I've been here three times on Thursday and Friday at 8:30pm and 9pm during the last week of February and first week of March. All times, they had no whipped cream and said they were "out," but when pressed informed us that the containers were being washed. Basically, it seams that they already were trying to shut down and close for the night without wanting to make more whipped cream. No management presence. A store run by teenagers. Clearly no business sense. How could a business owner leave the store in the hands of kids? So lazy. We went to Baskin Robbins for whipped cream. Will be going there for our desserts from now on. Went in on a hot day about 2 weeks ago, my girlfriend and I got some yogurt and went to check out using gift cards ( I had 2) one was used and one had $10 we used the rest of the balance on the previously used card, and payed the remaining $1-$2 left. I wanted to go back to yogurts and today and realized the employee switched my new card for the old one. So she gave me the card with nothing and kept the card with the balance. When she gave me the card back I asked her two times is this the right card, she said yes this is the right card. Not very good customer service if you ask me. read more

Pretty dissatisfied with their setup for the last couple months. This location used to have a great selection of yogurt to choose from and they changed their yogurts a couple times a week for some great variety. Last couple months though it is the same yogurt every time (only change was for the panda movie). Not sure if this is a corporate or franchise location and if you guys got rid of some yogurts, I know a handful of yogurts are seasonal. You need to step it up again and get some new stuff. I used to come 3 times or so a week with the wife, now we go every couple of weeks. read more

This location is sad! They had 2 non dairy flavor both lemonade both sour. They have the most limited fruit toppings I have ever seen at a Yogurtland. The berries were sour too and they would NOT give a credit or refund. Save your money!!!! read more

I never been to Yogurtland before, yet I had a coupon and I thought to myself: "Why Not?" I went in and asked the cashier how to use the coupon and her referred me to the manager, Tracy, and Tracy told me to get yogurt and toppings and then check out at the cash register. I told Tracy: "OK, that is easy enough and there is nothing else that I need to know, right?" She said no. I went through the yogurt line and ended up at the cashier. I was at $4, the amount I was supposed to use was $3. I did not have the $1 on hand to cover the cost and by the time I will get the $1 my yogurt would be wasted. Needless, to say I walked out without the yogurt. For me, this was an embarrassing and unfortunate experience especially since I specifically asked Tracy and she never mentioned that I have to be under a certain amount and what will be the consequences if I was not. This was poor communication and lacking in customer service skills. read more

Every time my family comes here (twice a month)there's always an issue either with the employees being so unbelievably slow at every thing they do(speak, walk, think, work, clean ect.) or the huge line that is created due to the useless employees behind the counter. We went in last night and that was it, never again. Ever. 4 machines in clean working order last night. Only 4. That's half of normal. So by the time we finally make it to pay with our half melted yogurt, the same moron that sends chills down my spine because of his stupidity, places his thumb knuckle deep into one of the yogurts, then plays it off like his grubby ass hand wasn't just inside our food. He wasn't going to say anything but I saw it and called him out on it, he did offer for me to go get a "new one". Really? Did you see the line moron? Did you feel how luke warm that yogurt was when you put your hand in it? Can I get 4 new ones cause my other 3 will be completely melted after the 30 minutes it will take to get new ones. I'm so sick of this damn place. With that said, the yogurt is good, but it isn't because these employees here have anything more to do with it than pouring it into a machine. read more

Everyone can say this is like every other yogurtland and yes the flavors change and everything but this yogurtland is special because of the owner. I have been going to this location pretty much exclusively for over a year now compared to other yogurtlands. Why? Because of the management. When every other yogurtland increased their prices to 41 cents an ounce, the owner at this yogurtland kept its prices at 35 cents. When I asked one of the employees why the price was different, she sad that the company was pressuring yogurtlands in the area to go to 41 cents and the owner was fighting them at it so he could keep prices low for customers. Since then I have always trusted the prices at this location. Although prices had to go up, I am sure it wasn't management inflating the prices and I am 100% sure this location will not only have the best yogurt around here, but will also cater to me, the customer, before corporate, and I am a fan of that business idea :) read more

they ask if i need a bag or lid instead of for here or to go. i said no because i don't need lid even though it's to go. we need to get the lid to make everything to go???? if it's to go there should be no sales tax on the ice cream.. so people need to ask for here or to go not ask if they need lid or bag.. read more

Went to the new yogurt land today at 10:54 am. Opens at 11. Doors were open and I walk in and the girl says were not open for another 6 minutes. I wait till 11 and most of the machines were not ready yet. why open at 11 if your not ready to go.i waited 45 minutes and my original flavor still wasn't ready. I just settled for another flavor and the guy gave it to me for free. Doesn't make sense to open a business and nothing's ready to go. I expected a lot more from yogurt land! read more

The Yogurts were running low or were out altogether. The toppings were not fresh. Not what I expected, but at least there was a double discount with my membership and yelp check-in. read more
