This studio feels more focused on branding than biomechanics and safety. The excessive synthetic fragrance is overwhelming enough to leave with a sore throat, the extremely harsh fluorescent lighting completely undermines the wellness atmosphere, and operational distractions--vacuuming, cleaning, and front-desk movement during class--make it difficult to stay present. From a training perspective, the issues are far more concerning. Equipment spacing is uncomfortably tight, reformers overlap, exercise terminology is inconsistent and often inaccurate, transitions leave newer clients visibly confused, and hands-on correction is minimal even when form and safety are clearly compromised. I observed multiple clients struggling through movements with little to no cueing, modifications, or intervention. For pregnant, postpartum, injured, or less experienced clients, that should be very concerning. "Modern" fitness/pilates should never come at the expense of sound instruction or client safety. This location has potential, but in its current form it feels like a studio in urgent need of stronger leadership, standardized instructor training, and a serious operational reset.

He makes sure his students are understanding the poses and very patient to help them practice the moves. I had great experience so far and my lower back is getting better with yoga. I would definitely recommend this place for all your yoga needs. They do have personal training classes as well. If you are beginner to yoga then this is a good place to start. They offer private yoga sessions as well. Mondays are their beginner classes.

I haven't had the chance to try the rope climbing walls yet, but I will be sure to next time. This was my second visit, with my first time being about a month ago. Unfortunately, I noticed that the bouldering wall hasn't changed since then. I will also add that the mats are quite worn down and have patched up spots. While the gym seems to place a stronger emphasis on rope climbing - which is great for those who enjoy it - it feels like the bouldering section is being a bit neglected. Which is unfortunate because I really like the bouldering routes here! I hope inSPIRE can give their bouldering sections a little more love. I would also kindly suggest to turn up the AC a little more. It is quite warm upstairs. Overall, inSPIRE is a fantastic climbing gym for people who are more rope climbing oriented.
