On both visits, the cashiers made me feel unwelcome, and the attitude was not warm or friendly at all. Customer service makes such a big difference, and unfortunately, this experience took away from what could have been a really enjoyable visit. I normally don't leave negative reviews, and this is actually the first bad review I've ever left for a business. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously because the food is good, but the customer experience needs significant improvement.

If you're in a hurry, don't order here, especially if it's a savory crepe. Two orders after me with sweet crepes were ready before mine was ready...I waited 20 minutes. Only two staff members were there to prepare food and drinks. There are two kiosks for placing orders. They now have $4.99 mini crepes from 12-5pm daily, but they only had a few to choose from, none of which are savory crepes. Lots of parking spaces in the plaza. Love the food (5 stars), but just minus one star for the wait.

If a special card is required, PUT THAT ON THE SIGN. Don't advertise "FREE Birthday Crepe with any food purchase" and then, after customers have ordered and paid, suddenly add a requirement that isn't mentioned anywhere on the advertisement. And to be clear, this isn't about the cost of a crepe. We just spent over $70. It's about the principle and the fact that we brought our daughter here on her 15th birthday and the business wouldn't honor what was advertised right on their door. Call it misleading, false advertising, or just poor customer service, but either way it left a bad taste on what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. Very disappointing.

The Pumpkin Pie Crepe tasted exactly like a pumpkin pie, as expected. However, it wasn't too sweet and had more of a real pumpkin flavor that pair very nicely with the pecans and caramel drizzle. The crepe was cooked perfectly and held together nicely with all the other ingredients. The portion size was large and could be shared between two people. It didn't exactly blow me away, but I appreciated the fact that it tasted like I was eating a pumpkin pie without the over sweetness. The Turkish Coffee was okay in my opinion, but it could be because I'm not used to it. Creamer and sugar packets are provided. The coffee alone was very bold and almost had a burnt taste, but not in a bad way; bringing out the flavor of the coffee beans more. Extremely flavorful! The Crepes are delicious! My family and I have been here a couple times and the flavor and customer service has been consistent! The crepes are usually warm and soft, all of the fruits and toppings taste fresh and the ice cream is easy to dig into! Despite having three rowdy nephews (one 6 yr old and two 3 yr olds) with me, the clerk was extremely nice and friendly. The crepes were ready about 10 minutes after ordering, however the wait time may vary depending on what day and hour you decide to go to. They have really tasty crepes. Dinner crepes use fresh ingredients, they're made fresh. An the dessert crepes are really good too, strawberry banana Nutella with ice cream, and you can choose any fruit if you don't like strawberries or bananas, and you choose which flavor of ice cream, or you can have a piece of cake in the crepe instead of ice cream.
