The lady behind the counter couldn't hear him so she said "what did you just say" and he ordered again. She then walked away behind the wall in the front. Another worker asked if we've been helped and we just said we ordered a milkshake. The First Lady came back and said "oh you're helping them. Here make a milkshake" the experience was very odd. The milkshake was good lol but the interaction wasn't friendly. We'll probably move onto a new ice cream place for our go to.

Not only do they have an impressive selection of drinks, but they also have self serve frozen yogurt with a great variety of topping choices, a menu of smoothie bowls, chamoy candy & a variety of esquites. The boba is made fresh daily & they have traditional tapioca pearls as well as fruit based popping boba. They also brew the teas in house. My favorites so far have feen the ube milkshake, matcha chip condensed milk frappe, blended brown sugar chai & blended milk tea with brown sugar. Their boba is perfectly chewy & always fresh. The owner is an absolute gem & also hilarious. Their social media caption game is top tier. This shop also has strong ties to the community. They frequently host drives to put together care packages for the houseless community, support local art, share info for mutual aid & do their best to give back to the community. I like the Ted Cruz sticker the best but I do also like perusing what everyone has added to the growing collection. I'd never had cucumber rolls instead of traditional, but I love how fresh it is with the fish. And the beautiful design of the plate! The Mary Jane roll was a complete change up but also amazing flavors. The avocado and scallion on top with the spicy mayo combination definitely compliments the flavor of the roll. Their burgers are solid, the wings are consistently good, and they have a nice selection of beers and cocktails. Bonus points for their Moscow Mule--it's one of my favorites because it's not overloaded with ginger (no spicy throat burn here, thank you very much). It's also a fun spot overall: pull tabs, darts, and plenty of TVs make it a good place to watch a football game or just hang out with friends. That said... the service is what knocks this place down a couple stars. It's just not great. The bartender can come off pretty rude, and from talking to others, that seems to be a fairly common experience--not just a one-off bad night. All that said, I still think it's worth checking out if you're looking for something different to eat or a casual place to watch a game--just go in with realistic expectations about the service.
