The breaks are quite short, allowing you to push yourself. I appreciate that the coaches are friendly and helpful to correct you when you're doing an exercise wrong and help you to get the most out of each workout. The equipment is all in good condition and cleaned after each exercise; you are expected to clean each area yourself, and they provide towels and disinfecting spray to do so. The meh: It's quite warm inside; I believe if they set the AC to turn on before classes started, that would solve the issue. Some of the coaches are more interactive than others.

It's a decent size gym tucked away in the foothills, but it was put together by someone who is obviously in love with the game. Good quality equipment. Especially the free weights. Whenever you work out on holiday, it's always a good idea to try and call ahead of time to make sure that there's nothing funky with getting in. So I called the phone number, Attached to the review. Troy Davis, the general manager, made time to make sure that I knew the process for getting in and how to pay and all that good stuff. That is kind of a big deal when you're not coming in Monday through Friday during standard business hours. During the week it seems they have an on-site manager, which is always a good thing.
