The Tangy is where it's at. This particular flavor reminds me of what frozen yogurt was back in the late '80s, early 90s. It has the most mildest of sweetness, and the most flavor in terms of Tangy and sour all at the same time. It's like taking Greek yogurt, adding a little bit of sweetener to it, freezing it, and then pumping it out like soft serve. Take some of that, and mix in some cheesecake flavor, and you're in business. Parking was really easy. The overall Vibe inside the place is a happy one. I think because everybody's happy to get that comfort food treat and dessert. It's nostalgic to say the least. If you're curious how the whole thing works, it's all based on weight. You grab the size of cup you think you want, or pint, and then go to each individual station and put in whichever flavor you like. Then you go to the counter, and ask for whatever toppings you'd like... or no toppings if you don't want any. Which is totally fine. If you're paying separately, like if you had eight people, no problem. Or, pay it forward, give a little, gather up all the yogurt from everyone in your group, put it on the scale, and just pay once for everyone. I'll be back for sure! Went to this yogurtland location on Reseda and it was super clean, great service, workers so nice (Yolanda, Katherine, and Jasmine), and everything about it gave my family and I a wonderful time. We will definitely be going back tomorrow October 28th 2024 for their special deal that they'll be hosting and these staff are amazing 10/10 recommend better then most yogurtlands all their toppings were so good !!! :D read more

I am extremely disappointed I went here and with my son we both got a cup of yogurt with toppings and my son added candies and tajin. Two spoonfuls in he found a bug in his yogurt and he showed it to me and squished it I told the girl at the register and instead of apologizing and seeing how we could resolve the issue she proceeded to tell me it couldn't have been in the yogurt because it would've been frozen and maybe it was in the tajin. It doesn't matter where it!! I asked for a refund for my son's yogurt as mine was perfectly fine and she refused to. I left both my cups with her and left after a very unpleasant verbal altercation. I use to live so close to this place, but never really though to go in until recently when I've been on a frozen dessert kick in the winter time... so LA right? So I strolled in after a crazy gym workout up the way and discovered the two double doors that face the intersection of Reseda and Victory are exit only... I walked all the way around the building and patio area and entered the door where I was greeted right away... I had no idea what kind of options they'd have for me as I can't do dairy for several reasons, but I was optimistic... the had one flavor out of over a dozen... which made me compare it to Menchie's.... It's no Menchie's (which has four options including swirl/fusion - that dispenser in the middle of two flavors), way less non-dairy items than a lot of other like places... I thought about a milkshake but was also shot down when there were only two flavors and neither was non-dairy... even nestle has non-dairy stuff now... chop chop Yogurtland you're falling behind. I did end up getting a yellow fruit based vegan friendly yogurt with a few toppings and the customer service was the best part of the experience. The shop was really clean and other than the lack of options and the confusing entrance exit situation it's a-okay... but I'd rather dine elsewhere. Definitely pricer too. read more

I visited this location on April 13 and was very disappointed to learn that they no longer give samples. I was already hesitant with the flavors, since they can be hit or miss. I chose three different flavors and was not thrilled with the taste. Not craving froyo again. read more

Stopped by earlier today. First off, most than half of the machines were out of order or didn't have any yogurt. Basically only 4-6 flavors available to chose from. After we gout our yogurt (I asked for mango and Oreos as toppings) the mango was bad, it tasted rotten. And to top it off I found a hair in the crushed Oreos. Don't recommend at all. Good location - corner & Victory /Tampa, plenty of parking space and the staff are practicing cleanliness changing gloves for each customer they help. Yogurtland is OK. There was another location near to my home in Woodland Hills that I used to go to more frequently but it closed. The last time I was in there, the cash register broke and everyone was standing there with melting yogurt waiting to pay. But the counter workers never said "just go ahead, it's on the house." I never went back to that location again. This Reseda location....it's nothing great. Exactly like Menchie's, basically. They're all the same. This location has had some better flavors like taro and nutella and a few others that Menchie's never has had. I miss the old days of TCBY - they're still out there but few and far between, most have closed. They'd serve the yogurt for you and put the toppings on for you as well. The "salsa bars" with the toppings at these yogurt places, with the cookie crumbs and M&Ms spilling all over the countertop is just kinda nasty and that's why I don't go to them hardly at all anymore. read more

When I asked why they said they were under staffed but there was no one in there and they had 2 employees. It's not a restraint t it's just a yogurt shop. They close at 12 not 11:45. I visit this Yogurtland because it's the only one close to me. I used to like it when they had decent flavors like taro and coconut but everything besides the tart tastes like crap now. They also got rid of most of their fruits and swapped it for unhealthier options. Yesterday, I saw a sign at the cash register regarding their seasonal pumpkin pie flavor. I had to ask about it since my boyfriend loves pumpkin pie. I asked the guy when it will be coming out and then he looks at me stupidly, then looks at the sign, and says "I don't know". My boyfriend and I just looked at each other like isn't he supposed to know this kinda stuff? If not, at least have a better attitude about it. Some of their staff definitely needs to be trained on being helpful because this wasn't the first time. The lack of quality flavors, toppings and customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth. Cesia needs to not try so hard to "teach customers manners" and needs to focus more on regulating social distancing between their customers. If she hadn't made that last comment as we were leaving, our experience might have been almost ok and I would not be writing this review, with the exception that there isn't a good system in place for COVID. They should use one door as an entrance and the other as exit and truly enforce 6 feet of distance and avoid the cross traffic. We frequent this store often and the customer service is poor. Why bother even trying to engage with the employees anymore. They always have their mask not covering their nose and are always touching their mask to lift it. They do not change gloves often which defeats the point of wearing it. Gloves should not replace proper hand hygiene. Thank you again Cesia for acknowledging my friends manners because apparently I was too busy paying and not having them. I was also too busy being annoyed with not having the proper space between the customers next to me. It's the BEST froyo around- you wont find it cheaper and more diverse than this! Specifically about this location- the machines dispense extremely slow and this should be fixed! Also I didn't find kiwis! That's ok though. The yogurt is delicious and everything is clean and all the topping are kept fresh and looking good. Very nice atmosphere with in and outside seating. Central to everything- gas, shopping, drugstore, Pierce College, and West Valley. If you want to compare it to anything it just as good as Menchies- only cheaper. Just thought I'd give a quick review of how horrible the customer service is at this location. I walked in on my lunch break to get some yogurt. Today is an unusually hot day for the cold days we've been having and some nice cool yogurt would've been the perfect choice. When I went around to see the flavors I noticed that there was a restroom and since I work delivering packages all day I thought it would be great to wash my hands before I start touching all of the yogurt dispensers. The restroom needed a code to get in. I went to the employee and asked him for the code for the restroom and he said it's for customers only. I was not sure why he automatically assumed that I wasn't a customer or wasn't going to be one so I said to him that I am going to purchase some thing and he said that it's for customers only. So I said to him would you like me to purchase my yogurt and let it melt while I use the restroom? To that he replied that there is nothing he can do. Now I do realize that the restroom is for customers and it's very wise to allow a customer who has dirty hands to use the bathroom to clean them before they contaminate all the yogurt dispensers. Side note: most places I go to that have restrooms that are for customers only also let me use them once they see my uniform and realize that I'm working hard all day long and it's very difficult to find restrooms everywhere I am. Unfortunately this was not the case today because I wanted to buy yogurt so it was very disheartening to see that this place did not want my business. I doubt I will ever return to this location. BTW, I want up going to the Menchie's down the street and they didn't even question me when I asked to use the restroom. And then I purchase some yogurt. read more

Love this place but since COVID it's really been different. They STILL don't offer sample cups (so bizarre) The flavors are always inconsistent even when it's not a limited time flavor. You never know if they will swap it out with something else. Getting toppings is a PAIN, I don't understand why there's no self serve option? The employees always skimp out on the toppings (Hopefully they understand we're paying by the weight!) Additionally I think it's pretty ridiculous they ask for tips... at a self serve froyo place with no sample cups??? Walked in today (4/20) around 7:25 pm to get some yogurt as usual. I came to get my toppings for my yogurt at the counter. All the teenagers were having a full on conversation. I made eye contact with one, said hi, and smiled, she simply looked at me and continued her conversation. I flinched and placed my yogurt on the counter and was hopping for some service. Worst customer service ever, will never come back here again. I told the girls working that I tried ordering through Postmates, and it only allowed me to come and pick up, no delivery available for some odd reason. I drive down there to purchase the yogurts and didn't order through Postmates for pick up, reason for that, I was being considerate for the business because I know Postmates charges the businesses around 25-30% when people go through them, so since I was driving there anyway, figured I'll cut out the middle man and let the business make their full money. My only request for them was to have the toppings on the side like they do for Postmates or grub hub. I wasn't asking for free toppings, I told her to put the toppings in those little containers and weigh it with my frozen yogurts. WOW!!! You would think I asked them to commit murder or something. Love Yogurtland, Hate this location. Seriously, it's so ghetto and gross, I will drive miles out of my way to Agoura or Encino for my Yogurtland fix. 1. Whoever chose this corner lot location should have their head examined and whoever designed the interior should go back to design school. Really strange shape on the corner and super cramped inside. Claustrophobic peeps beware! 2. Shitty parking. Enough said. 3. On my one and only visit, there were a ton of rough-looking people sitting outside sizing us up as we walked in. To get inside, you have to maneuver your way through these intimidating people and once you get inside it's not much better... 4. The worst part: THIS PLACE IS NASTY AND GROSS and so are the customers. We were behind the most disgusting family ever. Each had a sample cup, which they used over and over and over again trying each and EVERY flavor. So unsanitary it made my stomach turn. Plus, sampling each flavor and savoring each one took forever... but the design is so tight you cannot get around them...you're stuck in line with no escape. Or are you??? Just as I thought it couldn't get any worse, some snot-nosed kid with a grimy face and dirty shirt squeezed past us and took his used sample cup and filled it up right in front of us. I love Yogurtland. When i lived in North Hollywood, I'd regularly drive to the one on Van Nuys blvd, four or five miles away, even though there was a Menchie's right down the street. Why would I do this? Yogurtland is honestly better! So what's up with the three stars up there??? Well, Yogurtland is a franchise. And this one JUST opened.... so they haven't worked the kinks out yet. It's highly likely that I'll go back again sometime soon & write an update after conditions improve. I've got three bones to pick here: 1. no ice to keep my froyo cold while I drive home 2. no tip jar for the employees!!!! not cool guys, not cool 3. I tried to go get froyo last weekend, and the line was so insane, and so long, I wouldn't have waited in it for free froyo. I write this with the implicit hope that conditions improve. Two registers and two employees will NOT suffice during the busy season. Further, some people know exactly what they want, and can beeline right for those items if they're not forced to wait behind people who have no clue what they want. Building the line to wait into the self-serve assembly line slows down the works for ALL customers, although I doubt there's anything to be done about that now. I hope that someone out there reads this and opens a Yogurtland in a larger store front than this, and a little closer to West Hills. I'd drive to Calabasas for it from time to time if I had to.... please? someone?? (the sounds of crickets chirping) Anyways. If you haven't tried Yogurtland, and it's not peak hours, give it a whirl. First of all, I'm torn as I'm getting ready to write this review. Yogurtland is one of my favorite places! I obsess about this place, and rightly so, its got some of tastiest yogurt around. I believe Yogurtland has the potential of 5 stars, however this particular one deserves 3. Why? Well let me take you back... I was visiting a friend is this area and she mentioned how a Yogurtland just opened up down the street. She also said how she's never been and loves Pinkberry. I told her that was sacrilegious! So off we went so I could introduce her to this wonderful place. When we arrived, can't say I was too impressed. The dude behind the counter was not too friendly. The place had a bit of a funky smell. Granted there were some chicks that had just finished working out, which could of accounted for the smell. But the reason it got rated 3 was once I got my yogurt in my cup and got to the goodie counter it went south. The extra goodies didn't look inviting. It looked like they never removed the actual trays that hold all the goodness to clean them. It appeared as they only restocked. I've been to other Yogurtland's and the goodie counters look so clean. I've seen other places remove and replace the actual trays with clean new ones. Come on! Clean the stuff. When there's caked junk around the edges and other items are mixed with stuff its not suppose to, doesn't look too good. I went last night and I give them a two star because they were out of a lot of toppings, and the toppings area was really messy. They also didn't have Yogurtland cards on deck, you have to ask for them. I rate the overall experience as bad. So I went again, On Monday 9/3 and it was disgusting. The toppings area was dirty, and the floor was horrid. There were toppings all over the floor and I had to tip toe around the area to get my toppings without getting dirty. This is so ridiculous and if they can't get it together they need to fire and hire new people. They get one star now because I can't give zero. read more
