Seriously, ridiculous service here. I come in to get my Yogurtland, which is normally an original tart, I wanted to see if the mango was good, and as we all know, Yogurtland, does testers!!! I squirted a little on top of mine and took a lick to see if I liked it out of my cup in a rude mean old man comes into my ear in my personal space and screams at me in front of the whole store to not eat anything out of my cup until I purchase and then claims he's the owner. I could give a rat ass who he is, truth is if he had something to say he could've said it respectfully and I would've apologized. It's sad to see the absolute indecency that people have these days. I was so thrown off. I just bought my ice cream as is and walked out. I wish I wouldn't have gotten anything at all. I'm new to the area so sad to know that this is how Yogurtland treats their customers!! Never again. read more

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. Parking lot is kinda weird and a little difficult to get to. Cars a slanted but there isn't enough space to have 2 lanes for cars so just be careful depending on where you park. The place wasnt too busy and I asked for sample cups to taste. They don't leave them out like they used to, so you'll need to ask. I always want to try before committing to putting it in my cup. They have a good variety of yogurt all very good. They even have seasonal items, they had a Passion Orange Guava tart which I absolutely loved! I like getting the more tart yogurt so that's what I got. POG, mango tart and regular tart. Then made my way over to toppings, they had chocolate chips, cookies, mochi, fruit, popping boba, whip cream etc. Pretty much everything you need to make it the way you like it. The lady who took our order could have been more friendly. She just took our order and that was it. It was good though and we enjoyed it! Good spot! read more

Last week, I went in with a free 5 oz yogurt card and was initially told it couldn't be used. After the employee checked with their "supervisor", he came back and said it was valid, and I was able to use it. I left happy and thinking everything was clear. Today, I came back to the same location expecting the same thing, and this time I was told I couldn't use it. The employee even went to check again, came back, and still refused it. At that point, it's not just confusing--it's frustrating and feels misleading. I took the time to drive there expecting to redeem something I was already told was valid. If your store tells a customer something is acceptable, you should stand by that. It's not okay to give people the green light one day and then take it back the next. At the very least, the situation should have been honored instead of making me feel like I was in the wrong. This experience felt like my time didn't matter and left a really bad impression. I honestly feel like this should have been honored given the mixed information your staff provided. read more

I felt glad I came to this location since some people don't greet customers anymore. I asked her questions about a flavors and she gave me the perfect froyo combination! The staff member on duty was not friendly, making it not a great experience. She didn't greet anyone coming in, didn't smile, and was short with her responses. We stopped by here on a whim on the drive home. I was worried as a lot of the Yogurtlands by where we live in Los Angeles are usually busy around the time we would be stopping, but was happy to find that things weren't too crazy. Good thing too since the parking for this location looks like it could fill up during regular business hours. Even late at night we had to do some maneuvering to get around different cars coming in and out of the different entrances. Inside the store was kept clean and all of the toppings bins were completely full. With that said, when there was some downtime, I saw the employee working go back & top everything off even when it wasn't needed. All of the flavor dispensers were also working! (Another trend I rarely see these days in my normal neck of the woods). In all, it was a great experience. We were planning on just grabbing things to go, but we ended up staying the whole time we ate our yogurt. Our 2 young sons had a great time and my wife & I appreciated the extra minutes to stretch our legs before hoping back onto the freeway. This was definitely one of our better Yogurtland experiences. If I'm in the area again and need to feed my sweet tooth, I'll undoubtably be back. read more

I have eaten plenty of unhealthy crap desserts in the good ol' US of A. The trips I used to take to Yogurtland never ranked that high on my crap-o-meter. They were not particularly decadent or bad for me. Worst I could do was burden my cup with chocolate Froyo, gummy bears, gummy worms, and Oreos. Recreate the image of a family of bears lumbering over a forest floor littered with nightcrawlers. An all natural treat. Fast forward to present day 2019. Those nights of gummy worms are all dried up and blown away. The people who dessert at Yogurtland recently conjured up an exceptionally habit forming beverage known as The Drinkable. This infamous treat is an affront to all common dietary decency. Imagine having vanilla, coffee, or coffee vanilla swirl liquid at your disposal. Would you fill a plastic cup till it brimmed with coffee shake? I did. Then I heaped on waffle sections, choco wafers, oreo dust, Nutella syrup, and chocolate syrup. One sip erased all memory of my previous trips to Yogurtland. Drinkables were the new twinkle in my eyes and all my eyes could see. I won't dare mention the marvel my hot date made. I remember it was severely impacted with Reece's peanut butter. Damn good. Darn good. Jolly good. Best not to dwell on this narcotizing sweet. I know I can't quit. I am already starting to go through Drinkables withdrawal. My trips to Yogurtland and life are forever changed. Here is to watching that houseplant I bought die from neglect. One simply cannot live a square life while consuming Drinkables. They're what unbridled caloric liberty is all about. I went in today around 12:15 and the girl working did not have a name tag but she had horrible customer service and a bad attitude. Her only job is to sit there & help customers & she could not even do that. I said hello back. But I also said, hello may I use the restroom. No one replied. I said hello once more?? Still no response. You should definitely check the cameras and I prefer that you do so you can see for yourself how your cashier finally came out. I came to this location since it's the only one open the latest, I showed up around 13 minutes before closing and they had already locked the doors and said they were closed. From my understanding, you must stay open until closing time! What's the point of having a later closing, if you're not going to follow the hours you are meant to remain open. My service was horrible, the employee was moping at 9:45 my family and I waited for her to put the mop down. So irritated!!! I understand that they close early it's the 4th of July so we get there 15 min till closing time, they put ALL the sides away!! When I asked for the granola she pulled a bucket from under the counter gave me a spoon and said how much did I want? Why would you ask that if your going to give me a spoon to get it myself, then my husband who LOVES peanut butter asked for the PB sauce and if course she says they don't have any I know for sure that wasn't true because I saw it!!! Then while my child was serving some gummies she began grabbing topping from the same container as if she was trying to beat us to them. I come here often. The flavor is delicious and on Wednesday you get a bowl and you can fill up as much as you can for only $5.99 . You can't beat this ! The toppings are cool too but I just kind of wished they had more options for people who don't do dairy . Other than this the person at the front is always nice and friendly. Normally I would not write a bad review if I seen the establishment was trying to do there best.. I walked out of this place about 8:15pm on 1/26/24. We walked into a small crowded area which wasn't an issue but the placement of the table and chairs were. Table and chairs could be organized much better when busy to help space for others to be comfortable walking from the door to start your sweet treat. Most of the machines were low or empty which effected the choices you could make and it made it not worth it. The cleanliness there was horrible, you have tip toe around the spilled toppings that are all over the floor. Along with that the topping station looked like a food fight went on all day. The two young lady's just stand there talking. Seem like they have no care to help keep the place tidy and welcoming. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! This place is our stop a couple times a week the a family of 4. Saturday night I was extremely disappointed. Good thing I wasn't the health department!! So dirty, the machines were all running low where the yogurt was not coming out leaving you to try a different flavor just to find the same situation! Then the topping wow it looked like a bacteria fest! Food mixed together and spoons pushed into the toppings or just left off to the side, fruit and the juice dripping down the side of the counter and the chocolate topping were so bad looks like staff hasn't cleaned anything in day maybe week!
