3.5 is accurate. This location is not as welcoming as other locations I've visited and they are not as considerate in how they cut certain toppings. For instance, the strawberries are slices vs chunks and the brownies are kept whole. They also did not proactively ask for my rewards number and did not have as large a variety of flavors. They could train their employees on better customer service practices...maybe say "hello" or "welcome" when you are empty and customer walks in. I have been to this Yogurtland before and did not have a great experience, and this visit felt similar in some ways. When I walked in, there were two young ladies standing at the front. They looked at me, I looked at them, but there was no greeting, no "hello," nothing. It is a small thing, but it sets the tone. We had just come from the dentist and my kids wanted frozen yogurt, so we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately there were more flavors not working than working. Several machines were down and the selection was very limited. My daughter even mentioned that the last time she came, they did not have many flavors either, so it seems to be a pattern. When we went to check out, the young lady at the register did warm up and was speaking nicely to me by the end, and I appreciate that. Because of that, I will call the visit okay overall. They're always short on flavors -- like every time I walk in, the one I'm craving is the one that's "out." And the place? Lawd... it looks like it's been needing a deep cleaning for a while now. Floors sticky, counters looking tired, and machines that seem like they're struggling right along with the staff. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect a place to look like they want folks to come back. And right now, Yogurtland is giving "we'll get to it when we get to it." Best Yogurtland location in the area! Always clean, well stocked, and with plenty of flavor options. What really makes it stand out are the toppings -- especially the liquid fudge and hard-shell chocolate (a must if you're a toppings fan!). Free parking is available right outside, though it can get busy since the strip mall also has several restaurants and a gym. Flavor selection was limited so was a bit disappointing not to have something new to try or even get a taste of some of the staple flavors. I typically just go for the original tart but like to add a splash of something new, oh well. They stay busy even in a chill day in LA. I am writing to share feedback regarding the Yogurtland at 3817 Overland Ave in Culver City. I visit this location frequently, but lately, I've found it consistently out of 'Plain Tart' and other flavors but mainly Tart. It has reached a point where it feels like customers are being intentionally steered toward specific flavors because the variety isn't being maintained. I really enjoy Yogurtland for the selection, but the frequent outages at this specific store are making it difficult to keep coming back. read more

We live in CC and for the last year or longer it seems like half of their machines or more are perpetually broken. I get when a machine breaks and then the next time you go it's fixed. Nothing seems to ever get fixed and if anything there are more broken than the last time. Today I had a particularly unpleasant encounter when I asked a manager for an explanation. It was " they are broken and they are not getting fixed". Is the owner planning on closing this location? Is this location doing so poorly that there are no profits to fix the machines? This manager was exceedingly unfriendly and would not provide his manager for me to ask someone else these questions. I think based on today's experience this is the last time I will be going there. My girlfriend loves Yogurtland. We have lots of them in Orange County, but i am not a big yogurt fan, but i tolerate it because of here lol, and the yogurts here are actually delicious. We stopped here this past weekend visiting a buddy of mine again. All 3 of us had frozen yogurt here, and chilled out, having fun. Nice location in Downtown Culver City. Great folks wokring here, and we had all the flavors we wanted. I love the Blueberry ones with Blueberries in them. Like i said, i can learn to like yogurt again. read more

I haven't been into a yogurtland in years! Came in around 5pm on a Wednesday and it was empty. They make you put on a glove to use the self service machines. I had chocolate, banana and strawberry banana with strawberries, chocolate chips and gummy bears. All flavors were so good. But I barely put anything in it and it was 7 dollars. That's so much more expensive than I remember, but that's everything nowadays. Parking is free in the shopping center. Not so many spots available. read more

We came here after dinner and wanted some frozen yogurt to cool our palate and apparently they just reopened recently, masks were required and there are no samples and you have to wear plastic gloves they provide for you when you self serve your bowl. Went here a few days ago and it wasn't the best froyo experience. At the end of the day, if you're looking for a froyo fix then this location will scratch that itch. However, this specific location was very messy and the vibes were just off. We almost left cause it just seemed unsanitary with how dirty everything was and how the toppings area was messy. We went near the end of the day so that might have been why, but I feel like the areas should be cleaned throughout the day.
