Great poke bowls and small asian plates in the Seaport area. We had 2 poke bowls and one orange chicken small plate. Poke bar was super fresh and had salmon on one and spicy salmon on the other. Poke was tasty and flavorful and as great as any in LA or Hawaii. Our poke bowls looked better than the small plates, though I will admit the Lo Mein noodles looked tempting. The orange chicken was tasty and as great as any Panda in all the many airports I've been through and in West LA.

Convenient and small location in Seaport. I ordered via the app and the pick up was actually very easy. I was taking advantage of the buy one get one medium plate combo. As some reviews have mentioned, the flavors are fairly bland and a bit greasy it was filling, but nothing to write home about. The cabbage was overcooked the Thai basil chicken was OK but not spicy enough in my book. The spicy tofu, brussels sprouts was also a bit lacking in terms of spiciness and somewhat off putting flavors. Overall, the value sort of balances out with the underwhelming flavors of the meal.

Previous review for poke was good. Loved it. Decided to get the Chinese food and was so disappointed. Beef and broccoli I only got 2 pieces of beef not even exaggerating. Orange chicken has a very weird fried oily flavor. Chow mein is super oily with like 0 flavor. Like seriously waste of $$

Had a craving for a sushi burrito and decided to try Yoki Express in Seaport. I have not tried their bowls yet, so this review is solely regarding my experience with their sushi burritos. I ordered a custom build your own burrito with: white rice, salmon & crab for protein, corn, seaweed salad, pineapple, jalapeño, mixed greens, tobiko, crispy flakes, furikake, with sweet soy sauce + spicy mayo. I wish that they provided more sushi rice but am happy that they packed my burrito with all the good stuff. My burrito was too wet & the seaweed wrapping the burrito did not hold up well. The burrito fell apart and had to eat it with a fork. When I unwrapped the paper from the burrito to eat, I noticed that there was not much seaweed holding everything & was extremely messy. Not the best experience for the burrito, 4/10. Most likely would not come back.

Amazing amazing amazing. Always great portion sizes! One of my fav poke spots in the city. I also love their Rangoons which is so random but it's true. The ramen was nothing special but was good. The sushi burrito was HUGE

What I ordered: Lobster Rangoon Small Plate- Walnut Shrimp & Fried Rice Bowl- White Rice, Premium Ahi, Salmon, Corn, Seaweed Salad, Avocado, Mixed Green, Sriracha Mayo and Sweet Soy Sauce, Edamame, Tobiko, Bonito Seaweed Furikake, Crispy Flakes Burrito- White Rice, Salmon, Tuna, Mixed Green, Avocado, Carrot, Cucumber, Wasabi Mayo, Creamy Sesame Sauce, Edamame, Tobiko, Jalapeño Peppers, Bonito Seaweed Furikake = highly recommend The food is alright but the poke bowl is worth definitely worth it. It's a quick grab and go in you're in a rush or just need something quick. I personally don't like the burrito as much just cause it does fall apart from both ends.

2x lunch plates (lo mein, chicken teriyaki, and orange chicken) and spring rolls

There's nothing super outstanding about the lunch plates at Yoki express, but it's a really solid and good value meal. I can't speak for their poke, which it looks like a lot of people enjoy, but I ordered a Chinese/Polynesian plate which ended up giving me 2 full meals. Lunch plate ($11.50) - This is a really great deal. The lo mein isn't the tastiest, but they give you a lot of volume, and the chicken teriyaki also was a large portion. The orange chicken was probably a normal amount, but the total amount of food for $11.50 is a really great deal. The lo mein is just veggies and noodles, and while the flavor wasn't too deep, it was filling and not too oily. The chicken teriyaki was quite good, however, and it was very juicy and a little smoky. It had the nice sweet and tangy flavor that food court chicken teriyaki has, so no complaints here. The orange chicken was also still crispy despite it being delivery which was a nice surprise. Spring rolls ($3.00) - Not sure this was entirely worth it since the spring rolls were a bit small. The sauce was also a bit strange - instead of sweet chili or duck sauce, it tasted a little like sweet chili mixed with tabasco. The actual spring roll was nice and crispy, but I'd rather have 3 rolls for $4.00 or 4 for $5. 2 for $3 just felt like it wasn't enough food. All in all, there was nothing wrong with this meal, but it wasn't mindblowing. It's a great value, and I'd absolutely get it again - 4/5! After ordering, it does look like this place is more popular for their poke, so I'd definitely give that a try sometime too!

Yoki Express is a solid spot if you're looking to grab a quick meal, but it's nothing out of this world. The restaurant itself is very standard for fast casual and the service is what you'd expect for a spot like this. I haven't tried their poké, which they are more so known for, but I have tried their warm bowls, which I think might be newer. They were running a BOGO free special on their warm bowls during Snowport, so that was a pretty nice incentive to try them out. The chicken and vegetables tasted relatively healthy and not too greasy, but not overly flavorful. In other words, the food got the job done, but I won't be dreaming about it.

Good spot for a quick poke bowl, decent amount of indoor seating, as well as some outdoor seating nearby. They have a lot of options to choose, from regular stir fry noodles and chicken, to burrito poke bowls. I went with the standard rice bowl and got double salmon. They ingredients were fresh and the salmon tasted good. I do think the bowl was a bit pricey for the quality and quantity, but that also may be expected in this area of Boston. 4/5

Think Subway for Poke. Lol. You choose your base (white or brown rice or salad greens), then choose your protein(they have both raw and cooked options) then finish off with toppings and sauces. They also offer ramen and grilled bowls. Affordable prices. Friendly service. Casual atmosphere.

Kung Pao Chicken plate with lo mein; Curry Chicken with fried rice

Tried kung Pao chicken with lo mein and curry chicken with fried rice. Everything was fine. Not good, not bad just fine. The food is incredibly bland and mild, which I suppose could be good or bad depending on your preference. Would have given 2 stars but the BOGO deal on the app that rhymes with Goober bumps it up to 3.

Fresh wrapped sushi burritos and more LA-esque options here at this Subway sandwich style sushi bar. Food is prepared to order and you can add all your favorite sushi classics to burritos from shrimp to salmon and tofu.

10/10 - Love Yoki Express :D I haven't been in the restaurant yet, I just usually order food at this restaurant on Uber Eats, I will try to get there one day. Honestly, I am not a person who likes to write a review after having the service, but for this restaurant, I would love to do so as not just the foods was good, but the service is great as well. I recently ordered on Uber Eat and even got an extra dish with a note "Thank you" on it. It might be not worth a lot of money for that extra food, but it was extremely meaningful to me. Also, it showed how thoughtful they are. I give all credits for what they have been doing to serve the community. Again, my sincere thanks.

We popped in here for a post-movie snack. Even though we came at a pretty inconvenient time for the staff (right before last call and half an hour before closing for lunch), our waitress was super sweet and checked in on us when we were done to see what our favorite roll was. The food came out very quickly, maybe because of the off-hour. We got the seaweed salad (not bad, very cucumber heavy); and an assortment of handrolls (toro, spicy blue crab, spicy scallop, and California lobster roll). Everything about each roll was sublime, from the delicate crispy nori, the slightly above room temperature rice, and the generous cuts of seafood laid on top. My favorite was the toro with caviar. You almost don't need to dip any of these in the accompanying soy sauce, though they do provide that, along with ginger and wasabi. Extensive drink menu too. Loved the offer of a complimentary Lactaid to go with the matchatini that includes cheese foam - this place knows some of their customers suffer from dairy! Dinner has a few more options, though lunch offers slightly discounted sets of three handrolls. There's a description on the back of the menu for how to eat these. I'd love to try their sister restaurant, Matsunori. Parking is tough for this area: if you can swing dinner and a movie, that might be the best deal, as Alamo offers validated parking for I believe up to four hours.

XO Seafood Udon: The restaurant specifically labeled it "wok-tossed," and it truly had a wonderful wok-hei鑊氣 (wok aroma), with an irresistible fragrance as soon as it arrived at the table. The shrimp, squid, and scallops were all fresh and large, making for a very satisfying meal. The shrimp, in particular, were coated with a thin layer of starch before being pan-fried, adding layers of texture and locking in the juices. This plate removed the scallions and onions to suit my taste, and if you like spicy food, adding a little chili oil would greatly enhance the flavor. When I made the reservation online I put that the occasion it was for was my birthday- I notice that most restaurants don't pay attention to this on OpenTable, but Fuji definitely did! We were seated quickly and with no issue at all, despite it being pretty crowded. The vibe was intimate and classy- a great spot for date night, or for dinner with your parents. At our table was a card (in the pictures) which was such a nice touch and was a great start to the meal. Our waitress was awesome, and it seemed like there was a floor manager too that was making sure everyone was happy. It felt like the staff truly cared and wanted to make sure everyone was having a good time and experience. Our waitress checked in on us multiple times, and was very helpful with the menu. Speaking of the menu, I was very pleased to see the amount of vegetarian dishes! You don't see that often at Japanese restaurants! For our appetizers we got the lobster Rangoon and spicy edamame. Technically the tofu is an app but you would never guess that from the portion size. The edamame were outstanding! They were spicy as expected and were so tasty. We demolished the whole bowl. The Rangoons were also amazing- the chunks of lobster were divine. I myself love lobster and crab Rangoons, so a combo?! Amazing. Both the edamame and lobster Rangoons are can't misses. For our entrees/ mains we got the crispy soy noodles, miss Waldorf roll, sweet potato roll, tofu, and fried rice. The miss Waldorf roll is amazing, and I can not wait to go back and get more sushi. Truly the best sushi I have had in boston. There are other upscale sushi restaurants I have been to that charge a pretty penny but taste like grocery store sushi. Fuji is not one of those- it was truly exceptional sushi. The sweet potato roll was also delicious! I am very picky about my sweet potato rolls and had one that I have dreamt about since I had it in 2022. I have finally found a sweet potato roll that matches my standards. The crispy soy noodles were also amazing! They reminded e of one of my favorite restaurants when I was a kid and it filled me with such joy to eat something with that flavor. The serving size was pretty big too, and they were not shy on the shrimp! Note though, they were a tad oily (I added a little bit of soy sauce to balance it out). The fried rice was also very good and tasted like a good bowl of comfort fried rice. My parents ate it with the tofu and liked it! The only dish I would want some change in is the tofu- it wasn't bad but compared to the other dishes it definitely lacked the flavor punch you get in the rest of the dishes. The sauce was okay with it. After dinner our waitress brought a slice of vanilla crepe cake and ice cream! This was such a nice touch and it was SO good!!!!! It was the first time I ever had crepe cake but I loved it! I'm not sure if they have a dessert menu or not (we weren't asked if we wanted to see one) but I would love to go back and get that cake again! Overall I am beyond happy that I picked this spot for my birthday- I had an amazing experience and amazing food. Will definitely be back!
