The decoration inside is still cute, even though not much has changed, I don't think they need to change it since it's still a cute ice cream shop. Service depends on how busy it is. On our recent visit when we first arrived the gal was on it, but it started getting super busy quickly and I watched this girl wait on 5 tables at the same time, so she wasn't as quick as she was when we first arrived. The interior is completely decorated with the classic ice cream parlor decor, complete with large circular booths inside as well as comfy chairs in the enclosed outdoor area by the cozy fire during winter. You might even be lucky enough to have a wild Chewy sighting, their mascot, at this location. lol What a local icon! This location also goes ALL OUT with Christmas decorations during the holiday season. I grabbed a few of their custom ornaments and soaked in the festive vibes. They also have solid sized water cups, which is a niche thing to appreciate, but it is most definitely appreciated. I would be remiss if I didn't give a proper shout out to the staff at this location. Their staff are some of the most kind and attentive you'll ever find. They want to see every guest have an amazing experience and it shows in the pride they take in their work as well as the care they show when interacting with each of their guests.
