Worst experience ever!!! I come here often but after last night will think twice. Staff including manager are so RUDE. Girl working didn't want to give my change back, when I asked she said I had to wait for manager. Once manager was back from her break she had to count her register to prove , of course they were wrong. You should side with your customers!! I didn't want to leave this yelp review...... I tried calling them a few times to talk to the manager about my bad experience and they keep telling me the same thing " he will call you when he comes in". It's going to be a week of them dodging my calls. I went into the store almost 45 min until they closed and almost every flavor was cleaned and closed off for the night. I was standing next to the employee as she was removing nozzles and turning off the machines. They only left me and a group of people behind me with 2 flavors that night and toppings were being removed. I work in the food service as well so I know how closing works. They were taking short cuts to get out early. It felt like they didn't want us there. And it sucks that they don't have good customer service by simply not returning phone calls. Forget this location, I will be driving further to another yogurtland to have a better experience. read more

I've been to several yogurtland locations, and they are ALWAYS sparkling clean especially the one in Chino Hills. I went here this past week and the business was a complete MESS!!!! There was syrup from the cherries dripping all over the counters, all the toppings were all over the counter, it was gross!!!! I was there for about a good hour, and not one of the employees bothered to clean it up...... Bummer considering this location is brand new. read more

First of I love that they finally open up a location near me. I have gone there several times since they have opened up. Great service! I always get greeted and asked if I want any sample cups. Love that we finally have a Yogurt place in the area. Nearby restaurants are so boring we needed this! I am rating based on yesterday's visit, 7/7/15. I wish I could rate 5 stars, as the yogurt selections are incredible and there is an abundance of toppings. But I cannot give 5 stars because I am fairly certain this location made me and my 2 daughters sick. Yogurtland was the ONLY thing we ate in common yesterday and all 3 of us did have the peanut butter and the maple donut flavored yogurt (among other flavors and toppings). (Those are just the only ones in common) About 4 hours later my youngest was throwing up. Then the next morning I felt ill and had diarrhea. Then my oldest got sent home from summer school today with both symptoms. We literally did not eat or drink anything else in common other than Yogurtland since 2 nights ago. I called the store just to make them aware. They didn't have a manager I could talk to. I left my information. I also contacted corporate. I'm not expecting compensation, but just want them to investigate this especially if others report illness. I will still come back (maybe not right away lol) and give it another chance as I love frozen yogurt and am happy it's here. read more

Yogurtland is one thing. Consistent. Nice people, good fro-yo. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is the parking here SUCKS! Large lot, but many restaurants. Have to park in the back 40 and walk every time. Oh, and fuhgeddaboudit if you drive a REAL car. Lot is striped for sub-compact cars. read more

Store is very nice, and so clean. Sydney and Sabrina are awesome! My family and I often come at night, and either one of these two are always so kind and helpful. Every time I come in we always see these girls working hard, that's what I call earning my money!!! Never made a Yelp review but one girl told me I could receive a free big spoon with a check in and I got it!! I thought was the sweetest thing she saw I only had enough cash for 2 and I have 3 daughters. Not sure if we've met all the girls (our family comes on a daily) but so far every staff member is amazing! This place is a family favorite. Thank you Syndey, and Sabrina.. all the other girls too!! The employees here keep the store clean. Came in during the free froyo hours and they were very efficient in getting everyone in and out without any hassle or trouble. Vanessa and Serena were very nice and helpful. Yogurt is fine, but the service is terrible. It was only 9pm and we were sitting, eating the yogurt. The girls starting stacking chairs loudly around us and sweeping around us. Literally cleaning up to close - not even close to closing time. So rude!!!! Wish I knew their names so I could call the manager. We left with 1/2 eat yogurt and just finished it in the car - so frustrating. read more

I just so happen to see this place while I was getting donuts next door. I walked in and asked how it worked and the employee Serena directed me through it all. I asked if she could help me make something similar to a banana split and she was so kind and took the time to help me.
