I politely brought it to their attention and even asked if I should throw the drink away or leave it on the counter -- I was told to leave it there, which I did. They remade the drink, but then attempted to charge me AGAIN for the corrected version, despite the mistake being entirely on their end. At that point, I declined and said I didn't want it anymore. What happened next was beyond unacceptable -- the employee gave BOTH drinks to the next customer, including the one I had already drank from. That is a blatant health and sanitation violation. There is no scenario where a used drink should ever be re-served to another customer. This goes far beyond a simple mistake. Between trying to double charge and re-serving a contaminated drink, this reflects extremely poor training, lack of oversight, and disregard for basic hygiene standards. I will not be returning, and I strongly question how this location handles food safety behind the counter. Management needs to address this immediately.
