Something nostalgic about this ice cream. Plus the ice cream cakes here are a staple and a must have for a birthday celebration.

Not all Baskin-Robbins franchises are created equal. We happened to be in the city of Orange and searching for a dessert option after dinner, and we thought Baskin-Robbins would be a safe choice. First of all, this location is not easy to find because it's nestled in a small strip mall off Meats Ave and cannot be reached via N Tustin Street. There is also limited parking in the plaza. The exterior looks nicer than most locations and there is a good amount of space indoors, but in my opinion they need more tables and chairs indoors to accommodate all the space. There was only one employee working and I didn't find her overly friendly but based on other Yelp reviews, it sounds like she was better than others. This location was surprisingly busy when we visited and at the end of the day we were able to get our ice cream fix. Gold Medal Ribbon never disappoints!

The kids liked their scoops but that's where the joy ended.... They don't do tastes like BR always have so when I did t like the kids scoop of the flavor of the month that I got they refused to swap it for something tried and true. Employee said she needed to call manager and no resolve. It was horribly grainy and not worth the calories. Alas, we said nevermind and I didn't get ice cream. We paid for the boys ice-cream after a hot little league game and paid. As we were sitting I doors eating we noticed another "guest" dead and hanging out in the middle of the floor. Needless to say, we'll go to another location or Brewster's instead next time.

My son and I stopped by here the other day and thought the ice cream was great and the service friendly. We don't get ice cream very often, but we were having a serious craving and decided to stop by here. My son usually likes chocolate ice cream, but he was feeling daring and wanted to try something new. After a small sample, he decided to go with the Butter Pecan. This is one of my favorite ice creams, and I had to get a small scoop too. I'm so glad I did because it was delicious! This Baskin Robbins looks like a newer location. It's really clean with lots of nice tables to sit and relax at. The cases were full of beautiful ice cream cakes. I can't wait to come back and order one for a birthday. The service seemed good here too. While it was very busy when we first got here and the only employee working here seemed a bit overwhelmed, she was much friendlier when things finally quieted down. It is a bit difficult getting in and out of the parking lot here. The parking lot also seems a bit small. We must have come here at a great time because we found a spot right away. This is a nice Baskin Robbins location. The ice cream was delicious and the customer service was really good. We look forward to coming back here soon!

I had to ask for a cup because it melted all over my hands after 1 minute of receiving it.

The old adage "You can't judge a book by its cover," is true here. This place looks forgotten, ignored, unassuming, but produces the finest bakery items in Orange County. You enter and have to immediately get into a line. Inside, it is like a aged cafeteria of your childhood. You have to wait for a young lady who can't even look over the top of the counter because there is so much stuff piled high. She stands on tip toes to see you and you have to shout at her and point what you want. The problem is when she sees you, you are near the cash register, so you must say excuse me and walk in front of a line of people to point and shout out what you want. It is so poorly designed and complicated to order. We all endure because like the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld, the product is worth it. They sell the world's best Olive bread, scones, and strawberry crossants. If you survive the line, you make it to the cash register, pay, get a bag and leave. There is no where to sit. There is no internet. They shuffle you through and on to the next one. The pastry items are incredible and worth the trouble.

Absolutely phenomenal. Great flavor. The whipped cream is slightly too sweet but amazing otherwise. Love the red bean in here. There's a good mix of textures. Feels light thanks to the cream. Cream puff: 6/10. Was disappointed by this to be honest. Other pastries I've tried like the one in the photo are just okay. Nothing stand out. Customer service isn't great. Someone cut in front of me and they didn't care. Free parking and plenty of it since it's a large plaza.

We ordered the Fugazzeta and a pepperoni pizza--both were delicious, especially the Fugazzeta. Before leaving, we grabbed desserts: bread pudding with dulce de leche, a dulce de leche cannoli, and alfajores--all really good. Only downside: I later noticed the receipt showed two chocolate volcano desserts instead of the alfajores I actually got. Not sure if it was a mistake or mix-up, but worth double-checking your receipt. Overall, great food, great vibes, and I'd definitely come back.

We also ordered a side of their French bread, which was warm and soft. I dunked the bread into the creamy tomato sauce in the gnocchi dish. The restaurant offers inside and patio seating, and it has a casual yet cozy ambience. I would come back to try their other empanadas and maybe their pizza.
