When I did get my order, I thought it was pretty with a rose pink slush, bright pieces of peaches, and bottom layer of white aloe. Boba is home made and its nice and chewy and no inconsistency. I would do 75% sugar and less ice next time for my liking. Taiwanese popcorn chicken was juicy and flavorful. Terrible and strange preparation. I can't quite get my head around the good reviews. Chicken pad thai was pink(?), served with a lemon, and mushy chicken and huge chunks of way overcooked bell peppers. Sushi was sloppy and fell apart. Fish was a little mushy, Avocado had brown spots. Nim Chow was made with romaine lettuce instead of basil. They were poorly assembled and had many holes and tears in the wrapper. Gyoza and Dumplings tasted of old fry oil and just tasted stale and bad. Crispy Duck Roll was soggy and fatty with a lot of mayo or something to that effect. It was all just gross and none of us finished our food. What confuses me is all of the great reviews here. It sounds like everyone is eating at a very different restaurant than the one I ordered from. The food we received was so strange and ineptly prepared that it felt like the chef had never eaten sushi before. The Pad Thai being weird I could let slide, since it isn't Japanese food, but none of it made sense. It was like the dishwasher was suddenly on chef duty. So very strange. read more
