I want to start off by saying I prefer hot yoga classes because it's what allows my brain to calm down. But there are times that my schedule doesn't align. 1. More morning weekday yoga classes, please & thank you. (but also just getting back into yoga and I know we change the schedule quarterly. ) 2. Re: Mckenzie C. I just took her express scalp class. Please have Mckenzie teach more of these express sculpt classes. The energy she brings is phenomenal. The way she instructs the class also keeps my brain locked in. And she actually gives a lot of good facts during, which I enjoy. As somebody who often has to bring a lot of energy for events I host, i can tell Mckenzie comes and gives all her energy into these classes. We recently partnered with YogaSix for a corporate team-building event at our hotel, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Our goal was to provide something beneficial for our corporate team, who spend long hours sitting at their desks, so we chose a Chair Yoga session. It exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Kaila was absolutely incredible. She handled everything--from the contract and planning to coordinating every detail--and made the entire process effortless. She thought of everything, even bringing thoughtful swag bags for each attendee, which was such a fun and appreciated touch. Our instructor, Annie, was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, kind, engaging, and incredibly easy to follow. She did an amazing job adapting the session for participants with a wide variety of fitness levels, making everyone feel comfortable and included. She created such a welcoming, positive atmosphere, and we all left feeling refreshed, energized, and smiling. The feedback from our team has been overwhelmingly positive. Every single person who attended raved about how much they enjoyed the experience and how beneficial it was. It was the perfect combination of wellness, team building, and fun. In fact, we were so impressed that we're already exploring additional opportunities to partner with YogaSix and expand these types of wellness events to our hourly team members across our hotels. I love this studio!!! I have been looking for a studio that's clean, friendly, offers a variety of class times, and provides classes that are challenging. This is it! My only wish is there were more evening and midmorning classes that were sculpt and flow, or power flow. However, I imagine there are good reasons for their schedule. Plus, I can manage to get to two a week, which is pretty amazing considering my chaotic schedule. Plus, the staff is SO FRIENDLY and so kind when I'm scrambling to get to class from work. No showers, but there are two super clean bathrooms. Parking is pretty easy, in the same lot as Trader Joes and across from Costco. Shout out to Jill's Power Flow and Johanna's Yogalates. :) read more

Been coming here for over 2 years and love the space, classes and instructors. They have a lot of nice amenities such as towels for you to use, including chilled eucalyptus towels. I really enjoy the power yoga classes as well as Sculpt and slow flow. They have so many classes starting early in the morning until the evening to make it easy to fit into your schedule. They also have 30 min between classes so you dont feel rushed leaving or arriving. Its such a nice place! read more

I took a Yoga class when I was 18 at CSULB. It was a huge room with a hundred people and I felt like it was 'boring'. I avoided yoga ever since. A friend of mine was recently trying to convince me to join her for hot yoga and I told her 1. Yoga is boring, I like more active workouts like Kickboxing and weightlifting. 2. I don't like to be hot. She said to just trust her and try one class. Well, one class and I was hooked! I walked out of that first class and immediately signed up for a membership. What I love most about YogaSix is that there's always a class that fits the mood I'm in- whether I want a more intense workout (I like Power or Sculpt and flow), a full body detox (hot!) or a more relaxing deep stretch (restore). The instructors are fantastic- I especially love classes with Liz, Kianna and D'Andre. The ladies at the front are always so friendly, warm and inviting. I'm 100% obsessed with going now and I feel like it changes the vibe of my entire day! So glad my friend changed my stubborn mind about going. :-) read more

One thing that really stands out is how well she explains movement in a fluid, effortless way. She has a wonderful way of speaking, cueing, and articulating body movement that is easy to follow and connect with, which lets me focus on the movement itself instead of first trying to decode the instruction, and honestly, that is rare. Discover that I have YogaSix 5 mins away from my house and I'm super excited about it! Located in one of my fave grocery stores, TJ, they have plenty of parking in the plaza. The studio is quiet small but can accommodate up to 25-30 people at once. They only offer 1 class at a time but I love the class variety that they offer from standard yoga class, hot yoga, sculpt , and restore, they have it all here. They aren't on ClassPass but it doesn't stop me to sign up because they have one of those qualities in terms of teaching and community if you compre it with other studios. read more

LOVE YogaSix Cypress! I've been a member for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. The space is clean and well kept. All the staff and instructors are very nice, welcoming, and they really make you feel like you're part of a community. There are classes in the early morning, afternoon and at night so you can definitely find something to fit your schedule. I love this studio. It is clean, bright, and staff and instructors are welcoming. They have early morning classes, mid morning classes, and evening classes to fit your schedule. Lobby has the cubbies for your personal stuff, restrooms, and merchandise available to purchase. The studio has changing lights, and changing heat settings. Each session i would consider as "warm" (not bikram hot). Feels great! No personalized instruction during class so if you're new new you may feel lost unless you're in the basics class. I appreciate the pacing of the standard classes as a veteran yogi. The classes are fast paced and designed with recurring poses so you can become familiar with the routines over time. They provide mat cleaner (cleaner and water sprays) at end of each class. The instructors also wave an essential oil scented towel over you when you're in Savasana at the end which is a nice touch. Classes are the full hour so expect to be there the whole time scheduled. I love this YogaSix! It is super easy to book classes through the app plus I have found a little community here. Kiana and Merissa are amazing sculpt teachers and really kick my butt! Sarah is my favorite signature because she is so fun and explains the moves very well. I have the unlimited pack and go multiple times a week. I have been coming here for about a year. Doing yoga on a regular basis helps manage my pain after having two back surgeries. The Friday class with Crizzle gets booked solid, so I wish they would add another restore class with Crizzle or Cosette. I love the sound bowls Crizzle uses, very relaxing. I enjoy Cosette's classes very much as well. My previous yoga studio did not survive the pandemic and I looked around for a couple of years before finding Yoga Six. They do have membership with package deals and single classes for $35. So far, I love it and it definitely challenges me. There is only 1 class room with diff times slots for all levels. There is no judgement and every staff member is willing to take the time to help you figure out your journey into a healthier and happier you by introducing you to Yoga. Yogasix is a great place for a beginner like me. Instructors and front desk Instructors are constantly reminding us to do what our body needs at the time. They offer us various positions to choose. They are also respectful and ask if we feel comfortable with any adjustments. Every instructor is different, so the experience with each class may differ (even if hot yoga has the same routine). I've been late to classes due to my work commute, and everyone has been forgiving. Classes They offer a variety of classes, and my favorites so far are hot yoga, sculpt and flow, and yoga power. The classes are generally lightly heated, but the hot yoga classes are hottest. They try their best to offer more classes within different hours. Weekends generally only consist of classes in the morning up until early afternoon. Weeknights may begin in the early morning, have a gap, then continue until about 9:00 PM. Cost Prices vary based on memberships. They can range from $109-189 for monthly payments with 4 classes to unlimited classes from single studio to all studio access. They also have class packs. A single class is currently $35. 10 classes is currently $289. They DO charge if you make cancellations, so it's important to be realistic of your schedule. Overall I've really gotten to manage my anxiety and stress with yoga here. I've been proud of my body and also forgiving on days that are harder. It can be costly, so I am unsure about how much longer I will remain a member. Every place has pros and cons, but I think my only complaint was that the heater wasn't working for quite some time when the studio first opened and we were still paying full price without any compensation or additional offers. I've been practicing here since it opened in 2023 and I love being surrounded by the warmth of the front desk wellness advisors, the care of the teachers, and the genuine support that members have for each other.
