We came here specifically to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday, and the sign on the door clearly says "FREE Birthday Crepe with any food purchase." No fine print. No mention of needing a special birthday card. Nothing. We spent over $70 on food, and when we asked about the birthday crepe for my daughter, we were told she couldn't get it because we didn't have a "birthday crepe card." How does that make any sense? If a special card is required, PUT THAT ON THE SIGN. Don't advertise "FREE Birthday Crepe with any food purchase" and then, after customers have ordered and paid, suddenly add a requirement that isn't mentioned anywhere on the advertisement. And to be clear, this isn't about the cost of a crepe. We just spent over $70. It's about the principle and the fact that we brought our daughter here on her 15th birthday and the business wouldn't honor what was advertised right on their door. Call it misleading, false advertising, or just poor customer service, but either way it left a bad taste on what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. Very disappointing. read more

My first encounter with Crepes De Paris was at the Claremont Packing House in the City of Claremont. I didn't know they have a location at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga until most recently. I was on my way out from Mendocino Farms and said why not get a crepe for dessert. What a lovely French inspired shop with cute wall decor plus inside and outside seating! I was the only customer at the time. The nice and friendly young gentleman behind the counter took my to-go order. I got the same crepe I did last time which was the Royal Crepe. It comes with strawberries, nutella, bananas, powdered sugar, and whipped cream. While I was waiting, I was admiring the shop. I saw a red door... oooh, what could it be? It's the all gender restroom. Wait time was not long at all. Service was good. As for the crepe, it looked pretty in red and chocolate! However, it could have been crispier. The strawberries weren't the sweetest. Nutella and bananas were good. Overall, the crepe was just okay. I don't know if I'll get it again. Besides savory and sweet crepes, they also serve breakfast crepes, omelettes, rolled-to-go crepes, cold and hot sandwiches, soups & salads, les cafes, cold drinks, smoothies, and items for kids under 10. Wow, I totally didn't even pay attention to the other menu items. I'll definitely try their savory crepes or omelettes next time. I discovered the cutest French cafe, Crepes de Paris, complete with a cute little teddy bear sitting in a chair near the door! Le Moulin Rouge | Salmon Crepe: Absolutely delicious, especially if you're craving a savory crêpe, this one is pure perfection! I also love the creaminess on top! This crêpe is quite filling! It's the type of deliciousness that almost makes you say yum out loud!! You can even see the Chef cooking the crêpes through the window! Although the crêpe takes a bit of time to make, it's totally worth the wait! Vibe | Inside: Friendly customer service! While waiting for our crêpes, a woman & her excitable & adorable three year-old daughter sat at a table next to us! The tables are quite close to one another! As I was showing my friend photos of my trip to Morocco, the woman started talking to us, and we all started talking about travel, including her 3-year-old daughter! Haha! The woman showed me photos & videos from Paris, which brought back memories of my most recent travels to Paris 2 years ago and we exchanged travel stories & info! I had no idea that three-year-old's knew the names of popular destinations/landmarks they visited in Paris, very smart little girl! Outside: A few cute tables, alongside colorful flowers! Also, surrounded by plenty of shopping/stores at the outdoor mall, Victoria Gardens! Overall: What a cute cafe, which became quite busy while we were there! RUDE service. Went on my son's 4th birthday when they opened at 9:30am and we were the third customer of the day. There is a sign that says you get free crepes/special on your birthday. We told the employee it was my son's birthday and she seemed annoyed and stated that they would need proof. We showed her a photo of my son that morning with all his balloons, in front of the happy birthday sign we woke him up with, which had a time stamp of 7:48am the same morning. The employee said that wasn't enough and charged us for his crepe. We don't walk around with his birth certificate. It wasn't that we were going just for a free crepes, we didn't even know about the free crepe until we got there, we weren't looking for a discount or anything...it's the principle -- There's a sign on the door that clearly says we can get a free crepe on our birthday, my child doesn't have an ID or drivers license to prove his DOB. No reasonable person would place 25 birthday balloons, streamers, and a birthday sign in their house for a four year old just to take a photo and pretend it's their birthday for a free crepe...& employee was offended and acted like the crepe was coming out of her salary. We came on a rainy Sunday evening and there wasn't a line when we arrived. It was a cute little shop that also had a window to show them making crepes! We ordered the royal crepe which included Nutella, bananas, and strawberry. It came within 5 minutes of ordering and was pretty tasty! Such a yummy dessert, especially in this cold weather. There are few dessert places in the haven city market, I almost tried everything. Crepes are one of my favorite dessert spots in haven city. It's yummy, healthy, and hot. The staff is friendly. Decor is fancy. I like the menus board is big and shows on front. Easier to read. I think they're understaffed and may be overwhelmed but they tried their best. Long time Crepes de Paris customer and fan here! Stopped coming when service and quality dropped a couple of years ago. Today, I came in to study and have some breakfast. I saw they opened at 9:00 am per google, but they actually open at 9:30 am. I got there at 9:27 am and chef opened the door anyway, which was nice. Main cashier (girl, possibly Asian) was quite nonchalant and very disinterested in providing good customer service. She rushed me through my order by asking "anything else?" about 6 times. Finally ordered my caramel latte & breakfast special. Caramel latte was delicious but came in a disposable cup, which was disappointing because I loved their ceramic cup lattes... not sure when that change was made. I am expecting it for a $6 latte. I'm there to study so I start getting into it and find myself unable to focus because the cashier is loudly begging the chef, whose name I came to find out is Chuy, to run across the street and pick up her Starbucks order. She must have said Chuy about 18+ times. This, in combination with zero music and a non-existent air conditioning, started making me feel stuffy and uncomfortable. I was hungry, so I thought I'd wait for my food anyway and then go study somewhere else. About 10 minutes later I am handed this plate of over cooked eggs, fried bacon, oily frozen hash-browns and wheat toast. Cashier immediately turns around and goes to complain to Chuy about the Starbucks order not being right. I am starving and go through a FEW bites of the food but I am horrified by everything on my plate. After a few minutes of attempting to eat, I finally got up and asked for a refund on my plate. It was gross, greasy and completely unsatisfying. Cashier tells me I can't get a refund unless there is "a hair in or something else" and then calls on Chuy for back up. How embarrassing for him, to then have to explain that they can't refund based on the food, and because I had eaten most of it, which I did NOT. I actually laughed out loud because I couldn't believe he was being serious. Sadly, I placed my plate on the table and left with my coffee while the staff awkwardly stared me down. In the least, staff should have re-made the order, but that was not offered. I am writing this review in hope that the staff turns this cute coffee and crepes shop back to original magic. Customer service and excellent, quality drinks & food is a must for a shop, especially in a nice area like Victoria Gardens. I am truly, deeply sadden by this experience, and sadly do NOT recommend Crepes de Paris, once a must-try spot in VC. I am open to discussing anything with management, and wish nothing but good and prosperity for this business. read more

Been going here for years. It's always consistently super good. Their garlic creme sauce could sustain me by itself. The fact that they put it on a delicious crepe is a bonus. I was craving something savory and decided to go for the du soleil crepe. There wasn't much of a wait. My food came out pretty quickly. Hmmm that was a delicious breakfast crepe. The crepe skin was thin and slightly crispy around the edges. The filling was just right. I ate the whole thing and wished there was more. My sister was randomly craving crepes after lunch and we ended up here. The storefront is really cute and I thought inside was reminiscent of a cute bakery you would find in a downtown area. There's a simple French cafe mural on the wall and they play old timey French music so there's definitely a cute shop vibe there. I ordered the Light N' Yummy crepe which is just a crepe with butter, sugar and lemon and my sister ordered the Royal crepe with nutella, strawberry, bananas and whip cream and she also ordered a scoop of vanilla ice cream on both crepes. I really liked the lemon crepe I had and with the ice cream it was the perfect afternoon dessert. I feel like it's easy to make crepes at home but I don't think it would come out as good as their crepes. My sister ate the Royal crepe and said it was great.
