Almost all the flavors were already turned off, so I had to settle with getting a backup flavor, and even that was a thin consistency and disappointing. Most of the toppings were out, too. There were 5 customers in the store, including me, and once we were ready with our products, we waited a couple minutes to be rung up. Both workers were in the back room. It's close and convenient, they hours are nice as they are open decently late. They are always pretty friendly here, and it's fairly clean. They have a good selection of toppings, with some unique choices that I have not seen in other shops, like Kataifi and full-mini nutter butters. The reason for the 3 is: Sometimes they have very limited selection of frozen yogurt as they have up to half of them turned off for cleaning I suspect. A lot of times it smells strongly of cleaner, which is not appetizing. Use to go all the time. Here today to kill some time before I pick up my other kid. If you've never gone to a place like this you can basically try everything and pick what you like best and then pile sweets on top of it. Think your teenage years when you'd eat nothing but sugar on top of sugar. Good for a stop if you want something to distract you kids , but I caution the sugar intake haha. read more

It's 2022 and this place still thinks you can catch COVID from a toilet. Seriously. Been here several times. Half the time several flavors won't dispense or are empty. Staff do as little as possible and act like it's a huge favor if you ask them to push some buttons on a machine to make the yogurt dispense. I bring my young son so we eat our yogurt here. Today I needed the restroom and was told customers cannot use the restroom. An establishment that allows you to eat inside but not let you use the bathroom--is that even legal? Maybe. Decent? Nope. I was tempted to try all. Lol. Ended up getting some mango tart flavor and a coffee flavor with some captain crunch berries. You can swirl some flavors together if they are in the same machine. Everything I tried as a sample was delicious. I really loved what I picked. The girl working was friendly. She even came up to us and offered to throw away our empty cups after we were done. We were impressed by the delish variety of flavors and toppings, and the staff was super friendly and informed. The owner was on site, and Kathy came by to check up on us and give my daughter a balloon. Prices are reasonable at 43 cents and ounce and that includes yogurt, toppings and waffle cone. We tried the red velvet, cake batter, coconut, chocolate and cookies and cream. All very tasty, slightly on the sweet side. Will we come back? Sure when we are in the area. So previously to this experience, going to Menchie's has never been fun or delightful. However, my little sister insisted we go. We will start with the service: the service is what you expect in a yogurt shop. They stayed out of my way but when asked a question they were helpful and nice. Yogurt: I think Menchie's changed where they buy yogurt from. It was actually good. They had a new one -cookie butter - which is amazing. I love Cookie Butter in general so I was skeptical of it. But it was good. However, their vanilla was bad. It didn't taste like vanilla. Their cookie batter was better then the vanilla but still didn't wow me. The Java had a strong kick and tasted what it's suppose to. I think they speciality favors are your best bet when it comes to flavor. My sister really wanted this sauce - chocolate turtle - which they didn't have. Only some Menchie's have it which isn't a big deal. My main problem with Menchie's and the reason it lost a star is the price. I do not think .49 cents + tax is worth it. The yogurt isn't worth it and I can't say that the experience Warrants such a high price. I have had much better yogurt that was far cheaper. Overall, if you want go. It is never a bad time for ice cream or frozen yogurt. They have a lot of different flavors that are rotated throughout the year. They also have a ton of different toppings too. I usually go slim on the toppings and heavy on the yogurt. This trip I had Reece's and Cheesecake mixture. It was definitely a great choice. The only negative thing I have to say is that their yogurt melts almost immediately after you pour it in a cup. After 5 minutes, you definitely have a watery run around your frozen dessert. They have small sample cups at the counter and you can try as much as you want. Once you pick your flavor masterpiece, grab a larger cup fill it up to whatever you feel like you can ingest. Add toppings and then hit up the employee at the counter for the official weigh-in. Spoons and lids are also available at the counter. Don't plan to travel too far bc it melts quickly. One of our cups costed $5 and the other $6. We filled our cups about 3/4 full. Sign up for their smiles club w your phone number and you will receive points towards free yogurt $$. $1 spent equals 1 point and 50 points gets you $5 towards yogurt. Staff was extremely friendly and personable. Store was clean and well kept. Plenty of tables inside and out. Parking lot is packed but we didn't have any problems finding a spot on a Saturday evening. read more

It's like going to the same Doctor since you were little, you know the place like the back of your hand and you're comfortable.
