This Yoke's on Keene is bright, with adequate space between each island/ case/ aisle, and a better shopping experience than the others locally. The one thing that I wish it had here that the Yoke's on Bombing Range has is the $1.00 sample cheeses in the basket to try. What a fun little thing to incorporate to introduce people to different cheeses from different places in the world! Sooo....for those we go to the Bombing Range Yoke's, but that's after we get the majority of what we're looking for at the Yoke's on Keene. My kids like that their children shopping carts are low to the ground so they feel like they're driving! The natural foods section is a great area and the natural frozen foods have a nice variety. read more

I think if you look at the dates of the reviews you'll get the drift. Anything recent is a bit more on the truthful side. Our experience with both yokes has not been positive. Recently called them after realizing we were sold shrimp that had gone bad, and sold at Jumbo Prawn Prices. Called them that evening attempting to just let someone at the store know so they could pull the shrimp off and was diverted to the manager who basically accused me of lying... for $8 (big win on my part if so) Went in as he requested with shrimp and receipt hoping for an apology. That didn't happen As for everything else, food selection is great! Just seems like staff is a bit on edge or unhappy. read more

Looking for a fruit pie that I could take home and bake. They have them, but they're HUGE and pricey at $20.00 a pop. I asked the two people stocking the freezer area if they had something smaller and more affordable. I ordered a Divine Prime Rib for Christmas dinner at this store because we were traveling to Richland to our daughters. I told them my daughter would pick up the roast on Christmas Eve. She went there at 5pm after work to pick it up and they had put it out for sale! Someone had already bought it. They are probably my least fav yokes... crusty burger bread and probably one of thee worst burgers.. sandwiches are great !! There parfait and deli salads great just don't do the burgers!!! I really like this store. It is always clean and they don't stack too much junk in the aisles making it an obstacle course to drive a cart. I like that they offer the smaller shopping carts as well, although if I get one I just overload it. There is a nice selection of all the food I need, and a lot that I don't. The sandwiches at the deli are great (love the grilled turkey and havarti), and I"m looking forward to having a burger on the patio after a trip to the dog park. I've gotten a couple salads from the ready case and they have been fresh and crisp. I like that I can mix and match the dressing with the salad as well. The staff have been helpful in every department I have visited, including the bakery where I loaded up an insane amount of donuts one morning, right after it looked like it had been stocked with care and pride, and was left looking like wild animals had foraged. I enjoy visiting the fresh meat and seafood section, and am looking forward to grilling some seafood jalapeno poppers on the grill this evening. read more

This grocery store is awesome! It has a ton of selection including a bunch of organic food. Not to mention that the customer service is super awesome. They offer free samples and stickers to kids. They offer a huge assortment of local wines and beers. If I had the time to be an alcoholic I'd certainly consider yokes as my go to place! After moving to Seattle, and later Southern California, I was so excited about Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Trader Joes and wondered why my hometown didn't offer similar options. So, you can imagine how nice it was to see Yokes go up in the TC. There are extremely limited gluten free options at the more popular grocery stores, so for those with true intolerances or Celiac, the horizons aren't broad. Here, you'll at least find a dedicated aisle that is GF and plenty of quality produce. The deli has some great options and the employees have been friendly every time I've been here. Let's face it, it can be hard in eastern Washington to find healthy organic fruits and veggies along side all my other hippie yuppie products I love so dear. To my luck this place had recently opened and it's close to Target! While it's no Whole Foods I was at least able to find plenty of my cereals, yogurts, drinks, to my liking here to get me through the week. Wow, I have to say I am totally impressed with Yoke's deli and the employees. It has become my favorite market since it has opened in October 2013. The selection of cheeses is awesome and the deli pasta salads and potatoes salads are excellent and a good value. I love their deli packaged sandwiches and salads. The egg salad and Italian sandwiches are excellent. The deli employees even made me a specific salad my daughter wanted consisting of blue cheese, walnuts, apples, cran-raisins and blue cheese dressing which is excellent. Also, they have their self-service hot bar, and the baked chicken, BBQ ribs, salisbury steak and sausage is to die for. I noticed that they even have meatloaf and cabbage rolls, which looked very good if you should desire them. Keep up the good work!!! read more

The manager hear Steve is incredibly rude to people with disabilities, not only rude but mean. I have seen him being extremely mean to a customer with a disability, after witnessing that I refuse to come back. But it is a clean store and they have a great produce selection, I however will not be spending my money in a place that treats people like Second class citizens read more

It's been a long time since I wrote my review, so I feel that I should update it. My big complaint shortly after opening was the service at the deli, which has improved quite a lot. I keep going back to Yoke's because they have the best produce of any grocery store around. The bakery offerings are very good, as well. A recent discovery is the cooked to order hamburgers ($4.99). I think there is a larger version, but this is plenty and better than any fast-food burger available locally, and it doesn't cost much (if any) more than some. The hamburger patty is good and well seasoned. The toppings are fresh, and you can have REAL cheddar cheese melted on it. The sesame seed bun is delicious and toasted, so it holds up while you are eating the burger. Really good. read more

Fantastic store!! Love their meats and the produce is exceptional. Have to go to the Farmers Market to beat the produce. The store is clean, well laid out and has good selection especially for organic products and wines. I love the big American flag outside and I notice they have veterans on patriotic days at their entryways. My wife liked the West Richland store even though it was a 15 mile round trip to shop until they built one in south Richland. The employees are very helpful and seem to be happy with their work. read more

This Yoke's is in a nice area by some neighborhoods and park. The store is spacious and clean. The products are just fine. I wish there were better deals on produce, but it is what it is. The Friday deals are quite good though. The beer selection is pretty extensive for a grocery store. I like that the donate a small portion of your sales to the school of your choice. read more

Yokes is great. Basically the tricities version of an HEB. Store is always clean and well stocked, and they actually have good produce, unlike Winco and Safeway. Wish their salads, guac, and hummus wasn't so high in price. read more
