I'm not sure why I have not written a review for this place. it's pretty darn good. Darn darn darn good. first pizza I had was the pan pizza. I believe it was the white pizza. It was a long long time ago. But I remember it was delicious. I think the crust was a bit too thick on the pan pizza but that might be fine for some people. I guess it's a matter of preference. Recently recently I had the margarita Pizza. It wasn't the pan pizza or the Sicilian pizza. It's a regular large margarita pie. It was delicious!! I ate at least half the pie in one sitting. I like the size of the crust on the regular pizza. Just fyi the Sicilian and a pan pizzas have the same size thickness of the crust. They're both pretty thick. Pan just happens to be square and not round like pan pizza. I'm going to keep coming back and back and back the place is that good. They have other items on the menu. I just happen to order the pizza when I come here. You can sit down and have dinner. They have table service and televisions on the wall. So take your pick. read more

I was recently put in charge of organizing a Pizza Lunch/Party for my work section and realized that even after four months of being here, I know nothing about the quality of pizza in this region. Being of sound mind and ample curiosity, I saw this as a perfect opportunity to pick out my go-to Pizza delivery/joint for the next seven months of my stay in the area, and using Yelp as a guide, chose three different Pizza restaurants to order three different Pizzas from, and graded them based on price, delivery speed, freshness of the pizza, and of course, taste. I actually kind of lied when I said I knew nothing about the quality of pizza in the South Jersey region; I've actually had Yordana's delivered at a gathering before, but I don't remember it leaving an impression on me because nothing about it was spectacular or different in any shape or manner. I do, however, believe in giving people (and restaurants) second chances and figured they might just have had a bad night or a bad shift cook. Delivery was unsurprisingly fast (38 minutes from calling in the order) since they're literally right outside the gate from where I work, and the pizza was still fresh and hot right out of the cardboard by the time I paid and walked it up the stairs to my work area. Although I'm not a fan of Hawaiian Pizzas, that's what I ended up getting from Yordana's upon the insistence of a few of my coworkers, so it probably isn't really fair to mark them down based on my personal preference of topping, but the pizza came out decent -- I don't know what cheese they used, but the mild cheese went very nicely with the pineapple, ham and bacon (I had no idea bacon was part of the standard Hawaiian pizza, but what the hey.) I'm also not a huge fan of thin-crust pizza, but Yordana's did a decent job on the crust, (not enough thickness to add substantial flavor to the pizza overall, but enough to support all the toppings, sauce, cheese and whatnot) though I think they could have added a teensie weensie bit more sauce. The price came out to around 18.31 for the large Hawaiian, which I thought was slightly overpriced for something so simple as a three-topping pizza, but I guess if I'm going to overpay somebody, I might as well support a local business while doing it. Overall not the best bang for your buck, but it sure beats paying 13 dollars for getting a box of cardboard, sauce, and peperoni delivered to you for lunch. read more

This place so close to post that we missed it coming out of the gate! As soon as you walk in you're greeted with a hello extensive menu in the fact that there everything from quesadillas to pasta. I got a personal pan veggie pizza with added chicken the add ons are a little expensive for me at over 1$ each! Even for sun dried tomatoes. Big portions does not equal big flavor! First off let me say Yordana's does have some good food, unfortunately they say we went this was not the case. Appetizer was fried calamari, it was cooked nicely. It wasn't rubbery the breading was nice and crips but unfortunately no seasoning. The marinara that was served with the appetizer reminded me of a basic marinara sauce you would get from a chain store, bland little seasoning and nothing to make it signature. The chicken parm was something that reminded me of one that would be found in a Gerber baby food jar, take all the base ingredients add no seasoning blend it up and put it in a jar. The portion was massive, but is bland and tasteless. Again let me say that Yordana's does have some good dishes. The Lamb gyro pizza was... eh... oily and again lacking seasoning. It's not horrible but it's not good either. ALL I NEED IS SOME SALT AND PEPPER. The bad part was the bill was over $50, and for a family of four that's a nice chunk of change to dish out over mediocre cuisine. read more

We're visitors to the local are and have eaten here twice and love the Italian Stromboli! We substituted the mushrooms for olives, to suit our tastes. We have ordered it both times and absolutely love it! Ordered a salad when we dined in and it was a nice big salad fit for the two of us to share. However, The garlic bread we had to go once was nothing to rave about and believe me when I say I'm a garlic bread freak! lol. So I'd skip out on the bread. The place is plenty big for groups and kid friendly. There is a small maybe 6 seat bar at the back of the joint if you want that sort of dining with a brew, otherwise it's all casual seating. Seems to get pretty busy during lunch from all the military traffic. The staff seemed pretty nice both times. Oh and they have one of those fancy soda pop machines that's touch screen and had like every pop imaginable :) it's nice when you want to taste different things out but never want to commit to buying the bottle at the store haha. Another night visiting my Jersey kiddies found us ordering from Yordana's. We've ordered from them in the past and once again the pizza was good. I am amazed at the variety of pizzas they served. There are over twenty different types and various styles - like deep dish, (although, a bit too much bread and thus not enough sauce and cheese), thin crust, and Sicilian - Do we have any places in Chicago with this much variety? We ordered the Pesto and La Margarita - Satisfying. The order was ready within 30 minutes. This is the spot. I ate here and had to come back the next day to have it again. I ordered a couple slices of pizza and a drink around $8, deal. The slices are huge I was definitely full after eating two. When I was sitting eating my pizza there were so many other amazing dishes coming out of the oven. One of my friends had the Stromboli and it filled the plate, he couldn't finish it. My other friend had the baked tortellini, which took a little longer to take to come out of the kitchen, but her patients was rewarded. Get over there and enjoy some great food. read more
