With astonishing diversity, Kabuki provides a sure crowd-gratifying experience of Japanese-fusion…read more The menu is considerate of classic and innovative rolls, as well as the legitimate vegetarian, gluten-free and awarding kids ones- something to all. Their happy hour is a good price, cocktail is well made and their service is always friendly at their numerous outlets. There is also a small disadvantage of chain energy; although it is polished, it may not be as intimate as a smaller and chef-driven place. The size is good in terms of quality, though, you will not be amazed by innovation. A secure, gratifying option to the groups, families or those who want to eat sushi solely predictably.

We went before a concert. It was a 45 minute wait which is totally understandable. However,…read morebased on the service from checking in with the host to the server to the food, it's clear the wait is so long because they are very dysfunctional. The food came out luke warm and they never brought out my California Rolls until I asked and it was blamed on the chef. My drink was never refilled until I was finished eating. I rarely ever saw the server to even ask. At the end, the manager came around and said she heard I wanted to talk to her and I never asked for a manager. It seems they can't even send a manager to the right table and I'm sure whoever did ask for a manager is even more frustrated. Also, major warning: if you are prone to vertigo, DO NOT go in the women's restroom. Nothing in the room is straight. I wish someone would have warned me because I came out dizzy and nauseous. Not sure I'll return to this location, but might give the Tempe location a try.

The inside is cute and clean, and it wasn't too busy or packed. There was also parking right in front. I ended up ordering the beef patty loco moco and my aunt got the teriyaki something. I did not like my loco moco at all... everything was cooked well! I just don't have the tastebuds for a loco moco. The owner listened to me tell him why I didn't like it, saw how disappointed I was, and surprised me with a container of teriyaki chicken and white rice. I'm more of a sweeter teriyaki person (there's is more savory) but the meat was cooked SOOO well and as you can see, I really enjoyed it. My aunt liked her food as well. All in all I'd be back. The star of the show is really the owner, his sense of humor is great. But Alex... please do something about that restroom! You know better. "What part of Hawaii are you from?" "Hong Kong."

My family was craving some Hawaiian food and we decided to stop by Love Hawaiian BBQ on a Saturday…read moreevening. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza with spacious amount of parking spots available. We had entered the restaurant and were the only patrons inside. The restaurant was freezing!! Even with our jackets on, it was still really cold inside! The menu had a lot of options on it such as the following Chicken: Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Chicken Katsu Teriyaki Chicken Orange Chicken Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast Beef: Hawaiian BBQ Beef Kalbi Short Ribs Kalua Pork Seafood: Island White Fish Crispy Shrimp After reviewing the menu, my family and I selected Loco Moco Chicken Katsu and Kalua pork with Rice/Mac Salad Chicken Teriyaki with Rice Kids Meal: BBQ Beef The price was relatively inexpensive, approximately $45.00 for the entire order, but the portions were small. It took around 20 minutes for the entire meal to be cooked. The Loco Moco was decent. The hamburger patty was burnt and small though. The scrambled eggs and gravy was delicious. The Chicken Katsu and Kalua Pork was okay. There was a lot of breading on the Chicken Katsu. Overall, we had a good experience at Love Hawaiian BBQ.
