When seeing a movie at Rolling Hills AMC I love to drop in here and get a cookie to treat myself! I asked what their featured monthly flavor was and immediately ordered it - cinnamon roll cookie! They carefully frosted it in the store - while it didn't look as pretty when I got it home, please know how pretty it was when they were making it. I also got a semi sweet chocolate chip cookie because it's always a winner! Believe it or not I had enough self-control to eat half of each myself and save the other half for My Daughter the next day and they were still fresh and delicious . Check them out! They are more than a mouthful!
Didn't love it but didn't hate it. Came last Friday for an after dinner treat. The cookies came out quick & liked how the warm chocolate was added fresh on top off our choconut chip cookie. Didn't really taste the coconut & taste similar to the OG but the chocolate isnt as sweet. Got that and a OG cookie with icecream. The icecream is simple & vanilla. ($15 total)
Located in Rolling Hills Plaza, this cookie store is located across from Stonefire Grill. The charming woman behind the counter helped describe the different cookie options and flavors to this first-timer. They have several cookie options every day, with a weekly rotating special flavor. You can choose one of the "every day" cookies as is or dress them up with toppings. Wanting to experience the true essence of each cookie, I decided on three cookies without the toppings: OG Chip, SW Chip, and Biscoff Chip. I liked how these soft cookies are served warm. They are thick but not so large that they fall apart when you pick them up. The OG Chip was a traditional chocolate chip cookie with lots of milk chocolate chips, slightly melty since it was presented warm. The SW Chip was probably my favorite, with semi-sweet wafers stuffed into the cookie and sea salt on top. Biscoff Chip had the cookie butter taste of cinnamon and caramel, the latter being wonderfully gooey (but could have used more of both throughout the cookie as a couple bites had neither flavor). This one had just enough white chocolate chips throughout. Chip Cookies is one of the better cookie shops I've been to, and I think any cookie lover will be pleased.
The cookie monster wanted to make a visit.. I ordered the chip flip box, allowing me to choose 4 cookies. Tres Leches- 8/10 OG- 9/10 Biscoff chip- 7/10 Better than Sex- 9/10 The tres leches tasted amazing-- it was soft and mellow. It had a good balance of flavor to it. The OG- a classic chocolate chip cookie, I loved it. I thought it was a really good chocolate chip cookie. It had the right amount of chocolate. Biscoff chip- I personally am not a huge fan of Biscoff cookies but I felt like I could've just bought the actual cookie instead of having it in a more soft voluminzed form. Better than sex- my favorite cookie hands down. I am a sucker for coffee and chocolate so I was in heavens sake for this cookie. Now 18.95 for 4 cookies is pretty insane to me personally. But hey! I would definitely come back for the BTS cookie. Service was okay, nothing crazy. A gentleman helped me. The place is cute! The restroom requires a key they provide. Additionally around the corner where the restroom is located is where they have water, napkins, utensils. It's hidden! I definitely was surprise when I turned the corner. Ample parking in the plaza.

When I walked up I saw a sign they have pointing eager customers to their "HOT COOKIES". Walked inside and was welcomed by Owen --who was helping another customer. Looked over their menu and decided to get: The OG & SW CHIP *OG is their classic chocolate chip cookie BUT get this it's not just some small cookie it's thick, warm, gooey, crunchy around the edges. *SW CHIP is like a whole different vibe. Similar to the OG but with semi-sweet chocolate and sea salt. When I tell you they both were equally delicious! Like OMG, they were soooo BOMB! I throughly enjoyed the cookies, my time there plus the really nice convo with Owen --he's great: personable & A+ customer service = y'all better keep him and do him right, okay? Ok! *head tilt to the side* lol I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely return again!!!oh and CRUMBL absolutely has NOTHIN' on these guys... what competition!? lol

It was our first time trying Chip cookie spot, and I have to say--we were impressed! My daughter is a huge Crumbl fan and usually gets it every week, but since we always pass by this place, we finally decided to give it a try. The moment I walked in, the staff welcomed and acknowledged me right away. Having worked in customer service myself, I really notice and appreciate that kind of effort--it makes such a difference! The cookies are freshly made daily, and the lady who helped us: Kassandra, (Kassie) was so friendly. She took the time to explain all the flavors, which I really appreciated. My favorite was the OG--it was soft, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We loved the cookies so much that we'll definitely be coming back. Honestly, Crumbl needs to watch out... this place has some real competition!
My now-husband and I ordered 144 mini cookies at this Chip location for our wedding last November after having tried them earlier in the year while in town. We got connected to Jared and he was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We coordinated with extended family for pick-up and it all went so smoothly. The cookies looked and tasted great and we had minimal leftovers despite also having a small cutting cake and 144 mini cupcakes for only 90 guests.
They were busy near closing time on a Saturday night. Service was a bit on the slower side and they didnt even offer the cream on top. We just ordered the snickerdoodle and chocolate chip since other cookies were out and they were making it, but we didnt want to wait for 15 minutes. We like the giant chocolate chunks in the chocolate chip.
These are by far the most unique cookies I have ever tasted. This cookie shop had been popping up on my instagram for several days before I decided to check it out. It is located in a busy plaza. I almost drove right passed it. When I arrived no one was in the line which I was happy about so I had time to look around and look at the menu. I tis so pretty inside. The ambiance alone made me want to purchase a cookie. The staff member showed me the specialty cookies and explained the toppings that would be on them. I decided to get 4 cookies total. I ordered the tres leches, better than sex, choconut, and oreo dunk. I knew my bestie and I would be able to finish all 4. We love cookies and these cookies are huge! While I waited for the cookies to be put together and packaged, I looked around. It didn't take long for the cookies to be prepared. The staff member recommended I eat the tres leches cookies first if I had a long drive due to the milk based toppings on top. Luckily, I didn't have a far drive and I road home with the air condition on just incase the toppings decided to melt. So I was able to cut the cookies into four slices each. That way it was easy to eat. The tres leche was #1! I loved the flavor. After that in order I liked the choconut, better than sex, and last the oreo dunk. The oreo dunk did not impress me nor my best friend. Something was off with the dough and flavor. It would not be a cookie I would purchase again. Above all I would purchase the others again or get several tres leches. It was just that good!
I tried to come here before... the door was open but it was strange that nobody was inside. I waited a few minutes and didn't want to wait any longer so I left. There was actually a person working there and a customer so I figured I would get myself a sweet treat. I could easily go overboard but just got one cookie. Craving warm cookies??? This place definitely delivers on the warm cookies. It smelled divine and it was warm. However, not sure if it's intended to be cookie dough in the center but that's what it looked and tasted like to me. The outer pieces were good but I just felt the middle wasn't done. I love a chewy, ooey gooey cookie but I also want it to be baked fully throughout.
RUN, dont walk! Aside from the cute aesthetic and friendly service - best cookies ever! They are baked perfectly. Not only do the cookies look pretty, but the way they melt in your mouth. OMG. Came here on a Saturday night - cookies are served warm. They come in a pretty box, making Chip a good gift option for cookie lovers! Shared some cookies with my cousins and nephews and they loved Chip! Definitely give them a try!
I will say that these cookies in my opinion were better than that popular pink box chain. The cookie was warm and delicious. The ice cream was a basic vanilla, not the best but it went well with the cookie. After all...we went for the cookies. The service was mid because the guy that was there wasn't engaging with us and wasn't giving us (as first timers there) info on what is the best flavor or most popular. We were asking all the questions and he was responding with one word answers. I asked do just a scoop of vanilla and he said "we don't sell the scoop" . That wasnt helpful. The place was clean and small. Overall the salted chocolate chip cookie was good and big. Worth that price.
I was looking for lunch and NOT this place. I told myself to eat and go the opposite direction. I told myself I had the self discipline... I didn't lol. I hoped they would ignore me as I entered the establishment, they didn't! I was hoping the place would be icky and not well kept, it wasn't! I hoped they wouldn't have anything that caught my eyes, they did! I bought half the flavors y'all. I did manage to get them home and share with family. Came back on Mother's Day and I can now understand how this place was born out of pregnancy cravings lol. If you're a mom you'll understand. Truly indulgent, decadent, rich gourmet cookies from heaven. lol I think I got every word in there to describe these things. They're fire! If you love a warm lightly crisp cookie with a gooey filling to bite into that's just the base, you can add toppings or if youre really looking to splurge and make zap your tastebuds make a chipzookie. I will say I definitely needed some water after I finished mine lol. We walked in at the perfect time today there was nobody in line, and the boy behind the counter was very nice and explained the different cookies to us. Shortly after ordering the line was out the door. Maybe next time we'll purchase the cookie dough! Definitely recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth. read more

Its located in a big plaza where you will find an AMC theatre and a bunch of restaurants so theres plenty of parking. Service was great too very friendly. They have a few tables inside and outside so you can enjoy them there. We ordered the chocolate chip and biscoff cookie and these came out nice and warm they are thick cookies too. They have other options to elevate your cookie by adding toppings and vanilla ice cream to it too. But i just ordered them by themselves I recommend! read more

I had the OG cookie and it's a good cookie. The cookies are the fat kind with a more soft inside which I like. I think locals may feel the price of each cookie is high but I live in west LA so gourmet cookies are around that price so I didn't feel it was pricey (also the size of the cookie I felt was good for the price). If I happen to be in the area and have a craving for cookies, I'd stop by. They didn't blow my mind that I would go out of my way to drive to get cookies here. I haven't tried the more fancier flavor cookies so next time! read more

It's very dangerous that this place is so close to home. These cookies are beyond delicious, they are big and just taste so good and keep you coming for more. Their OG chocolate chip cookie is to die for and I love that when you order it they give it to you fresh and warm in a baggie. As you walk in it smells so delicious. They have their variety of cookies in the left hand side and always have a special cookie displayed that they have, love that they have their cookie batter to go if you wish to take some home and bake them yourself. They also have pizookies and you can add topping to that as well as the cookies you purchase as well that are a neat touch and want to add more sugar ha ha. Love this place for when that cookie craving kicks in.. little pricy but worth it. They also have day old cookies for 2.99 which is great! Can't wait to be back. read more

Pretty disappointed after being hyped up from trying this place. I placed an order online for a Chip Flip box of Variety which on their website says it comes with a mix of 4 famous chip cookies 4 gourmet chip cookies across their famous menu of OG, Biscoff, Sugar, weekly special and SW. However, you can see by my photo that I got one chocolate chip which I am guessing its the OG, I got one chocolate and 2 of the same which appears to be sugar. If I get a variety, why would you give me 2 of the same? Wheres the Biscoff and the weekly special? I guess its my fault for not checking until I got home. read more

Hey Flavor Budz! I wanted to do something different for my hubby's birthday, so I made a cookie bar--it was a huge success! I was on TikTok, looking at cookie places, and Chip in Torrance popped up. Like most bakeries, you can design your own cookies or cupcakes there. I picked Chip because they had tons of toppings to choose from. I loved the assembly line and all the different things you could add. You could customize what was already there. The cookies were so moist, soft, and delicious--not dry or crumbly at all. Hey! I am always looking for a good chocolate chip cookie. The cookie bar was a fun and novel experience. It's like customizing your frozen yogurt at TCBY or Penguins; or customizing your ice cream at Cold Stone. We chose a boneless cookie and glammed up at the cookie bar. Topped with cream cheese frosting, toffee bits and pretzels, it made for a pretty and sweet treat. Next time, we will remember to add Maldon salt. It was slightly too sweet for me. We also ordered: a bix of mini OG cookies. So cute! Quite yummy! A regular sized SW chip. So good! This is a repeat for me. This is a fun and delicious indulgence. Enjoy! read more

A truly superb chocolate chip cookie! I got the "OG", which was a decadent, buttery, and well portioned chocolate chip cookie. After the first bite, I was completely sold on the hype. The cookie was perfectly crispy on the edge yet gooey on the center. The price was fair for a cookie of this quality, and they had some excellent deals for larger sets/catering. Tonight was our first time at Chip Cookies. We came by here to grab something for my girlfriend's birthday. You walk in and get smacked with the smell of freshly baked cookies. We were welcomed in by Andrew and Yosue who helped us choose the best cookies. They're both friendly and very helpful. The Tres Leches cookie was recommended and it did not disappoint. This place definitely gives crumbl a run for their money in my opinion! This was recommended to me & I finally got a chance to go in! I wanted to try a little bit of everything so I splurged and got the dozen box! I was happy to see they had some of every kind as it's so common when you go to crumbl for instance a lot of times they're out of stock of the special ones which is always a bummer, so I was able to share them all with my family, we all got to try a bite of each & all were so so good we were very pleased with them all! My favorite had to be the biscoff chip, honestly if you like biscoff taste you can't go wrong, it was sooo yummy. Also really enjoyed the tres leches one & the cinnamon toast chip cookie was really good as well! All of the cookies were still warm and tasted fresh! I definitely plan to come back & enjoy some more (: - I didn't get a chance to ask about it but I'm pretty sure you can customize the cookies by adding different toppings like icing, sprinkles, chocolate etc. so I might go back and experiment with that read more

Beautiful packaging and marketed to come warm and fresh. These two things are true and the shop is beautiful. In the realm of "puck" sized cookies I've had Levain, PADERIA, Gideon's, crumbl (eek lol) and my top favorite "the cookie" from lazy acres. Chip offers great options but the recipes weren't for me. Even the SW (lesser sweet of the options) came out a bit too sweet for me. And the cookies are a bit raw for my liking, although it makes great texture for when the cookie cools down. I'd still recommend to try this bakeshop as to each their own. read more

So fresh, just the right amount of sweetness, and perfect to share. Amazing service from the staff there! Everyone was super nice and helped us choose our flavors. The place was very clean and had cute decoration. very cool concept and aesthetic overall but I think I am having dessert fatigue which is crazy because I love sugar. still, giving it 4 stars, which I would rate better than crumbl because of the customization and it just tastes more fresh and better. but this might be a dessert to split with another person because it is so rich and overly sweet. they sold milk I believe on the side but it was also an exorbitant cost so maybe walk to TJs and get a gallon for cheaper lol. the service was a bit slow even though there were multiple workers, so just keep that in mind. I'm assuming it was because of how many people were customizing their cookies. read more
