Young Living has some truly amazing essential oil blends and they're own lavender farms. They are an MLM and can use some shady tactics to get you to "sign up" and "re-order" but I just love Thieves Blend, Citrus Fresh, Peace & Calming and so many others. Again, the quality is high, and you pay for that. Many of the oils (marked as such) are food-grade and ingestible. Some are not. Be aware and careful. Good customer service. Been around for DECADES. Used their diffuser 2 times. Its in brand new condition and still under warranty and they wouldnt warranty it out without a member number. I received it as a gift. Trash company. Dont bother even dealing with them. Plus their oils are not even as potent as revive or doterra. I know from extensive experience. read more

I've been using YL for a few years now. I love their oils. I do feel like they are different then the ones you buy in store. I love their laundry soap. Since it's concentrated you can split it and make more. Their Theives cleaner is also a favorite. I've never felt pressured to buy like others have mentioned. Never felt pressure to sell either. I have personally visited 4 of their company owned farms where they are able to control the process from the seed and soil quality right to the seal on the bottle. It is an incredible experience and testimony to how open YL is to showing their transparent integrity. What other company would rather go out of stock rather than sell a product below their extremely high standards (higher than anyone else in the industry)? Plus, they learn from year to year and are always improving! I truly cannot say enough good things about this. YL has been around for over 25 years, they obey the law, pivot as necessary and serve their customers as they would family members. It's beautiful really! read more

I love the product that I order from these people but dealing with the company is always a hassle. You can't just order products from them and when they sent the wrong order they're telling me two days just to get an email to get a return shipping label even though the receipt says I just need a return number. Good products stupid run around every time. EDIT: I edited this review to five stars from three because Young Living has a new website and a new ordering process. Now you can just order stuff from them like a normal company. And I want to say again that I love their products especially the Dentarome Plus toothpaste. I don't know what I'd do without out it. An amazing company with amazing products with an amazing mission, goal, and purpose. A lot of people complain that the products are overpriced but have no idea how much is put into the research, testing, and sourcing of their products. I've been to many of their farms where they show their whole process from the planting of the seed to when the bottle is filled and capped and sent out. It's a long and incredible journey that truly shows that they are the best in the industry and do not cut corners when it comes to quality. They have had their flaws here and there with some website issues and customer service but this was during the midst of COVID which we all know was and still is a rough time for all businesses. However, they are running at 110% now. It's even more amazing to know that this is a family owned company who strive to make sure it stays that way while upholding the morals and foundation that the company was built on. Please don't buy from this pyramid company. The pressure to buy is intense and the products are extremely overpriced. Trying to make a return is a NIGHTMARE. I returned an unopened starter package that cost $250. It took HOURS of my time. Customer service makes it a point to not answer the phones or respond to online chat. The best thing to do is leave a call back number and they will eventually call, but you'd better be prepared to pick up and not let the call go to voicemail. I can't express how frustrating they are to work with. It took 2 months to get my refund and that is after numerous calls with them. Once I had my credit, they didn't credit my card, they gave me an in-store credit. Another call. They are experts at holding other people's money. I pity the people that don't realize they have a credit balance sitting on the books of this company with questionable ethics. And there is nowhere to post reviews. read more

So frustrated with this company! Ordered an essential oil to try as a retail customer. When I ordered the oil the company automatically populated an enroller's number since you can't seem to order without that! Since I was not purchasing as a member there was no membership rule form to read and sign. So today I decided to join as a wholesale member and have a friends enrollment number but YL states I can't make a change after the first 5 days and this is to prevent someone from cheating!! Are they referring to me??? I'm two new to even know how to cheat!!! I even created a second account today as a retail customer to look for this "rule" but there was nothing all the way through the ordering process where I would be providing a credit card number. So now I am instructed to email Resolutions office and request to change the enrollment number and in 2 weeks it should happen. REALLY???? I placed a retail order through doTerra two weeks ago and last night I joined as a Rewards Member and provided a friend's enrollment number with no problem. I was going to join both companies to see which one provided a better experience, customer service, product, etc.... Well guest what Young Living!!! You just made the decision for me!!!
