I'll start by saying, I'm a frequent customer. I love YogurtLand and I enjoy treating myself and my boys on a regular basis. My visit yesterday evening was concerning. I was the only customer in the store, so I quickly filled my cup and proceeded to the register. I scanned my app, and the associate advised I had a $5 reward. I agreed to apply the reward to my transaction, and I paid by scanning my ApplePay on the card reader. The transaction was approved, as confirmed by the chirp on my phone and the approval on the card reader screen. The associate immediately told me the transaction did not process. My 'spidey sense' knew something seemed off, so as the associate attempted to re-weigh my cup and charge me AGAIN, I logged onto my financial institution's app. I confirmed the transaction did process for the full amount ($5 reward was never applied). The associate assured me the original transaction did not process, though my bank said otherwise. The associate advised I'd have to pay AGAIN and my bank would reverse the original transaction. I refused to pay twice, and I verbalized to the associate that her antic seemed suspicious. I hope others do not fall for this gimmick. As of today, the transaction is still showing in my account (charge has not been reversed). I'm glad I was not swindled for additional money. read more

Not coming back after I just witnessed the night shift workers turn off the lights 30 mins from closing. They knew the lights were off and watched people walk away and laughed. They then turned on the lights. About 3 more people walked in around 9:40 pm and were directed back out empty handed. Wtf is wrong with people. Open sign and door was unlocked. The manager was very rude. He didn't adhere to social distancing rules and wasn't wearing a mask when he came very close. He was close enough he might have sniffed one of my friends hair. This is the worst yogurtland and it makes me so sad every time. The machines here are always broken and the yogurt comes out soggy and melted, the workers are always cleaning and putting away the toppings so early on every occasion we've been here!! I get it you want to go home but it really stinks never getting to fully enjoy my yogurt with the proper toppings I'd like. read more

This yogurt land was filthy they have you wear gloves but don't change their gloves after ringing up each customer so they are using dirty gloves when they put lids on our yogurt and hand us our cups as we are not allowed to get them ourselves!! The machines were over flowing with yogurt and it all sat in the trays. The toppings bar was a mess with toppings all over the place!! For a girl that can never make up her mind this place is yogurt heaven! I can put as many flavors as I want and I control the portions!! Last time it was mango, strawberry, pistachio, coconut yogurt. The topping choices are great! Try mini nutter butter cookies and Reese's pieces on a chocolate & peanut butter yogurt combo garnished it with waffle cone wedges. It's amazing! The hours say they close at 10. We got here at 9:10 Right after we got our yogurt they shut all the machines off. Had to ask for peanuts because they already put everything away. We sat down to eat our yogurt and they started spraying all the tables around us, so the entire place smelled like chemicals, we ended up going outside and standing in front of the place to eat our yogurt. Closing at ten means you are open for business until ten. At ten you lock the door and shut everything off and start cleaning up. If you don't want to do that then change your damn hours and close earlier. Horrible experience. I'd give 0 stars if it were an option. read more

So I love this place our family of six comes here every first day of school after work and school it's a tradition!!! I love this place because it's always clean and we've been coming here since the Day it opened. But for some reason this young lady RAE must have been having a bad day. Yes we did come later than usual we were busy but of course we couldn't break our tradition. We even thought it would be cool to have our other family members come with us a total of 10 of us. We must have brought the crowd with us because there was about 5 to 6 other people that arrived right after us. There was a young lady helping us at first it looked as if she was new or learning. WhenRae seen all this people getting there she told the two other employees to go start cleaning up everything it was about 9:10 then she has this attitude gives us Or lids charges me for 4 yogurts and because my daughter was a little late to put her yogurt on the scale she says No she can't do that I need to charge her separate. I was ok with that she charges me but then I tell her oh can I give you my number she gets upset then she says it's still $3.84. After I pay she goes to the next customers and I ask her excuse me but can we please have our spoons and sarcastically she responded with well how was I supposed to know you didn't have spoons. The moral of the story is if you're having a horrible day go outside take a breather and then come back with a better attitude.
