I'm glad they offer the intro because I wasn't sure if it was going to be for me, but now I'm hooked. I really adore going to Anne, Brian, and David's classes. They are great teachers who correct your posture and lead you to success in these poses. You can tell they love to teach, which makes it even more enjoyable being a student. I showed up to the building at 4:15 for a 4:30 class, and no one answered the buzzer to let me in to the locked building. I tried calling and no one answered either. I was let into the building by someone going to a different business in the building and when I showed up to the third floor where One Yoga is located, the door was locked and they were very much closed. There was another man trying to attend the class and neither of us could get in. Luckily I was able to get a refund of my Classpass credits, but it was a waste of time and energy to get there and I will not be booking with One Yoga again.

A wonderful way to bond with your baby. Attended a mommy and baby yoga class today with a handful…read moreof other mamas and their babies. You can do a one time class or pay for a session of classes. I came in the middle of the session but was able to quickly pick up on the activities. This was a low stress and zero expectation type of yoga class. Michelle, the instructor, just wanted to make it a very interactive and happy environment for you and your baby. Even though Baby Olive was acting up, I felt support from the instructor and the other mamas that things like this happens and just do what you need to do to make the baby happy (e.g., feed her, change her diaper, carry her, walk out of the room, etc.). It was great to do an activity as interactive as this yoga class where I get to sing songs to Baby Olive, massage her gently, and put her on tummy time. By the end of the class, Baby Olive fell asleep from all the stimulation and activity and I felt much better (less stressed) from this experience as a first time mom taking her baby out to activities.

Her classes can be very challenging and hard-core, but she easily adjusts to holding the Mommy & Me classes at an appropriate level for involving the babies/toddlers in the class. Michelle also has a wonderful manner about her that encourages people to feel comfortable challenging themselves and/or letting themselves take it easy. I'm so grateful that I found these classes when I had my first child. It was truly one of the highlights of my week - and my son's!
