I'm not sure what it is about this place but whoever runs the cash register to check people out, is never happy. I haven't been to the location in about 6 months. I show up on Memorial Day with my 11 year old son and again, just like my last visit, the person doesn't greet you, they don't smile, they look like they don't want to be there. Maybe because it was Memorial Day they wish they could have had the day off. Who knows. Even my son recognized it. Hopefully he learned how customer service is NOT supposed to be. But the last time I went in there it was the say way. It's really sad. Therefore, I gave them 3 stars. The yogurt is delicious . . . But the service is rotten. read more

The Birthday Cake Batter yogurt is exceptional, especially for 130 calories! Compare that to Cold Stone's 340 calories. Of course Cold Stone's is rich, heavy ice cream that is absolutely delicious, but you can't always afford those calories. This is a great substitute. The process is very simple: Grab a small, medium, or large cup, fill it with whatever ice cream you want, and then top with any array of sinful or healthy toppings. Belly on up to the froyo bar! All kinds of delicious flavors of froyo and more toppings that you can shake a little plastic spoon at! It's a self-serve bar where you grab whatever size cup you want and fill it with all the flavors your heart desires (I believe about 10 flavors) and there are mix-ins, toppings, syrups, etc. You pay by the weight. Great, friendly cashier! The only drawback is that this is a popular place and it doesn't have enough seating to contain its popularity. read more

If you like Frozen yogurt and candy then this is the place for you. They have a wide variety of yogurt flavors and even a wider variety of toppings, from candies to cookies. Yay for Yogurtini! Usually when I walk into a frozen yogurt place, I glance at the flavors and decide what I want. Here, I glanced at the flavors and HAD to try several of them! Then I couldn't decide- they were all so good! I ultimately decided on the pomegranate raspberry sorbet (it was so sweet and delicious). The assortment of flavors makes up for the small size of this shop. I find myself with a variety of small servings, easier here than at most of these style of yogurt shoppes. The cups are big, but no one has complained about my small servings, I like a bit, not a bunch. My daughter is very fond of the yogurt here, more than ice cream. read more

As a frequent consumer this place is AWESOME! The only con would be the lack of options in the non-dairy flavors. Compared to Zoyo that is mostly in the east valley, Yogurtini would put them out of business if their consistency was a little less watery and the options in flavors was wider. But apart from that, I frequent this place often because I am a happy consumer! read more

This place has my name all over it. I can eat tasty treats and still count calories / stay healthy without much work at all. They have about 14 flavors every time I go in there with the calorie count posted right on the wall which is a dream for the wife and I who watch everything we eat like hungry hawks. I have had about 4 different low calorie flavors and every single one has not only been super fresh, but super awesome. They always have plenty of fruits, treats, nuts, and sauces fully stocked. I even saw some Siracha that I had to ask about ( apparently goes well on the mango sorbet) which was crazy. The price point is fair, and I seem to pay less here than other nearby yogurt shops and this is one of the only one I have ever been to without any empty bins of treats and toppings. Honestly the toppings here top all! Be sure to check out this local joint and you will most likely see me dominating some frozen delight in the parking lot before I make it to the car to drive home :) read more

This is always a place that I am excited to go to. However, one young lady unfortunately working there tonight I thought could have done a little better job with her customer service. Some workers will greet people with a small cup to give samples of yogurt, while this particular person clearly did not want to be there . To my surprise, tonight was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in Yogurtini. I was the only person in the store. I came in and the girl working peeked out from the back, saw me, and left and contined what she was doing in the back. Then after I got my yogurt and I stood at the counter, she still never spoke to me she just kept looking at me and never greeted me to say hello, hi how can I help you, is this all for you tonight . . . nothing. That was the most disappointing customer service I have seen in Yogurtini. I stood there with my debit card out and paused looking at her seeing if she was going to get a clue! She never did. She caught me on a good night because I really wanted to tell her how disappointed I was. They have excellent Yogurtini, and are normally nice but I hope she doesn't ruin a great moment for anyone else. read more

Wow! I was very impressed by this place. They might have the largest topping selection of any fro-yo place in the area (including chocolate waffle cone chunks, kiwi, nutella, and tons more).
