The yogurt here is great. The ambience is just fine. The young lady who works here has a really ugly attitude. It's not been once or twice. It's every single time I've been in here. And it's so obvious, that I can just about recall when she started. (The man who was always there was AWESOME AND KIND.....it's a shock to FEEL the difference). I actually swore off coming to this location months ago, because she has always been so unpleasant. I've been in three times since December, which was when I had that initial encounter with "Sunshine." I swore that last time I wouldn't come back. But I have gone in, and all three times she has been there. All three times she has had a really poor attitude. She should not work with the public. Maybe at a call center...or for the government, but not with the public, in person. I'm happy to give additional details, but only to the manager or the owner. It's yogurt, and it's not supposed to be that serious (her face will crack if she ever tries to smile). She's banging things around and acting like a child...AT WORK. She was outside sweeping the floors to keep the surrounding clean and later came back into the store to clean the windows. I was inspired by her work ethic and decided to leave a review. Hands down the best strawberry and pistachio in town! Some of their rotating flavors (chocolate covered strawberry, mmmm) are also great and the "rocket pop" sorbet is also amazing. There are only 2 places I will go for frozen yogurt, but this is my absolute favorite. It's always clean and despite some of the reviews about poor customer service, I have never had that experience. I don't need to become friends with the cashiers while they ring me up, but I've always been asked how my day is, if I want a lid etc. Last week the girl asked about my dogs in the car. I brought my family here for a Saturday treat, and had the experience ruined by a rude and disrespectful employee. I won't be back. The tall, light haired, tattooed "gentleman" working today (bgolden on our receipt) does not like his job, and thinks it is ok to take that out on customers. He was annoyed that we didn't instantly know which toppings we wanted. Then he dumped tons of one topping on, while skimping on the other. I don't think my wife, or I could say a single sentence without him being rude in return, for no apparent reason. Basically, he acted like our presence annoyed him from the second we walked in, though I'm sure that's how he acts to everyone. Hiring people like this is a good way to permanently damage your business reputation. Oh, also, there weren't any staff at the front when we arrived, so we just stood there for a minute or two waiting for our "gloves and cups." Who knows what they were doing? It wasn't that late in the day, but they're totally out of fruit toppings. Now for the weird - the plastic case that stores the toppings is saran wrapped for no clear reason. It hasn't been self-serve since COVID - golden boy gets your toppings for you now. But covering the case in layers of plastic just for show seems, bizarre. In conclusion, no, no, and no. Hire staff that won't make new customers flee. The froyo tastes fine, other than golden peasant's topping screw-ups. read more

I love that they are always swapping out their flavors and publicize on their website what days specific flavors will be available. Highly recommend looking up what their current featured flavor is to get the most out of your trip! You have to ask for sample cups, which is good because I feel like if I didn't, I would try everything possible. The Colombian coffee froyo was my favorite and went nicely with Oreo crumbs. This was a wonderful experience! I saw on Facebook that Yogurtland had $5 unlimited cup for 16 oz cup all day on March 27th 2018. I ate dinner with my boyfriend at Costco and then I made him take me to Yogurtland. But before leaving Costco I called to make sure to see if that event was really happening. The girl who answered was so bubbly and nice! She also told me that if I get enough frozen yogurt in a cup and it weighs exactly 10 ounces that my cup of frozen yogurt would be free! That was wonderful. This is actually my first time at this location but the first location I have been at was in Mira Mesa. As soon as I walked inside there were a lot of people - also there were a lot of people outside as well. However, the line moved quickly and the inside of the Eatery was very clean and tidy. The people that work there and there's about four of them, make sure that they were constantly cleaning and making you feel not gross basically. All the machines seem to work but my boyfriend said that the strawberry and cheesecake machine for the middle lever didn't give him his swirl, but all the yogurts that I got worked. The guy at the register was super nice and very quick as well. The frozen yogurt Was great and so were the toppings!! I don't eat a lot of frozen yogurt but this place for the price was well worth the wait! I got so much frozen yogurt that I couldn't even finish it plus I made the mistake of putting the hot chocolate shell syrup on it so I still have some in the freezer for later. I love Yogurtland! I went to school at UCI so I started having it when it was only in Irvine. This Yogurtland is located in the Target shopping center near Chipotle and Panera. Like most frozen yogurt places, you get a cup and self serve the yogurt. You need to ask for sample cups if you want to try the different flavors. After you put the yogurt, you can add toppings- candy, nuts, fruits etc. I crave fruit in my yogurt but sometimes the slices are too big so I don't get it. I love that the flavors change from time to time and they're usually good. I like tart flavors and I'm never disappointed. They keep the place pretty clean. I'll be back! read more

Definitely won't return! So uncomfortable, I guess my mask wasn't good enough so I was given a full face shield. Gloves along with numerous instructions. It was insane and I felt like I was in a space suit. It was so strange it was oddly funny, so was leaving I told the girls working there, I felt bad the had to do all this....I also had to give back the face shield which was so weird. I told them not to get used to this as it's not normal. One of them said not for Republicans.... of which I do Identify but they just made that assumption. Quite presumptuous!!! Today I got strawberry, New York cheesecake, pistachio, plain tart and pomegranate tart. They swap our flavors so every time you come it can be different from the time before. After you get your yogurt, you get to put different types of toppings. I usually go with crushed almonds, mochi and gummy bears. This place is located close off the 15 so it's in a good location. The yogurt is always good. Haven't had bad service as this is basically a self serve place except for the paying part. If you're craving yogurt and in the area, try this place out. YogurtLand's slogan is "Get Real", so let's do just that. Every single person who enters and gets their two sample cups thinks the same thing: "Hmmm, I could just fill these things up a bunch of times and walk out without buying anything". I, if course, have uh, well, I've never um, uh, never done such a thing. Seriously, you'll want a full tub of this stuff, it's that good. My personal favorites are Peanut Butter, Salted Caramel Pecan, and Pistachio. Great selection of toppings, too. Try the strawberry bobo balls for a unique treat. We assumed that they were closed because they were bringing in the outside furniture. We asked if they they were closed and the employee said no. So as we were unpacking our family, the employee realized it was in fact and she said that they were indeed closed. So now it's 9:00 and I've got crying kids. It literally would have taken 5 min. Very disappointing to say the least. I'm the head of the booster program at a local high school and I was actually coming to check out the business for possible fundraising. I can't say enough nice things about this location. Aside from the fact that their yogurt is the best local option flavor-wise, their service is beyond what you'd ever expect from a chain frozen yogurt shop... or any business, really! We recently held our daughter's 7th birthday party at the Escondido location. While they don't have a standardized 'party package', the manager, Patrick, offered to do whatever he could to make her party special. And he did. He bought decorations, made goody cups, and was incredibly available and communicative leading up to the party. The day of the party, their entire staff was helpful, cheerful, and made our guests feel welcome. A wonderful time was had by all, especially our birthday girl.
