I was parked outside waiting and was the first customer in. I greeted the employee when I walked in and didn't get a greeting back. I mentioned it was my first time visiting, and with so many flavors and options, I was hoping for some recommendations or guidance. Instead, the interaction felt unenthusiastic and I received very little help. I purchased 18 donuts for $85.07, so I definitely expected a better overall experience. To top it off, the box I was given had chocolate smeared on the outside, which made the presentation feel careless, especially for an order that size and price.
