Pure taste wise Mr Sushi falls quite short; the only sushi rolls that we ordered I thought were worth their price would be the Super Crunchy Roll and the Scorpion King Roll, but even those were nothing special. However, as of 3/31/2026, Mr Sushi offers some insane value - on Mondays (and another day) their speciality rolls are 50% off... kind of crazy to be selling these rolls at $8 twice a week imo. Ate here on grand opening day, which was 50% off everything. But don't worry if you miss grad opening day because they have a good deal on food every day they are open. We ordered the miso soup, house lo mein noodles, house udon noodles, sashimi platter, Racine deluxe sushi roll, super duper sushi roll, and Godzilla sushi roll. Everything was okay, not stellar. Miso soup still had some flavor, but not as much seaweed as I would prefer. Usually, I would slurp up miso soup quick, but I was tired of it after a few spoonfuls. I didn't like the eel sauce on the super duper roll and I didn't like the spicy mayo on the Godzilla and Racine deluxe roll. The beef, chicken, and shrimp from the noodle dishes were tender. Worst ramen soup ever! I know a good ramen soup having lived in Asia and other places that serves authentic ramen. Not here. You can either pay cash or credit in the restaurant. It doesn't allow you to pay online. We ordered: cucumber and avocado roll, spicy crab roll, sweet potato roll, veggie roll, and sunshine roll. I love that the rice to "filling" ratio is spot on! Usually sushi places load their rolls with rice, making it hard to taste the flavors of anything else. We will definitely be back again.
