This place is AMAZING!! The minute you come in you are greeted and that is always a friendly feeling. The thing I love about this place is that you can prep what you want yourself and I love that. This way I can take my time choosing the flavors and the toppings without feeling pressured, its awesome! Based on what you like you can either choose fruits, candies or chocolates. Maybe be like me and chose a litltle of both!! It is the best of both worlds!! Overall, the place is clean and spacious. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The decor is lovely! read more

This is my happy place. So much so that I used to come here for lunch a couple of times a week during summer. I like this location better than the one closer to where I live. I prefer the flavors here (every location has a different flavor profile). The toppings are fresh. They let you have several sample cups if you like as well, without giving you the side eye. I've always been a big fan of Yogurtland so was very excited when they opened one not too far from me. A smorgasbord of frozen yogurt and toppings at my fingertips. There's a lot of those "weigh and pay" yogurt places out there but Yogurtland always gets my vote, if not just for their awesome colorful spoons. This is a pretty small one and whenever I go the tables are almost always full (they have some outdoor tables too which is nice) but I'm usually taking it to go anyway (just ask for a lid and a bag and you're set). I've yet to run into an issue with them being out of anything, yogurt or toppings. The staff is always very friendly and one of the best things about Yogurtland is they give out free 3 oz pretty easily. The only downside, at least for me, is it's really hard to tell what 3 oz. is so I tend to go overboard with the gummy bears and end up having to pay something. This shares a shopping center with Rubios and Panda Express so when it's busy parking can be a little tough. But it's also a plus cause you can grab dinner and dessert just steps away from each other! It's kind of a weirdly set up lot too. Avoid the Walmart madness as much as you can and enter directly off Tustin. read more

Have a gift card that keeps getting denied even though the balance is still very high when you go onto their website to confirm there's still plenty of money on it. No manager on-site, won't help me get it resolved and this store told me, "it's not their problem" and to call corporate. Asked to talk to a manager to get it resolved as this was our 3rd time it was denied in this store and they would not put me in contact with a store manager or the franchise owner. Pretty bad customer service coupled with no supervision to help a customer that is just trying to use a valid gift card that they already received the money for. read more

Good food and selection of toppings. While I prefer being able to self-serve with toppings, the amount given is usually acceptable. The big downside of this place is that the flavors aren't always the same, so if you're like me and you like particular flavors, you may go in to find that those flavors aren't being served that day, which makes the visit feel like a waste of time. read more

I've been to this location plenty of times and it's normally fine but I'm writing this review solely on my experience tonight. For a limited time they're having a deal on Tuesdays where you can get unlimited yogurt and toppings for $5 (which I did not know about until I got there) and it is seriously the stupidest deal. They don't have pistachio yogurt anymore which I can live with as long as I can get coconut. The coconut tonight was more the consistency of coconut milk than coconut yogurt, probably cause there were too many people there tonight that the yogurt didn't have time to freeze properly. Then comes the toppings, I was getting my usual until I noticed that there were no walnuts out. I asked an employee if they stopped serving walnuts and she just said "we just don't have them today." Like really? You take the walnuts away the day you're having a discount? So to summarize, I spent a total of 20 minutes in the store because the line was so long, I did not get the yogurt or toppings I wanted and I saved a grand total of $1.20. I was livid as I was leaving. I would have gladly paid full price to have gotten what I wanted instead of paying $5 for something I didn't want. I will never be back to this location. It's worth it for me to drive the few extra minutes to the Anaheim Hills location and get exactly what I want. I hope management sees this review and takes this deal away. read more

My friend and I came here Sunday night and when we walked in the place was full and seemed to be open as it had said it was online. We filled our cup with yogurt in hopes to have our sweet treat of the night soon secured. and went to the topping area where we were greeted by two girls who were very rude. We didn't catch their names but they were working the closing shift on Sunday the 18th. They were putting lids on all the toppings and weren't explaining why. When we confronted them, they gave hella attitude and said they were closed but failed to mention that when we walked in, when we were standing around getting yogurt for 5 plus minutes and when we were going to check out. Not sure who is in charge of running this place but they shouldn't be working there. They were extremely rude and we were overall just confused because they didn't explain what was going on at all so we had to throw our stuff out and leave. A simple hey we are closed would have been nice instead of making us waste our time for nothing and then on top of that they were rude. If it were me I would have let two people grab a few toppings instead of ruining their night and being petty. read more

Thank you for being opened! This place has the new normal of things down. Servers are masked and have gloves. They prepare your yogurt while you watch so you can say go or stop. They always have a ton of toppings. I tried the Maple Donut flavor and hello it's amazing. They always have creative flavors and standards you can count on. read more

We went here right after eating at Rubio's a few doors down. The frozen. Yogurt was not bad. Strawberry was ok. I likes the mango flavor. For my kids and my wife, total cost was about $7 for 3 small orders. It want pricey at all. I think they have coupons. Sadly the day we went the AC was leaking from the ceiling. read more

Pregnancy craving hits and I see a review saying that the employees are making people's yogurt cups during the pandemic, which is awesome. I come inside and see that's not the case and they are back to their old self-serve layout. Plastic gloves are provided but I don't feel safe with this format. So many customers exposed to all the dispensers, and the gloves are big so I saw some people's gloves slipping off and touching the machines. So disappointed. read more

Yogurtland is my favorite! I love their themes, flavors and toppings! However, this review is for this location seeing as most yogurtlands can be the same. I love the staff here! They always greet me when I come in! They leave their taster cups out, so when you walk in you see them! This place is always clean? Which is awesome! Someone is always going around cleaning the inside tables and the tables outside. They always have fresh cold water in the front too! Keep in mind NOT all yogurtlands have this! This is another great Yogurtland location. This is location in the Orange Village center. The parking right near the facility can be a bit tight but the large surrounding lot is close enough. The prices are great, the selection of flavors, toppings and sauces is good and the service is friendly. They usually always offer you sample cups upon walking in to sample the flavors beforehand which is a nice touch. Download the Yogurtland app for various scan opportunities and promotions to earn free yogurt. Due to the proximity to the mall this location can get busy extremely busy at times but the product is good. These yogurt places are popping up all over the state but few have the process as finely tuned and the assortment that Yogurtlands provide, only Cherry on Top for me has a better selection. We will be back to this location again soon. read more

This Yogurtland is by far one of the best (if not THE best) locations I have been to. Every time I come here, the staff is extremely friendly--always greeting me when I walk in, offering me sample cups, and letting me know if there are any toppings I want that I don't see, then they can gladly provide me some from the back. The store is always very clean and well-stocked, with plenty of room to maneuver when getting flavors and toppings. Also, this is one of the only locations that consistently has Kona Coffee Blend!! No matter what time of day, this Yogurtland is great. I try to come here whenever I can! read more

What's not to like about this place? It is a clean, fun, do it yourself desert joint. The favors seem to turn with good regularity. The desert toppings also seem to turnover with a nice pace as well. One of the fun parts for us is the sampler cups you can find at the front of the shop. We ordinarily eat one yogurt in freebies before finally making our take home choices. We used to frequent the local Golden Spoon, but the variety of flavor and build it yourself options ran the GA out of town. This is our place of choice these days. read more

I like this location because it's nice and roomy. You're not tripping over fellow yogurt lovers in your quest to get the good stuff. One caveat: the parking lot can be a living nightmare, what with being near so many busy places in the Village at Orange. Be careful! The employees are very friendly, and the gentleman that helped me combined promos and waited patiently while I looked for my Rewards card. This location has the cool cookie dividers if you're into that sort of thing. The usual flavors and toppings abound. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. My wife loves this place, also this location is open a tad bit longer than the other Yogurtlands in the area. Last time we were in there my wife wanted yogurt at 11:45PM and we came in there probably around 5 minutes before they closed. The 3 employees were in good spirit and we joked around while we got our yogurt. Always clean, nice small outdoor area to sit down, next to a Chipotle, which is critical for me. read more
