My husband was mind blown with the birthday cake flavor tasting literally like a birthday cake. I tried other flavors and they were all delicious and creamy. My fave is the "butter pecan port of call". I had the dark chocolate flavor the next time we came and asked for cookie dough mix-in. The ice cream itself was still very good but I would not recommend the cookie dough mix-in. We're from Vegas and we don't have a Marble Slab here so I'm very bummed. Apparently, finding the back door is becoming our trademark because, once again, that's how we made our grand entrance! We were warmly greeted by the lovely Ms. Azra, whose kind smile and friendly personality made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. After browsing all the tempting goodies for a few minutes, my eyes locked onto the ice cream display. Mercy! It was like finding a little slice of heaven on earth. There was no way I was leaving without the apple pie and butter pecan ice cream--served, of course, in a waffle cone with two scoops. Dern tootin', I wasn't about to settle for just one! My daughter chose the chocolate candy ice cream, and she was just as happy with her choice. Our grand total, including the tip, came to $19.36, and every penny was worth it. My ice cream was rich, creamy, and downright delicious. For a few glorious moments, I was in dessert paradise...then reality hit when I looked down and realized my waffle cone had mysteriously disappeared. Funny how that happens! Service - Armed with ice cream scoops, the friendly staff are ready to take your order. They even provided me with some extra-large sample bites. Everyone was smiling and made us all feel very welcome. 1 Star. Food - Kilwins will give you the "kid in a candy store feeling" because they have so many sweet treats. I called after my order didn't deliver at 9am for my lunch meeting, thankfully they came to my rescue, allowed me to place it and then were able to put it together and deliver it in about an hour. The bundtinis are great for groups, allowing for lots of flavors and we don't have to worry about cutting the cake. With everyone worried about germs in cold and flu season especially, this makes it so much easier to share a treat. I have also been able to cancel an order for pick up at one location and place it for pick up at a different location if needed, so a different coworker could pick it up on their way to office. In store, the decor is fun and changes with the seasons. If you're not in the mood to eat cake, the aroma of fresh baking cake will help you get there.

While waiting , my mother had to go outside, i got her a bottle of water and took it outside to her in the car. When the female employee came to the front to assist. I informed her that i had a bottle of water already. Female employee was short and rude . They were in the back making fresh cookies, which was one of the reasons the customers in the front of the store had to wait so long for service .
