whatever you call it: " blended well", "extra blended", etc. you MUST request this. Why you ask? It doesn't matter the location, unless it's the manager or owner, the staff rushes the smoothies and they come out very icy, some with ice chunks inside that won't come out of the straw. Listen, I LOVE this place and frequent them 3-4x per week for a smoothie. Staff is great, friendly, outgoing, sincere. Owners are amazing! But, they don't put in the effort when blending ... so you HAVE to ask! They should time it and require the staff to let the blender run longer to come out with a consistent product, but it is by no means consistent between locations and mostly, in my experience having purchased a few 100 over the last couple years, very inconsistent.

I sat outside after my order was ready. Service (3/5): Service isn't a big part of the experience. You order at the counter and they call your name when your order is ready. The employee working wasn't too friendly and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. All good. It happens. Drinks (N/A): While they have a good number of smoothies, I went with an acai bowl instead. Food (2/5): I'll start things off by saying I'm a big acai bowl fan. I've had them at so many locations that I've lost count. This was the worst acai bowl I had. I went with one of their seasonal selections that had an acai base, strawberries, bananas, "granola," and honey. Man, where to start. The acai base was on the lower side quality wise compared to what I've had pretty much elsewhere. I even found an ice cube in my acai. That was a first. The "granola," rather than being the standard granola you have everywhere, was partially rice krispies or something similar to that. I was super confused. And then when it came to the fruit, there were a total of five strawberry slices in my bowl. That's less than one strawberry. I don't know if I caught them on an off night or if this is the norm. Robeks has several locations across town. If you download their app, you get a discount on your first purchase. Which I'll think about doing. Outside of that, I don't think I'll return.
