I learned yoga for the first time through Erika's teachings in 2007. I was so moved by her knowledge, experience and leadership, and I wanted to continue to learn more about yoga practice, life and philosophy. First, I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training, and then I continued onto a 300 hour in depth teacher training. I met the most wonderful collective in these few years and carried on along my journey with a new pair of glasses. Almost a decade later, the pandemic hit. I was still receiving newsletters seasonally from Erika Faith with updates about her teacher trainings. She started offering her first online teacher training from her new residence in Kauai. She had been there almost 6 years, and it was my dream to learn more, grow even deeper. While the world grew unsettled in COVID times, I worked through all the struggles and obstacles in a more graceful state, thanks to my anchor, twice per week, Cloud Nine Yoga School via Zoom. Our cohort went on to study two back to back YTTs finishing off the year with happiness, freedom, peace and reconnected to the light of our true nature. This summer, I had the absolute honor of taking a personal yoga retreat with Erika and her family in the most magical place I've ever visited, the island of Kauai. We did yoga, meditative watercolor, surfed waves, plunged into cold, fresh water lagoons, snorkeled with fishies, hugged trees, and ate healthy, nourishing meals every day, always being present to the beauty that surrounded us. We drank juices, elixirs, smoothies and coconuts. We played, we learned; I healed and evolved. I came to Erika Faith in a sad state. I was suffering the loss of a job that I put my whole heart and soul into for years. Erika helped me realize that it was all for a new calling, a new opportunity for growth. I learned how to let go and let God. The island saved me with its powerful Mana. We got present everyday through conscious meditation and mindfulness of our bodies, mind and spirit. I wish that everyone could experience what I did. It was my greatest gift. Thank you Erika Faith and Cloud Nine Schools.

Arezo and Crystal were amazing mentors for me and taught me more than I could have asked for. This isn't just a school its a family where I felt comfortable growing in my yoga practice. This program went through both the spiritual and physical practice of yoga which I feel was missing foam other programs offered around this area. These teachers are extremely knowledgeable and are loving and willing to help you with anything you need. They have become good friends of mine and have shown me the beauty of yoga:)

I've never done Pilates prior to coming to Vero's and I l'm very glad I chose Vero as my first. The space is very cute and clean. I also love that it's only 4 people at most in a class. I had my consultation/1 on 1 with Sabine and she was kind enough to tell me the history of Pilates, naming and showing me positions, and everything I needed to know going forward. She did a great job showing me the ropes and setting me up for future classes. From there, Crystal very patiently worked with my schedule to find classes that I would fit in with as a beginner. Beyond that, she helped ease my nerves about being a newcomer and helped me feel really welcomed. Most of my classes have been with Aubre who has been nothing short of amazing. She tailors each class after what we need and she never misses! Aubre makes me feel welcomed and I've learned a lot about my body from attending her sessions. She's very good at ensuring we have the correct posture, preventing injuries in the long run. I appreciate her knowledge and how she shows it in her instruction. Eveline and Janet are also great. Eveline's classes are very informative and she does a great job creating a comfortable environment for everyone. Janet is very sweet and took the time to make sure I was doing okay during class. Her care was genuine and I'll never forget her kindness! Most of the people I've talked to only intended to try Pilates for a month or two but Vero's wonderful staff, space, and overall environment makes everyone stay much longer.
