This place is TOP TIER in customer service. The moment you walk through the door, the entire team shouts "YOOOOO!!!" They welcome you into the store where they have absolutely ELECTRIC music playing over the surround sound speakers. Rob, the store manager, had energy that was unmatched. He introduced us to what makes them different. They SMASH donuts and ice cream together into the most delicious dessert creations. When you get your food, they tell you that there is one rule: you must try the first bite with your hands, no spoon. We got the cookie dough and cookie butter smash. Let me tell you, these things are the BOMB.COM. I finished mine in like 1 minute. so freaking good. I love the ambiance of yonutz but the workers seemed very stress. The owner was looking over their shoulders like the man in the sky. I think that the shakes and donuts are absolutely not up to par with the price tag. I did like the ambiance but I did find it very aggressive and forceful when I received my smash donut. The owner was yelling in my face about taking a bite when the donut wasn't even for me.. I also noticed through the door to the back that they were taking frozen donuts out of a box on to some type of tray. When I asked if they were fresh they said yes which I find kind of weird. With this being said I don't think that you should waste your money at yonutz. read more

Overall my experience at Yonutz was not the best. If i could give this restaurant a 0 star rating I would. The donuts are not fresh and when I received my shake and i was sitting in my car it smelled rotten. The workers looked a little too young to have their food cards and so many health violations were being broken. I noticed that the workers were not wearing no slip shoes and some were wearing jewlery on their arms. The frosting is stale some of the donuts are hard. I also noticed that the bathrooms were disgusting. They forced me to take my first bite right in front of them. I don't suggest coming here.. read more
