I maybe waited 15-20 minutes both times. The initial inspection however doesn't take long at at. My review is low because during both visits the staff was rude. It's so loud in there that they expect you to hear them from a distance, then get mad when you don't. They are very snappy which I understand they want to get done quickly and get you moving but it's not necessary.

I failed the second time because my codes hadn't reset yet. After the dealership cleaned the valve, they told me to wait 4 days to take it back so that the codes could reset. I think the general misconception is that if you drive your car for a certain amount of miles or time, the codes reset automatically. I learned from this experience that each vehicle is different when it comes to reseting the codes. I suggest looking in your owner's manual or googling your make, model and "reset codes." For me, I had to make sure the gas tank was about 3/4 full, drive for 20 minutes between 50-60 mph, drive for 10 minutes at 20-30 mph and push the accelerator (in park) at 2000 rpm until the temperature gauge is at 1/3. The employees here are nice enough, but having to go through emissions testing just straight up sucks. As another reviewer mentioned, nobody really wants to be here. That's so true. Since emissions testing is inevitable, I suppose this location is good. It's the only one I've been to so far. Just be prepared to wait a while. (I came at the end of the month which probably didn't help.)

The initial communication with Brett was great, and an inspection was scheduled. I also paid an additional $30 to have the inspector give me a call to discuss the report after it was complete. The inspection took place as scheduled, and I received the report the following day. I would have rated On Call at 4 stars, but here is why I am only giving 3: After the inspection was completed, I never received the phone call from the inspector. I waited 2 days to be safe, and then I attempted to call On Call back. I was never able to get through. I kept getting voicemail, followed by a message saying the voicemail box was full. This went on for several days. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, hoping that would perhaps get their attention. I continued calling, and finally, 7 days after the inspection, I was able to reach Brett again. He told me they had been having some technical issues with their phone system. OK, fine, but that doesn't excuse why they also didn't answer the multitude of emails I sent. In any case, Brett said he'd have the inspector reach out to me. At that point, I canceled my dispute with the credit card company. 2 days later, I still hadn't heard from the inspector. I contacted the dealership, and my salesman had the inspector's phone number. I ended up calling him myself, and was able to talk to him about the report and get some questions answered. In the end, everything worked out, and i ended up purchasing the car. However, I was not too thrilled with the lack of communication after the inspection, nor the fact that I had to hunt down the inspector's phone number and call him myself, rather than him calling me, as I had paid for. That part was a little bit disappointing. However, the inspection itself was thorough and well-done, and despite my experience this time, I would consider using On Call Inspections again if the need arose.
